The perils of city life that no one warns you about.. You kind of anticipate that street parking…read moremeans your car will get dinged up a bit, but it's a real sucker punch when you go to get in your car and find that someone side swiped you, took your mirror, and left damage to all four panels in a hit and run. And if you have my luck it happens twice! As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, going to the body shop can be intimidating. Both times, however, Tigers has taken care of me with transparency and professionalism. Start by bringing it in for an estimate -- no appointment needed. If you call ahead, you'll just be told "anytime". The assessment will be quick, and in under 20 minutes you'll have a quote and an appointment to bring it back for the actual work. (Yes, the appointment might be a couple days out. They're busy because they're GOOD.) In my case, a four panel replacement was expected to take 3-4 days. I had plans to be out of town, and the team was completely understanding about my need to leave it there for an extra day or two until I returned. In the short amount of time I spent in the office, a crew member or two floated in or out with smiles on their faces, cracking jokes, making me feel completely at ease. You can tell the team gets along well and generally just seem to enjoy being there. Greg also took the time to discuss my options with me (insurance vs out of pocket, what could be done to bring the cost down while managing the essentials, and explaining the different steps that must be taken for either option). When I came back for pickup a few days later, I found my car looking good as new. Maybe it's because I'm repeat business, but when it was time to pay up I was told it was discounted. I was incredibly grateful -- but imagine how much more grateful I was when I actually got in the car to drive home... And found that the crew had detailed the interior, too! Truly above and beyond, the nicest team, just carrying on the family legacy and happy to be doing it. I'll never take my car anywhere else and I'll vouch for Tiger's every time.

I brought my car to European & US Car Service after a broken window needed to be replaced. After…read moretheir work, my locking system stopped working properly. I repeatedly returned to the shop over the course of more than three months trying to get the problem resolved. Instead of addressing the issue, I was repeatedly told it was a switch or some other problem. Eventually, I was told it was an electrical problem they could not diagnose or fix and that I needed to take the car to the dealer. I took the car to the dealer, and within about five minutes of opening the door, they discovered that the electrical wires to the locking system had been cut/damaged. I then had to pay to have the damage repaired. What is especially frustrating is that I kept going back to this shop and was repeatedly led to believe that the problem was unrelated to their work. I feel that I was misled by their employees, and I am extremely disappointed that it took months and a trip to the dealer to finally identify what was wrong. I have also tried contacting the District Manager to resolve this matter. I have called and emailed him repeatedly since Tuesday, and I am now being ignored. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If a shop damages a customer's vehicle, the customer should not have to spend months chasing them, pay another repair facility to identify the damage, and then be ignored when asking for accountability.

Instead of leaving for a lengthy period, Euro Collision was able to order my door and I scheduled an appointment for the repair after it arrived. Euro Collision finished my car a day before the quote, which was amazing! I mainly worked with Chris, who was great! The receptionists/admins were all very knowledgeable and friendly each time I came in. Highly recommend (and they have one of the best waiting areas for a repair shop!)

I've been back and forth with EuroCollision since having them repair my rear bumper, fender, and…read moredriver door. The first mishap came when they told me my bill was going to be less than $1000 but ended up being about $2000 when I came to pick it up. They said they'd work with me but ended up knocking off only about $20 as if that made a difference. Then, I take a look at the work they did and it was just terrible. They gave me every excuse under the sun but ended up taking it back to "fix" a few issues that still remained on the car. We spoke about them fixing multiple issues, however, only one of them was addressed when I came to pick up my car for the second time. The service manager kept trying to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about despite personally working on a Best Paint In Show awarded car at Pebble Beach. The more I spoke to him, the more I realized how much of a scam artist this guy, and apparently the company, is. Either way, once again, they told me I could bring the car back for a third time to get the scuffs buffed out that they were supposed to take out already. The next thing that happened just goes to show how dishonest they truly are. The insurance company recommended a new bumper and EuroCollision both charged me for one and "confirmed" they replaced it. However, a few months later, I decided to sell off my car in pieces, and the "new" bumper that EuroCollision "installed" has a 2003 manufacturers date on it, in addition to very unique damaged that was present before my visit. CONFIRMED: EuroCollision practices insurance fraud and passes the BS onto its customers because they're not fulfilling the work they're supposed to be. Finally, upon removing my rocker panel, I found about 5lbs of glue to make the weather strip stay in place after they broke it and decided they didn't want to spend $10 to replace it. So while removing the rocker panel, the glue ripped off paint and is now destroyed. I will absolutely be doing everything in my power to get the word out that EuroCollision is a bunch of scam artists.
