I loved this place before today accident happened.I Work near by and enjoy to have coffee or juice in my half hour break in Euro caffe.Yesterday my friends came from Kazakhstan and asked me to have coffee together.I said that I have nice place and they come enjoy coffee with me.We order fresh orange juice and Coffee here.And they bring for me gift from Kazakhstan-Kazakhstanian chocolate.I said thanks and open it immediately because I like to share.And you know what happened after?Owner(or guy who work here-he served us)he came and start speak with us so bad...tha we can't to bring food with ushe speak so bad with us..and said that it's lunch time and we ordered just 3 coffee and Juices ..I feel so bad and uncomfortable..because I said for girls it's amazing place.They first day in US!And it was just Chocolate!Is it possible to have service like this?I will never back to this place again.It was terrible.Service is very important.Here nice place but service terrible.I want that this man think next time about how to speak with customers..every time I was so friendly and nice with him,but he so rude.This is why I will give one star just for he broked my beautiful Saturday emotions. read more

I just enjoyed a delicious Veggie Omelette with fresh fruit and toast strips. Great vibes with cobblestone atmosphere like your in an intimate setting in Europe right in Beverly Hills! I dont know why these guys get so many bad reviews. I dont get to come here often because i live far far away from here. I have business meetings out here every 4 months and when i do, I love when we meet up at the Euro Caffee. We were here a week ago and i ordered an Expresso coffee with a Turkey Deli sandwich with every on it and french fries. The food is great and the coffee is good. Everything is not overpriced here like many of the other places. But come on, Its Beverly Hills baby. Nice customer service. I have not experienced any racism here. Extremely overdue review. BEST and most authentic espresso outside of Italy! Pastries and sandwiches are also GREAT. I've been a customer of Euro Caffe for many years now and my family for even longer. This is the 3rd (and best) of their locations we have become regulars at and the ONLY place I buy my whole bean coffee from for my wife & myself at home. This is an incredibly awesome cafe. The food, coffees, muffin tops, and owners/staff are all top of their game. This is one of our favorite places to have breakfast/lunch, to grab a cappuccino, to entertain clients. Love, love the sweet setting in a beautiful Beverly Hills alley with gorgeous boutiques. The owner of this place was disgustingly rude. We ordered takeaway as we had planned to eat half at the restaurant and then take the rest away, and the owner harassed us and threatened to penalize us for requesting takeaway and not immediately leaving, because of "wasting plastic". I'm from Hawaii where all takeaway containers are made from paper or plant based products. Not only did this man embarrass us as paying customers, but he actually picked up my bag that had my sandwich in it to throw it out. Disgusting behavior and I would never recommend or return. I completely lost my appetite and threw away the remainder of my sandwich (which was completely mediocre). Awful. read more

I have been going to this place ever since it's been open with friends and family. Many times I have been treated rudely by the owner at the register but always brushed it off because l love the atmosphere. But today was the worst experience I have ever had from a business owner. We came with a group of friends about 8-10 ladies. I tried to tell someone working that we need a few tables put together for our group. There was a line for ordering tried to get the owners attention but he brushed me off. So we just put 3 tables together and each one of us went in to order a full breakfast. The nasty owner started attacking at every one of us by saying I will not take your order why you moved tables and was extremely rude and awful in front of other customers he refused service to us. I was so shaken up I went in with a calm voice and told him I'm a business owner myself and service and kindness to customers is very important. He screamed loudly leave here and go back to the back door you came from. He is a very prejudice and nasty and told me your lucky your a woman I would throw you out of here. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH SUCH HORRIFIC ATTITUDE. I'm still shaken up from this vicious attack. Doesn't deserve any business from anyone read more

This is one of those few but wonderful places in Beverly Hills where you go and are still able to get out with your four limbs and clothes intact. Word on the street is this place has the best espresso in town; therefore I ordered their double shot espresso with a side of Riccota cheese pastry and one Florentine. Food and Drink: The espresso here is smooth, clean and without bitterness (very hard to find and therefore very grateful on my part). The Riccota pastry's texture is chewy, lightly sweet due to the powdered sugar and the Riccota cheese is light in flavor without being overpowering. The Florentine, I haven't had one of these since I was a kid: the texture is chewy while at other places it is crunchy and hard (not good). Love the slight note of orange at the end of each bite. Price: The price here is reasonable: $3 for double shot espresso and $10.50 for a Prosciutto Di Parma panini (remember, we're in Beverly Hills). Atmosphere: The shop is a hole in the wall located inside a charming, secluded alley. Upon entering the alley/shop patrons will experience a sense of ease where time seems to adopt a slower pace. read more

My wife and I had some time to kill between meetings in Beverly Hills. We found this place around 11:15 am. Half of the tables were empty. The courtyard setting had a lot of charm. We asked the server if we could see a menu. The existing clientele looked at us. And the server informed us that the menu was for "clients only." And the server was very adamant that was the policy. I asked the man who appeared to be in charge behind the counter. And I was completely ignored. There is nothing stating this is a members only eatery. It's listed online as a public restaurant. And they hang a shingle near the sidewalk to attract walk in business. I hope that enough people read this post. And their list of "clientele" diminishes. My next complaint is to the property owner, leasing company, building manager, and the mayor of Beverly Hills. And let them know of the hospitality we received in this world famous town. This was our "Beverly Hills " experience. The city that preaches diversity, inclusion, equality! My wife and I could not get a menu at a place that was opened for business. read more

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. I was just verbally assaulted by the older man behind the counter. He reminded me four times that I had to leave the table by 11:30 because they start lunch service. I was trying to order food but he wouldn't stop reminding me of the time limit. What I want to say to this couple who work ( maybe they are the owner) in this " European cafe" , they definitely need to go to Europe and stay there for awhile and learn how to make Authentic European food and coffee, most important thing is to this Couple ( again maybe they are the owner of this "European cafe"), they need to learn real European culture and decent manner to match the name so called " European Cafe"!!! Add existing a bootle of Bellini, Italian original olive oil and unique Italian radio station and you have a perfect combination for a breakfast, lunch or dinner spot. Today I went there to grab a latte with a client from out of the country. The owner asked for here or to go? I replace for here. He said if you're not eating here you're not allowed to sit down. I asked why he said because during lunch we are very busy all tables were empty. I felt so unwelcome and he was very rude and obnoxious with the way he said it. I worked on that street for over 20 years and have had lunch so many many times. I will never set foot in there again. The lunch portions are very small and overpriced as well. I'm so glad to have found Euro Caffe in a new location -- though I suppose it's been several years -- after its old one near Camden shut. The soccer scarves aren't as in abundance as before, but the menu, quality and hospitality remains much the same. The new courtyard location is idyllic and actually feels very European and peaceful. While using restroom washing hands before placing order he knocked on a door like a crazy who been kicked out of his own house and start yelling that I need to come out, stating that I'm not a customer of his place and can't use restroom.
