This auto shop is a piss poor excuse for an automobile service center. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and well, let's just go over why this place is a shit show. Today is 9/4/2025. I dropped my vehicle off 6/20/2025. So just a time frame reference to let everyone know how long a timing chain replacement takes for them. The first thing that I asked when I dropped of my vehicle is if they work with 3rd party warranties. Which they said they will. The next day, they called me to ask for the warranty information which I had already left with them on the drop off paperwork (real genius at this business) About 3 days later they called and said that they didn't want to work with the company and that I'd need to pay them $20,000 for a timing chain repair. So I called the warranty company and they said that the repair shop, not to my surprise, only quoted them $8,000 for the repair. So the representative then called the repair shop and somehow was able to get everything straightened out. The shop then said that they needed time to take apart what they need to repair so they can send photos to the warranty company. Which took about a month to do apparently. Once they got approved to order parts and do repairs it took them another month to actually do the repair. When I did finally get my vehicle back I drove it home and it REAKED of cat urine! I thought I was having a bad dream at first but nope it's real. So they'll be hearing from my attorneys soon. I am also a disabled veteran with ptsd. Many times I thought about just going there and making Swiss cheese. Do not go to this business unless you want to do me a solid favor and burn it down to the ground with all of them inside of it. i took my 2008 bmw 335i to this shop to address code lights. below is a picture of the repair job receipt, which i was satisfied with until i took the car to a bmw mechanic for a loss of power issue. the bmw mechanic's findings are quoted here: "vehicle was not reaching the right boost targets. we proceed to check for boost leaks and also inspect the turbos. no leaks were found , but during the turbochargers inspection found the bank1 turbocharger cold side propel with sign of impact, also seem to have a foreign piece stuck in it. this seem to be done by a previous repairs done to the vehicle (before us) perhaps when oil filter assembly was replaced. we notified the customer the intake manifold had gray silicone between the head and the manifold. we recommend the replacement of the bank 1 turbocharger in order to reach the correct amount of boost requested by the engine computer". see picture of turbo below with plastic foreign body embedded in the turbo blades. i decided not to fix the turbos as recommended. the car drives well but with reduced performance. i just think that the use of silicone instead of replacing the gasket is unprofessional. although the piece of plastic in one of the turbos may have been an accident, it still leaves a sour taste... and my car's performance is reduced. read more

Within two days after I picked up my X5 from this shop, my oil indicator showed TWO QUARTS LOW, and I had to drive one of my kids to Belton the next day. It was a Saturday. No one was open. I scanned under the car ‐ no sign of any leak. I bought two quarts at AutoZone for 15 dollars. I double checked my receipt and my owner's manual...both said 7 quarts. These jackasses, true to expected form, shorted me two quarts of oil!! But I had to be sure because the NERVE and lack proportion of these people was just unbelievable at this point. Double-checked the oil measurement since it could have been the indicator or a leak I missed. Two quarts low. Added one quart. Remeasured. Only one quart low now. Not a leak nor the indicator as it is showing only one quart low as it should. Went on my trip to Belton and back, still only one quart low. EuroCare charged me for 7 quarts and gave me only 5. These people are THUGS. I do not recommend. And I do know some people in this town. Most expensive 15 dollars profit you ever made, Mr. Castillo!! read more

I've been taking my Volvo XC60 here for a little more than a year and had been pleased with the service. That changed on my most recent visit. I was in a rush, and when I arrived at the tire shop to have the tire replaced as Euro Car Care recommended, I was alerted to "fresh" damage to my vehicle's front end and advised that I didn't need a new tire. I immediately notified Euro Car Care and took the car over before heading out on a road trip. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. After three days of no follow-up, I called back and was told the damage was already there when I brought the vehicle in - which is untrue - and that they have video footage showing it. I asked for the video footage and it was never provided. Disappointed in the response, or lack thereof and will never take a vehicle there or recommend their services again. read more

Found Euro Car Care after multiple heart stopping repair bills at Audi. From the moment I walked in the door they were helpful and efficient. They went above and beyond to get my repairs done quickly and at a fair price; one that didn't give me heart burn. Took the car in for new brakes. They said I needed a new Coolant Reservoir, but I was having no problems with the coolant. Once they put that in, the car developed a coolant leak and they proposed another $1000 to replace other parts related to the Coolant. I was told the engine may need to be replaced even though the car never overheated. I took the car to another repair shop and found that Euro Car Care left my oil cap off and oil was ejected over the engine. I will never take my cars to them again nor recommend them to anyone. read more

