My grandma, who was not interested in getting color redone after the service was charged the entire charge for the service and on top of that an extra $10 just because she didn't get color again. Wouldn't you think if they're doing half the service they wouldn't have a reason to charge ON TOP of that half done service? That's ridiculous and after speaking to the manager they still weren't able to help. They said if she would have picked a color there wouldn't have been an up charge, SERIOUSLY?? I went for a mani- pedi. For my manicure I had Mason, he did my nails like he was in a hurry, didn't do proper cuticle care. My manicure was done within 20-30 mins which would be ideal only if my nails looked fresh and not like I have been digging dirt. He left my cuticle looking all crusty and never shaved down the excess powder after getting a dip. I would recommend that management focuses on customer service and satisfaction rather than trying to get more and more customers. Because I am not happy about the results. read more

Brian was my nail tech. He was very rushed and didn't take the time to ask me what length I preferred, he did a good job but he did everything so rushed seemed like he was in a hurry to get the set done. I had asked him for short nails and he did the medium length, when I told him the length was too long and if it was possible to get it shorter he said it was already too late and he had asked me already (he didn't) I feel if he wasn't so rushed he'd be able to keep in mind what the customer wants instead of trying to get to the finished product as quick as possible. He also hurt my finger while he filing it down with the electric filer. For my pedicure, Tammy was great and she kept asking what design or color I perfected, very sweet lady. Overall the vibe of the place is nice and they provide a good atmosphere but the service is questionable due to certain nail techs. read more

I love this place, but today I didn't enjoy my manicure. Thank you Mary for your attention with my pedicure. The manicurist Jason burned me several times removing my gel polish and he said my nails were so thin like paper, while I thought he was probably right when my manicure was finished I ended with little cuts from the nail buffer. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and as the years have gone by the customer service and quality of this establishment has depleted. I went yesterday and will never go back unfortunately. I always make sure to call right when they open at 9:30 to make a same day appointment and to request a specific person. They don't take me till 2:30 and tell me they booked the person I requested 5 hours prior to someone else. My pedicure was mediocre at best. The glitter is so uneven and blotchy. I'm over the inconsistency of this place. I wish them the best but they have lost yet another customer. read more

This was the most unclean, unsanitized nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to many over the last 40 years. Not only was it filthy but the staff was inexperienced and truly not qualified to service gel clients. The pedicure employee couldn't even give a quality massage and was leaving polish all over my toes until I firmly asked him to clean it up. The manicurist was no better. i've came here a few times to get a pedicure, this time around the last time I went I decided to get my nails done. I got a full gel x set. Everything seemed fine after I left from getting my nails done till I got home and I noticed that the gel wasn't fully cured on one of my fingers. I go back the next day to fix it and that same day after fixing it a nail pops off and later that day, another nail pops off, so I go back again to fix it. when I go back to fix it, you can tell he just wanted to get me out of there so he (Mason) just hurried up and fixed my nails, I walked out got to my car and noticed once again my nails were not fully cured again. I walked back inside and he fixes it again. At no surprise two days later I had another two nails pop off. I paid $60 + tip for a set to not even last me a whole week and I had to go back multiple times for things to get fixed that should've lasted in the first place. I don't get my nails done too often so spending this much on something that lasted less than press ons was so disappointing, I was embarrassed to keep going in every other day to get something fixed but I wanted to get my moneys worth. read more

Had a pedi with Tammy and it was rough. I still had cuticle on my toes. I had to tell her to please get it and it was crystal clear that the cuticle was there in front of her face, so she saw it. How would you allow someone to leave the salon like that with cuticle on their toes? I don't like subpar performance. I paid $75 dollars for this VERY short length of nails with not much design but a small extremely small french line. They just be seeing who comes in well dress and be stealing money out of you. Do not recommend. I loved the set but it was crazy expensive for this length and small design. This set max anywhere else is 50-55 dollars.
