I've been to Euro Collision of Andersonville a couple of times for street parking mishaps and I keep going back there because the workmanship and the professionalism are top-notch. John takes great care of his customers. Always had a great experience at this shop, they're friendly, honest, and professional, which counts for a lot in this day and age. They work seamlessly with GEICO... I can drop off my vehicle and pick up a loaner all at the same place. They stand behind their work... with the GEICO jobs it's a solid guarantee. Came back for some re-work about six months after the initial visit, they took care of everything, no hassle, no grumbling, just good, cheerful, fast service. Glad I found Euro Collision! My brand new car was badly hit while parked on the street just a couple weeks after I bought it. I was devastated and hastily brought it to Euro Collision. I later called feeling panicky, thinking I should have gotten estimates from other places before committing. I became a bit emotional when I realized it was too late to do so but Hysein stayed professional despite my not so professional manners. They ended up doing a great job with the repairs and within the estimated time frame. Hysein was friendly and communicative about what was going on with the parts and timing throughout the process. I don't normally make the time to write a review. But as a THANK YOU to the team at Euro Collision I reset my Yelp password this weekend just so that I could log on to write this review. Recently all 4 tires were stolen off my car. It was an awful experience and, making matters worse, the insurance claim experience was very unpleasant and I was scheduled to drive out of town exactly one week to the date of the incident. The team at Euro treated me like I was THE most important customer they had even though they were not my insurance company's preferred provider. They listened to me with such grace and patience. They were kind and compassionate, something somewhat lost these days in customer service. AND they did excellent, fast work. Euro worked with my insurance company (as they sought to rectify the initial service experience) and within 2 days of the incident I had my car back!!! If you're like me - you may find it hard to select a service provider. When it comes to car repairs I find it especially challenging because I haven't needed the type of service and skills Euro Collision provides and, until now, didn't know where to go. I learned of them because this same experience happened to my sister last fall. She raved about Euro Collision and how well they treated her, how timely they were, how effectively they communicate, etc. etc. etc. I also checked Yelp and discovered other ratings consistent with my sister's experience. Those that took the time to write a review helped me feel more comfortable about my choice. So I decided to take the time to return the favor. Thank you Euro team! Euro Collision is around the corner and offer great customer service. I had been to them once before for a passenger side mirror and assembly replacement about 3 years ago. I came in today for the same issue and they treated me like royalty. They schedules me as soon as they could. Prices are very reasosable as well. read more

I have Geico and was sent to Eurocollision because it is one of their adjusters. I was told that since I was sent from the insurance company I'd be a prefered customer and be moved to the front of the line. I took it there to get an estimate and after discussing it with my husband, we opted for them do the work since they would guarantee the work for lifetime. I was out of town the day I was supposed to drop it off but my sister was gracious enough to do so for me. John was my contact person and told my sister that I could call if I had any questions and that he would keep me updated. I called Friday for an update and left a voicemail but did not hear back from John that day. I called back Saturday right before noon but the phone was busy. The car was supposed to be done Tuesday so I thought they would call back on Monday. Monday came and went and no one called to give me an update of what time the car would be ready the next day. Tuesday was a busy day for me and I knew that if the car wasn't ready early enough I would probably not be able to pick it up that day at all so when I did not get a call from them by 1 I just expected to have a voice message at some point. My plan was to pick up early Wednesday morning. I NEVER got a call back. I had to call them Wednesday morning to see what the update was . I was told my car was still not ready past the day it was supposed to be ready because they got the wrong part from the manufacturer. I asked why was I not told before and John said he just got busy. Simply unexcusable to not keep your customer updated. I was not expecting to not have a vehicle Wednesday, huge inconvenience for me and a gross misconsideration from their part. I will NEVER go back. Customer service was HORRIBLE. BEWARE!!! read more

I had a horrible accident in the city. Someone blew a red light late at night and crashed into me, speeding away. I was full of anxiety and Euro Collison was amazing! Gieco towed my car here and everyone was super friendly and informative. Gieco helped me with a rent a car as well. Euro Collision texted my phone on almost a daily basis letting me know of the progress. It took over a week but my baby was brand new and gorgeous. Best part? Everyone at Euro Collision made me feel like family. The older gentleman (I think he's the main owner) was much like a dad and told me not to be nervous about driving after my horrific experience. He made me feel at ease. We even talked about where I worked, what I did for a living, etc. They were very personable and caring. I hope nothing ever happens to my car again but if anything EVER happened I would never hesitate to come back here. Phenomenal job on my car and amazing people and shop. I had a great experience at Euro Collision of Andersonville. My estimator was Hysein, and he did a thorough job explaining everything to me. I had some work done that was being paid for by State Farm (somebody hit me), and I also had some work done that I paid for out of pocket at the same time. Cost was quite reasonable, and car was ready earlier than expected! And their arrangement with Enterprise Rental was quite convenient too. The whole process was seamless. read more
