Very professional high-end looking shop, open clean work floor with several bays and lifts, ability to do dealer level Audi service work, excellent well stocked customer waiting area setup to accommodate any work business needs (desk space, wifi, even privacy booth for confidential calls), plenty of luxury cars under their care, concierge level service and transportation if needed, and very modern booking/communications/service detail system. AC was outstanding in taking me through the initial inspection and work performed (and done within the estimated time), and Chuck and Ron ensured white glove service all around. Update, I had my front brakes replaced and everything seemed ok for a day but the squealing gradually got worse. I brought my car back for a free inspection and they said everything's good. Few days later, my brakes are even louder? Sounded like metal rubbing against my rotors. This time I was quoted a price to sand my rotors? They're brand new.. why would you need to sand them? I walked away and got another shop to look at it, and sure enough one of the weights were missing for my pads which would explain the noise. It's clear they saw it and didn't want to admit that they made a mistake during install. It's unfortunate they were not honest and I'm pretty sure the cost to "sand" my rotors was just to replace the pads they broke during install. I bought brand new pads and rotors and provided the parts, knowing very well they were in great condition and new in box. If you break something during install, own up to it and work with your customers. I really wanted to trust them because they did a great job on my oil change but this was not the case. Lastly, they'll throw the warranty jargon around that unless you buy the parts from them they can't warranty anything. So basically, if they break it during install it's all on you. read more

Never Again - Be Careful - Don't get Cheated - Read other negative reviews Beware. Not only this shop does NOT use OEM parts, it will use "any" random after market part and try to fit it in. I learnt this the hard way. I had gotten a 55k service on my Audi done a couple of years ago. The process was smooth and I didn't bother checking for the parts used back then. This time around, I needed to get my brake rotors & pads replaced, so I reached out and got a quote. They quoted the exact OEM part numbers as Audi dealer did, with exact same prices down to the penny as the dealer. I confirm with them if the parts are indeed "OEM" and they said yes. I asked them to show me picture before I went in, but they said they'll show it all when I get there. Sure no problem. I showed up and asked for the parts to be shown. After repeatedly asking the staff several times, I was shown the parts. To my surprise, they were NOT Original Audi OEM. They were after market. The shop GM, Ron, tries to argue with me and teach me that "it's from the same manufacturer and we buy directly without the Audi logo, because we can't pay a high markup". Well, firstly that's the exact definition of Aftermarket. And secondly, what you are charging the exact same amount down to the penny on your quotes as the dealership? That's trying to mislead the customer. I asked politely that I don't want this job done, asked for my car to be put back and left. After coming back home, I had to replace the cabin air filter that this shop had put in two years ago. To my utter surprise, when I pulled the old filter out - not only it was non-OEM some generic brand, it was the WRONG SIZE!! Wider & shorter. It was simply shoved in, providing inadequate coverage and possibly causing some dirt/dust to get in the A/C. I was furious, I messaged the shop back and shared all this. Also mentioned that I will be suing them (not a threat, a real course of action). The owner of the shop, Bernard Tansey sends me an email explaining their "OEM" parts practice: "I see in your records that you had requested to use OEM parts, which is what we supply. "Genuine" was not specified. Audi does not make their own parts, in this case Akebono is the supplier, but Audi also uses ATE, Pagid, Ferodo and Jurid. We prefer ATE rotors and Ferodo pads, as we have seen significantly increased performance and wear with these suppliers. The only difference with "Genuine" is there are Audi rings stamped on them and come in an Audi box. The pads are exactly the same, from the same manufacturer. " Accordingly any half decent shop, that's the exact definition of an aftermarket part. And audi might use Ferodo for some models, on my car, they are NOT the Original Equipment Manufacturer for brake pads. I also shared with him the finding about the incorrect air filter they shoved in, and he has been silent on it. Guilty!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Potentially can be great place to maintenance your car, but sales team is tricky. You cannot talk to mechanic. I found Euro Clinic on Yelp, and decided to go for diagnosis & repair for oil leak in my 2010 Porsche 911. Sales team was very friendly. At the end of the day, I got a call from sales team. They said "We found your brakes are time to replace. We recommend 60000mile service. The cost is $$$$. Do you want to go?" What!? I was getting upset. I came here for diagnosis & repair for oil leak. I asked what is going on. Sales team just recommended oil change. I already paid for diagnosis $270. I decided to go only oil change. After I picked up my car, I noticed huge performance improvement in the engine feel (My 911 had rpm drop issue for long time). I don't see oil leak any more. I think mechanic here know Porsche very well. For brake replacements, I went back to my usual place for saving a few hundred dollers. But, later I recived promo from Euro Clinic. With promo, the price is competitive. This is like Comcast sales. If you say no, later you will get 'What about this price?'. I don't like this kind of hassle. Parts price is reasonable. Their labor fee is 20-80% higher without promo. Based on my great experience from Euro Clinic, higer labor fee is reasonable to me. My only concern is Sales Team, and you cannot talk to mechanic. read more

