I dont know why these guys get so many bad reviews. I dont get to come here often because i live far far away from here. I have business meetings out here every 4 months and when i do, I love when we meet up at the Euro Caffee. We were here a week ago and i ordered an Expresso coffee with a Turkey Deli sandwich with every on it and french fries. The food is great and the coffee is good. Everything is not overpriced here like many of the other places. But come on, Its Beverly Hills baby. Nice customer service. I have not experienced any racism here. This is one of those few but wonderful places in Beverly Hills where you go and are still able to get out with your four limbs and clothes intact. Word on the street is this place has the best espresso in town; therefore I ordered their double shot espresso with a side of Riccota cheese pastry and one Florentine. Food and Drink: The espresso here is smooth, clean and without bitterness (very hard to find and therefore very grateful on my part). The Riccota pastry's texture is chewy, lightly sweet due to the powdered sugar and the Riccota cheese is light in flavor without being overpowering. The Florentine, I haven't had one of these since I was a kid: the texture is chewy while at other places it is crunchy and hard (not good). Love the slight note of orange at the end of each bite. Price: The price here is reasonable: $3 for double shot espresso and $10.50 for a Prosciutto Di Parma panini (remember, we're in Beverly Hills). Atmosphere: The shop is a hole in the wall located inside a charming, secluded alley. Upon entering the alley/shop patrons will experience a sense of ease where time seems to adopt a slower pace. read more

The owner of this place was disgustingly rude. We ordered takeaway as we had planned to eat half at the restaurant and then take the rest away, and the owner harassed us and threatened to penalize us for requesting takeaway and not immediately leaving, because of "wasting plastic". I'm from Hawaii where all takeaway containers are made from paper or plant based products. Not only did this man embarrass us as paying customers, but he actually picked up my bag that had my sandwich in it to throw it out. Disgusting behavior and I would never recommend or return. I have been going to this place ever since it's been open with friends and family. Many times I have been treated rudely by the owner at the register but always brushed it off because l love the atmosphere. But today was the worst experience I have ever had from a business owner. We came with a group of friends about 8-10 ladies. I tried to tell someone working that we need a few tables put together for our group. There was a line for ordering tried to get the owners attention but he brushed me off. So we just put 3 tables together and each one of us went in to order a full breakfast. I was so shaken up I went in with a calm voice and told him I'm a business owner myself and service and kindness to customers is very important. My wife and I had some time to kill between meetings in Beverly Hills. We found this place around 11:15 am. Half of the tables were empty. The courtyard setting had a lot of charm. We asked the server if we could see a menu. The existing clientele looked at us. And the server informed us that the menu was for "clients only." And the server was very adamant that was the policy. I asked the man who appeared to be in charge behind the counter. And I was completely ignored. There is nothing stating this is a members only eatery. It's listed online as a public restaurant. And they hang a shingle near the sidewalk to attract walk in business. I hope that enough people read this post. And their list of "clientele" diminishes. My next complaint is to the property owner, leasing company, building manager, and the mayor of Beverly Hills. And let them know of the hospitality we received in this world famous town. I'm so glad to have found Euro Caffe in a new location -- though I suppose it's been several years -- after its old one near Camden shut. The soccer scarves aren't as in abundance as before, but the menu, quality and hospitality remains much the same. The new courtyard location is idyllic and actually feels very European and peaceful.
