Loving the new location on St Rose in Henderson. Our family loves Eureka. I'm in love though with the ambiance at this location. Huge bar! Huge outdoor patio and very intimate dining inside. Service was great. We were seated immediately upon arriving and our waiter was prompt, polite, and provided us with great service. I opted for the Barbecue Bacon burger this time. Absolutely love love love Eureka and the ambience !! The vibe when you walk in is very welcoming and clean and perfect for a date night or a family night out (kid friendly!) We ordered the truffle fries, black & blue burger, nachos and the bourbon cake and everything was incredible !! This is a new restaurant in town so we decided to try it out because it was family friendly and the menu looked like it had various options. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and sat quickly accommodating the fact that we wanted to watch the basketball game. We were aw struck by the beautiful atmosphere and decor. The place was so nice and clean. It has an open space where you can sit inside or outside but still feel like you're outside when you're inside. My husband was very happy with the whiskey selection so we will definitely be back for drinks. We ordered several plates to try and the favorites were the Mac and cheese balls, the wings, chicken pesto sandwich and the BBQ bacon burger. The Ahi tuna tacos were delicious in flavor if you like pineapple but there was not a lot of fish and the tacos were small so it felt like more of an appetizer rather than an entrée meal. The desserts were good as well. We tried the chocolate cake and carrots cake. They were both moist but my favorite was the carrot cake with the Carmel and whip cream. Price gouging definitely happening here. For 2 hamburgers a tea and macaroni bites $70. The burgers were cooked well, no garnishes came with it. Fries were not fresh and were room temperature. Asked what was in the Bloody Mary... she didn't know and didn't offer to find out. Bartender came over and told us about drinks and sold us on the bloody after letting us sample it... and knew what was in it. Beers on tap are good and they have rotating ones to try. So excited for this new location! I've been to several other Eureka! locations and always had a great experience. This location did not disappoint and is very close to home! We were greeted immediately with a smile and very friendly service. As we checked in for our reservation, we were about 10 minutes early which was no problem and we were seated right away. The venue is different than other Eureka! locations and has a little bit of a lounge style feel to it instead of the gastro pub style. The roll up door with patio space is great with a small fountain adding a nice touch to the mood. Eureka! has built their name on craft beer and whiskey and they did not disappoint with this location either! Quickly browsing the wall I spotted hot items like Old Rip, Weller, Blantons, Smoke Wagon, and lots more options. The beer selection was great and I automatically ordered a Pliny. For the food, we ordered the brussel sprouts and dry rub wings as appetizers along with the jalapeño egg burger and salmon for mains. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfect with a great balance of flavors. The wings, my personal favorite, were on point. They were nice and crispy on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside. The dry rub used was really good with a nice balance of Smokey and sweet. My daughter, the 5 year old Mac and cheese connoisseur, gave me two thumbs up for the kids Mac and cheese as she devoured the entire bowl. The burger was well put together with the egg and the burger itself cooked to the desired temp, will definitely order again. If you're looking to go a little lighter, the potatoes and sauce complimented the salmon very well and didn't disappoint. For dessert, we went with the bourbon cake with ice cream. This reminded me of a lava cake with a fun twist to it. It wasn't overly sweet as the cake, bourbon sauce and vanilla ice cream all balanced well. I hope this remains as a menu item! Our server, Sunny, was great. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, the beer and the cocktails. She interacted great with my daughter and made her laugh a few times which is always a bonus. Troy, one of the managers, made his way by the table to check in on everything and had a great conversation about the new location and its whiskey and cocktail selection. I visited this location for it's soft opening this past weekend. I absolutely love the food, the service, and the atmosphere. When I lived Downtown a couple of years ago, I used to visit their Downtown location often. I highly recommend their Mac and Cheese Balls which are truly delicious. Ate at Eureka! for the fourth time last night. The food continues to be good. I ended up with the salmon, which was nicely done. I tried to order steak frites, "hold the fries, add a salad." That apparently caused a small software malfunction. I was referred back to the menu several times. I explained I wasn't picky. Just some greens. A bowl of lettuce would have been fine. In a scratch kitchen, this feels like a solvable problem. Eventually, I simplified things and ordered salmon with nothing else. It arrived with green beans, which actually worked out well. I came back and the service was amazing but it is way too hot in there. I would highly recommend not going back until the winter time. I have POTS and I cannot tolerate the heat. It spikes my heart rate. We ate and left immediately but I will not be going back until the end of summer unfortunately. I did ask if they could close the doors. I wish I remembered the name of our server, because he was one of the better parts of our experience. Upon telling him I don't eat gluten, he informed me of the menu items that would be safe and they had a decent amount of options. He even brought sauces out on the side so my dining companion who is not gluten free could still enjoy our appetizer with the sauce I couldn't have. The atmosphere is great, very clean. The outdoor seating was enjoyable. The food was good but in my opinion overpriced for elevated bar food. Definitely try the burgers-they have a great and simple flavor. read more