I've been taking a bunch of my Audi's to Euro Clinic since 2019 (back when they were called Dub Clinic). In fact, the moment my factory warranty is done, I have just defaulted to Euro Clinic for the last ~6 years. I even decided to take my in-warranty RS6 to them, instead of the dealer, to get an OEM dashcam installed because I simply didn't trust the dealer to handle my brand new car with care. And the reason is simple; they're honest, do a quality job for a fair price. In this day and age, especially in the Bay Area, finding a business that doesn't just want to make a quick buck off you is pretty much impossible. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to make sure their car is well maintained, knowing full well that the work done is solid and you paid a fair price for it. read more

Have taken my GTI for repairs 3 times. Every time I have received the car back and had to return for repairs. 1. Timing chain replacement that broke and destroyed my head within 200 miles. They blamed the part as defective. 2. Replaced turbo and had to return due to most of the piping either loose or not attached at all. along with the fan not being reconnected and car overheating. Less than 5000 miles later the exhaust manifold bolts sheared due to improper torque. They blamed it on bad bolts. 3.Replaced counter balance pan and ended up having to tighten 6 bolts that were never torqued to spec. They never even did basic exterior cleaning of car after service and I have since found another motorsport shop. I simply can't afford to have them fix anything else. This is the best shop I have ever had the privilege of working with. The starter on my 2017 Audi A4 suddenly died and I was left without a working car. After calling the shop, they immediately welcomed me to tow in the car and was able to diagnose the issue within mere hours. I was provided a very detailed description of the inspection along with photos. Mike was extremely friendly, patient, and honest. I recently had a phenomenal experience at Euro Clinic in Santa Clara and I feel compelled to share. Land Rover Rookie mistake, but I recently had my dog (60lbs) in the car and to eliminate the passenger seat belt alarm, I buckled the belt....and then put the chest strap behind the headrest. Don't do this. The two fix options are expensive and involve reupholstery. From the moment I first reached out, Jenny & Ron went above and beyond to assist me. Their expertise and kindness were evident throughout the entire process. Jenny was able to slot me into an afternoon appointment that day. When I arrived, Ron came out and knew exactly what the problem was and what the two fixes were. Unless...just maybe, if there was a little slack in the belt...maybe we could fix this without tearing up the back of the seat or cutting the belt. He came back out with a few wrenches and took the seat off its rails and together we were able to shift and shimmy the locked belt over the headrest. Picture that iconic episode of Friends with the sofa, but in a Range Rover Evoque instead of the hallway. Despite the complexity of the problem, Ron's creativity and quick thinking, time and patience had me back on the road in :15 minutes. Yes, :15. But what truly amazed me was their generosity, Ron did not charge me for the repair. Euro Clinic went above & beyond and demonstrated an exceptional level of customer care and community spirit. Dubclinic is the best! I have a vacuum pump oil leak on my 2.0T, instead of replacing the entire pump, Dubclinic is able to replace o ring and gasket for me with 10% of dealership cost. I've spent over $5k with this shop only to have corners repeatedly cut, instead of taking care of a problem like addressing the failing sunroof liner after having to them replace my headliner and sunroof. Nope - it isn't covered under warranty for either of those services. I'm sad to say that after having the fuel injectors cleaned here, I've had nothing but bad experiences, including forgetting to flush the sunroof drains that caused an inner cabin leak and replacing a pcv valve before checking the gas cap. You are better off with another shop specializing in VWs. read more

Came into their new location for glass service. The team went out of there way to help schedule with extreme flexibility. I wanted to get the glass fixed asap to get my car back on the road and they worked around the UPS delivery time to get me slotted in literally a few hours after I got the part in hand (same day). In terms of the glass repair, it's much cheaper than the dealership but a bit more expensive than other glass shops. The benefit of doing it here is your work is warrantied by EuroClinic which stands by their work. read more