Alex is the best! For years, this has been the place I take my Volkswagen and my family's volvos- service is always completed when expected, and prices quoted are comparable to dealership prices. This is not the place I'd take my car for an oil change or smaller repairs, but for major service this is my place. Guys here are honest, pricing varies with the job- sometimes it's comparable with dealership prices, other times they can get good deals on parts and cut you a break on labor, or do another service discounted with the purchase of a major repair, that sort of thing. read more

We were customers of Euro Car Care but when they were bought by another company I decided to stay with them. When we took the car in for a brake issue (2009 Volvo c70), they stated that I should replace the coolant reservoir, although I was having no problems with the coolant system. The car immediately developed a coolant leak. When I brought it back, the woman at the desk said I needed a new radiator hose and thermostat ($1000) and they would then pressure test the system and if this failed, I might need a new engine. I was exasperated after all this and told them I just wanted to pick up the car. I never made it over to the new repair shop before the engine started smoking and I had to pull into an inspection station. When the workers there realized my distress they opened the hood and the oil cap had been left off by the mechanics at Euro Car Car and oil had sprayed all over my engine. I was left with a smoking car and an engine that could have been ruined but thankfully was not. When we wrote a critical review of the company and placed it on their website, a representative contacted us and said he needed us to take it down. He apologized for the problems and stated that it was Euro Car Care's fault and that the company would pay for the needed reparations. We sent them the new repair cost and never heard back from them. In addition, they took our critical review down and prevented any new reviews from us to be placed on the website. My advice to anyone considering Euro Car Care is to look elsewhere. The people in at the inspection station and at the second repair center were appalled at how Euro Car Care treated us. They don't deserve to stay in business. read more

Had the Bimmer break down on me on the side of the road. Lame. Smoke was pouring out of the engine cavity, and I knew I was screwed. I know that these guys know what they're doing with my car, since they specialize in BMWs and other Euro cars. I was advised that I needed a water pump, a thermostat, and some radiator connections for the top and bottom. They threw in a new air filter while they were in there. They kept in rather good contact with me regarding the updates of the car. They told me about the decisions that had to be made, and the guy I worked with had a good way of explaining the situation. The labor prices were what I thought were to be fair, and I was advised on future care and upcoming repairs and maintenance that needed to be considered, but not immediately. I didn't feel rushed into making a lot of unnecessary repairs. I'm happy that my car is running again! It purrs right along. read more

After finding me an appointment the same day he got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and the mechanic, Junior, was both capable and personable. They provided me great service and got my car back into perfect order. As I was waiting I even heard them discussing the various training for their mechanics. My son's Passat needed an oil change and a blinker bulb replaced. I also suspected he had an oil leak. Called Euro Car Care, spoke with Joe who told me if we got the car dropped off by noon, he could have it worked on that day. Great! My son and I drop the car off, pick it up a few hours later, and sure enough there had been a leak. I was prepared for a much bigger bill. The volkswagen is not going to anyone else EVER again. We have an older model BMW 700 series that is prone to radiator problems. Well, last week it became a big problem! Apparently a plug in the radiator that stops it from leaking... broke off. So, the car over heated. When I contacted Joe at Euro Car Care he couldn't have been more pleasant & helpful. He gave me valuable information regarding getting our car towed to them, made sure I was well informed regarding their hours, policies & immediately e-mailed me a release form for my electronic signature. Once our car was in their care they got right to it. I was notified asap about what was wrong, what need to be repaired, potential additional repairs that could be necessary upon further investigation,an approximate time frame for the repairs & of course the estimated cost. I was kept well informed through out the entire process. Long story short. .. our car was fixed & the final cost was within $50 of the original estimation, even though we needed more work done then first expected. Finding a place to work on my 2007 Saab 93 is a difficult venture. So I did some research and found Euro Car Care, and while hesitant at first because I knew very little about the business, I pulled the trigger and took my Saab to them for repairs. I normally work on my own cars, but this was something beyond my level of mechanical understanding. Despite the difficulty finding Saab parts, he had my car ready much sooner than I expected. I had to bring my S430 back for a second look at some continuing vibration. This was the same problem that caused me to bring in the car the first time. They thought the source had been fixed before for which I had already paid. Many garages will go on repair "expeditions" and keep charging more money as they go. Not here. The owner said the car should have been test driven more thoroughly after the first repair. That would have revealed the vibration was still there. On the second visit, the source was found to be a worn out transmission mount which they replaced at no additional cost. This is the kind of honesty that will keep me coming back for years!