We decided on Eureka! For lunch on Sunday around 1pm and it was already hopping. We sat outside with the misters on it was comfortable. All the food ordered was yummy. The Eureka burger with truffle fries, the Cobb salad and the bacon burger with onion rings. I had the Daiquiri which was purple in color and delicious. We will be back for sure. They had seating both indoor and outdoor. We sat close to the outdoor seating which had a nice and cool breeze. We felt like we were out of town. I noticed that any time the restaurant is slow, the servers are not as focused on serving their tables as when the restaurant is busy There is no reason why we had to wait 12 minutes to receive attention from our server with the excuse that "there was a miscommunication" (what does that mean to our table?) I read another review that mentioned they had to go fetch a waiter (seriously?!) I wish you success and hope you survive competing choices. This was my second visit to this location to try their Hoppy Hour. The interior is super nice, new, and clean. The first time I came with the bf, we had a great time and service so thought it would be a good place to tru again. I had a reservation with my girlfriends for 5:30. When we arrived, they were sort of panicking because they didn't find our reservation. Thankfully, there was a table available so they did seat us. We were able to order a round of drinks from the Hoppy Hour menu and truffle cheese fries for the table. The only disappointment of the night was that after our initial round was delivered to the table, the server did not come back until 6:03pm. It was 20 mins later. Because of this, we were not able to order from the happy hour menu. I found this quite rude because everything we ordered was from that menu, yet we paid full price to no fault of our own. We didn't let that ruin the night though. We ordered multiple rounds of drinks and dessert as well. The food was good. The spa margaritas were great. Service was not. I don't know if I will come back because of this experience alone - which is sad because I had high hopes for this place to be a regular. read more

This is my 3rd time visiting this new location on St. Rose. I went right when they opened and was not impressed at all. I went a second time for cocktails at the bar and the service was not great. On my 3rd visit this past week, I went for lunch with a co-worker. Our server was sweet and lunch was great as well! It wasn't too busy and we got seated immediately during lunch time. My friend did the lunch special where you get either a salad or fried pickles, hamburger option and a drink for $18.95! She ordered the Black and Blue Mushroom burger and it came out looking juicy and full of toppings! I went with Goat Cheese Citrus Salad and added chicken. This was so good! The dressing was a bright vinaigrette and paired with the fruit and goat cheese. As far as value, this lunch cost me $28 before tip. The value is in the $18.95 special getting a full salad and hamburger with a drink. I went with 3 stars because my first 2 visits were not great but maybe they have worked out those grand opening kinks. read more

After having a great time at the San Diego location, I was excited to try Eureka! in Las Vegas but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We came in on a Friday night and were surprised that it wasn't busy just a few tables seated and a couple of people at the bar. We were seated at a high-top table, which I didn't mind, and were told our server would be right with us. But then... nothing. We sat there for 20 minutes with no greeting, no water, no acknowledgment, just awkwardly waiting while multiple staff members passed us by. Eventually, a hostess came over and mentioned there had been a "mix-up," which was confusing because the restaurant wasn't even crowded. It was clear we were waiting, yet no one stepped in to help. When someone finally came to take our drink and appetizer order, I was already frustrated but tried to be patient. She let us know someone else would come by to take our food order again, which was more waiting. When our next server arrived, there was no greeting, no warmth just a blunt "What are you guys eating today?" I went ahead and ordered because, frankly, I was over it at that point. Now, to the food: The truffle cheese fries, spicy chicken sandwich, and Eureka! American burger were all fantastic. Everything was cooked well, full of flavor, and definitely what I expected based on my previous visit to a different location. No complaints at all there just wish the service matched the quality of the food. Unfortunately, it didn't improve from there. Our server rarely checked on us, only twice the entire meal, and didn't clear any plates, which left our table feeling cluttered. I asked for extra sauces, and she brought them over, but completely ignored my empty drink glass. I guess I assumed she might offer a refill, but it felt like she, and honestly the rest of the staff, just didn't care. No one thanked us for coming in, either, which was disappointing and unwelcoming. The ambience and bar area were really nice. The decor is modern, and it has the potential to be a great casual spot which makes the service we received even more frustrating. I really hope this was just an off night, because the food deserves better service to go with it. I'd be open to giving this location another try in a month or so, but if the service doesn't improve, I wouldn't come back. read more