Had decarb service for the intake valves done at DubClinic, recommended by a coworker, and they did a great job. Engine idles better and less vibration. The front staff member was great and the tech did a great job on removing carbon build-up of the intakes. Had issue with couple of things, the tech did not take the pictures of the intakes before cleaning them as requested and overfilled the coolant reservoir, above the max line. Overall experience was good and would recommend. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update - Happened to stop by today due to another issue (saw wet spots on the skid plate on the passenger side) and talked to Bernard, the owner; he apologized for the miscommunication that led to the pictures of the valves before the decarb service not being taken. Dec. 21 - I had a CEL on my audi s5 and took it to Dubclinic based on overwhelming recommendations I trusted. I wanted a carbon cleaning done, since I figured it would resolve the issue I was having, and it needed to be done anyway. $1000 -- sure. Dec. 22 - Upon beginning work, they discovered the swirl flap actuator (changeover valve) on the intake manifold was damaged. They asked $600 for a $250 part from the dealership. No thanks, I'll have it installed elsewhere. Proceeding with the carbon cleaning, they discovered the swirl flaps themselves were damaged inside the intake manifold. They asked $5000 for a $2500-3000 part from the dealership (albeit, it includes the "$600 part"). Still, no thanks, I'll go elsewhere to avoid being ripped off so blatantly. Dec. 23 - Upon putting my intake manifold back on, and not proceeding with the carbon cleaning because of the discovery and change of plans, they now have an issue starting the car again. This car was my daily driver, and was running and driving when it entered the shop. They warranty their work, which is nice, so they tinkered and found a way to get it started again. They tested it for my safety getting home, and I paid them $700 for uninstalling and reinstalling the broken air intake manifold. Driving home, no more CEL despite a broken intake manifold. Miraculous, but suspicious. Dec. 24 - It's begun beeping "shut the car off and check the coolant level" errors, and there's strong smell of coolant in the exhaust coming out of the tail pipes. Do not take your car to this shop. read more

He took care of me when I lived in Santa Clara back in 2015. I have since moved back to LA and whenever my Audi needed service, I think of him. Because good service is hard to find these days. Now I am in need of an overhaul because the mechanic in LA who changed my water pump and thermostat somehow did a poor job and the engine is leaking coolant and burning engine oil. I am updating a previous five star review. I have been taking my car to Bernard for as long as I can remember. Back then he worked on the car himself and was very communicative about problems in the car. He tried everything to save you money and do a great job. But now I feel it is becoming more of a business. The communication is not so great. Bernard no longer does all the work and I don't know who does. I've had to come in for the same problem twice and now I'm having problems with it again. Before, Bernard would fix it again at no charge. Now I'm told that the warranty ended. After my car was done, they informed me when alignments are done and what's the manufacturing typically like. I definitely would return as a customer based on my experience. I was referred by a good friend that is a big VW collector and has quite a few pristine older VW's and a new Audi. My review is based on the following: I bought an aftermarket grill for my Audi and needed a reputable place to get it installed. As it was not OEM some things might be a bit off and I wanted to point it all out. I dropped in and showed them the grill and pointed out I have parking sensors, a camera, etc. They assured me they could take care of it. Needless to say, not everything went perfect as the parking sensors I bought didn't work and the camera in the aftermarket grill didn't sit properly. We came up with a solution to fix both scenarios (the original service was on a Friday and was able to come back on a Monday) and dropped my car off in the morning and mid-afternoon was done and working great! They were super professional and worked to ensure I was happy. Also, I usually don't like air freshener in my car but they put a Lil DubClinic one and it actually smells nice! I was driving to work on San Tomas, Friday morning. The weather was grim, cloudy skies, and light rain drops flying in the wind. My car hood began to rattle, when suddenly, the hood flew up, and crashed into my windshield. In a panic, I drove into emergency lane, and quickly called for a tow. The only thing I had on my mind, was the cost for repairs. My hood had large dents in it, broken hinges, and no hook for the latch; the latch itself, broken. The tow came and asked if I wanted to drop it off at the dealership. I drive a VW Golf and I know the dealership would have charged two arms and a leg for the whole thing. The only other place I knew of, that I felt confined with, was Dubclinic. The owner helped me out of a pickle jam, a few years back, when dealing with another crocked mechanic. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their new location, new decor, and receptionists. Because of the damages, the car was deemed unsafe to drive. They would keep me updated with repairs for my Golf and call me about invoices. A week or so later, my VW comes back with a new hood and a new latch!!
