We were told it had a brand new Oil Cooler and Spark Plugs installed as that oiler cooler always goes bad in this model so they replaced it with the new aluminum one to prevent problems for the next owner. Less than 48 hours of owning it, the heat stops working. Less than a week of owning it the check engine light comes on with a misfire in cylinder 4. We took it to a shop, $1300 later we had a new oil cooler installed. The repair shop gave us the oiler cooler that they removed. It was the original plastic oil cooler that came with the engine. The spark plugs were not replaced either. This dealer lied to our face when we bought it. After that repair it fixed the misfire on cylinder 4 but the heat still doesn't work so now we have to spend a couple more thousand dollars to get the heater core replaced because "someone" filled the system with radiator stop leak. This was my 19 year old son buying what he thought was going to be his first reliable vehicle for his new chapter of life and getting on his adult feet. My son saved up every penny and paid $12000 cash for this car just to end up with a lemon and lies. Buyer beware!!!

I walked out immediately and I'm hoping they didn't actually do a pull because I didn't even purchase the car yet he gave me an entire purchase packet?! Arriving at the dealership, I was greeted kindly, and ushered inside. I had to wait at a service desk while the employee completed some calls. To my right were several guys who worked there, not busy, standing around shooting the sh!t. I overhead them say something to the effect of, "Those Hispanics, they triple our billable hours, hahaha." I'm not sure if tripling billable time was supposed to be good or bad, but it didn't feel like a good thing. A Latino man who also worked there was walking by at that moment, and they said "Right, (name)?" And he nodded and kinda looked beaten down as he headed off to wherever he was going. It felt really uncomfortable to witness. My car was taken care of very well, and the staff I interfaced with were friendly and courteous to me. I was, however, put off by the casual racism (and in customer-facing spaces no less). I appreciated their help with my car recall, but I'll find somewhere else to take it next time.

This was not an isolated incident the Property Tax Office told me that Cross Jeep in known for doing this to their customers. After filing the paperwork proving that I do not owe taxes I went to the DMV to register my vehicle and there was another person that bought a jeep from Cross and was unable to register his vehicle because they did the same to him. Bottom line Cross Jeep and their management still lack integrity. I have been a Cross customer for over 5 years getting any maintenance /work to my truck done there. I traded my truck on a new vehicle and the truck I got ended up having death wobble and bad vibrations they did put a new set of tires on it and gave me a loaner to drive the truck spent over four weeks in the shop I was told by Jeff (sales manager) if the issue was not resolved they would offer to buy the truck back. Well the issue still exists and I have been told four times that they would get me a buyback number but now cross will not respond to any text or phone calls. After taking the truck in for the issue the salesman avoided me and would ignore me standing right in front of them. They even told the two salesman that I worked the deal with to no longer talk with me and assigned another salesman to deal with me all he did was tell me he would get me the info I asked for and never follow through. I answered calls and text from them when they needed Information on my trade so they could provide details to a customer trying to buy it Overall Cross Jeep and their sales teams lack of integrity and honesty is very disappointing and if you are looking for a dealership that offers customer service after the deal is done keep on looking because that doesn't exist at Cross

Failed to fix noise issue in warrantied vehicle after 5 attempts. Each time mechanics left huge…read moregrease marks on my leather seats (never corrected), white residue all over my rear and front seats, scratched the exterior of my vehicle, and stained the headliner with greasy fingerprints. The office also "test drove" my vehicle each time and burned my own fuel each time for days without consideration of compensation. Multiple times I came back with at least 1/4 or more of a tank gone. All for nothing to be resolved. After using my own time to bring my vehicle in and be without one for 5 separate occasions I'm at a loss as what to do. I contacted the customer advocacy group and asked they reach out to solve this. The service director has yet to reply back to his internal counterpart for multiple business days. Regardless, he has been less than helpful in getting this resolved.
