The pedicurist stabbed my foot, made me bleed, and put me through agony throughout the entire appointment. Then, I was left with an awful bacterial infection. Over the last 2 weeks I have been in agony and hardly being able to walk and stand on my foot. This place clearly isn't very clean and has gone down hill. They also refuse to take appointments anymore and just do walk ins which is a huge disrespect to people's time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love coming here for my Pedicure/Nails. I found them last year after searching high and low for a skilled nail tech. The entire staff is really sweet! My Tech is Danny he's the freakin best when it comes to detail on my mail shape! Never disappoints. As for pedicures they're all great, my favorite is Ken and Kevin, they give the BEST foot massages. I waited forever and a day to be serviced. I got a pedicure which was mediocre. But when it was time for me to get a full set they were telling me that they cannot do dip powder on the medium length of nails that I wanted. I only came to this nail shop because mines were closed. After going back and forth with the nail techs I decided I will go else where for my service..it was very annoying for them to decide what they did not want to do on my nails after waiting a very long time to get service. So after they seen how frustrated I was, they found a man in the shop to do my nails. He was a very nice guy but my nails were not sculpted correctly. read more

I came in Saturday for a gel pedicure . It was $51 dollars . I was cut a few times to the point it was burning when she put alcohol on my toes at the end . The next day I noticed my big toes were messed up . I went back to have them fixed. Here we are the next day again and the same problem . The quality of of this shop has really Gone down . I have gone here since 2011 and up until this last year I loved it here ... Not only are the pedicures that used to cost $70 now cost $100 but I have been cut on my foot my last two pedicures. The first time it happened I had to argue with the front desk manager for over 30 minutes while my toe was bleeding while Van (pedicure girl) yelled in another language and got in my face saying my toe was already cut.. haha ..this time my heel was cut and when I left and got in my car I felt the burn on my heel and I didnt even want to bother with it since same manager at front was there.. so I have decided to finally leave a yelp and move onto another business. I used to brag to everybody about the hot stone massages, and the massages in general and now the people who do the service seem to only do it half effort which really sucks to say as I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but the service is severely lacking. There have also been multiple times that I have made an appointment with somebody specific and when I get there, they tell me that she is booked with somebody else and they double booked her and then they make you wait 30-45 minutes for someone to open up . The front desk manager is borderline rude and gets in your space which makes me uncomfortable. read more

I went in 08/22 to get a builder gel set and pedicure with gel. Emily did my toes, she was very nice, however the next hour I had to go back because my nail polish came completely off on my toe. No biggie I went back and they fixed it. Fast forward to 08/26; my nails look as if I haven't gotten them done in a month, two nails already came off, the rest of my nails were lifting. I called to ask if I can go in and fix them. Lei was very nice and helpful and let me go in. However I was still charged for the two nails that were replaced although I barely got them done four days ago and they were still considered fresh. They charged for the nails they replaced which I just felt that because the quality of work wasn't great initially they would cover that. I was of course willing to pay for the French tip I ended up getting as it was different than my initial service. Now, have my polish on my toes are gone. It's gel, gel usually last me a month and sometimes even longer. I paid $142 for material that didn't even last a week. Again, very nice people however the quality of the products are not the best, ESPECIALLY when you're going in and spending over $100's plus tip. Would not go back. read more

Been coming here for years. I'm so done. They never have clean equipment anymore. Just a pile of tools they grab and I always specifically ask for them to trim my cuticles and you're lucky if you can get someone who knows how to anymore. Everyone is always being trained and new. I've been contemplating a lot on leaving a review for this establishment. However, I need to be honest. The pictures of people nails on yelp are probably that of one key nail artist or someone you have to additionally book through instagram. I made the mistake to not speak up while present at the nail salon. I received a full set, the lady was very nice but it was so "painful" to get my nails done. I cannot express how painful it was during the filing process, my cuticles were not trimmed or pushed back... the use of the electric file was very minimal and almost all my cuticles were scratched or burned from the process. My nails continued to hurt after the salon visit, furthermore the price for what I paid and what I received do not equate. I could go on...but just know this "This place is not it" This establishment needs to focus on cleanliness and better practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do better. read more

I asked if they were able to do a specific design for my manicure and I showed them the picture and they said yes, they could do it but started with my pedicure. After the pedicure was done, they said they were not able to do the design I requested for the manicure and that they were only able to do a solid color. The second time I went in, I scheduled an appointment but when I arrived, the receptionist said I had to wait because they started working on someone else. I've given this place a few chances, but I really don't recommend getting your nails done here. They are unprofessional and unorganized. I told her it hurt and she was filing too low and she argued and said she didn't, I told her my toe nails were throbbing and she continue to argue with me that it was the process of removing the gel, not wanting to argue and make a scene I didn't argue. I wish I would've stopped her and walked out. I just left extremely disappointed because first off I got here about 4:30 for a pedicure and the owner that's usually in the front told me it was only about a 30 minute wait at the most, but I ended up waiting over an hour. Their strategy is to make you wait in the front area the time they tell you and then another hour on the pedicure chair so I was left with no choice but to wait since I kept thinking I was going to get my pedicure soon. Then to top it off when I went to the front to pay, the owner gave me my change all rushed and sure enough I counted it and she shorted me 5 dollars! I just got my nails done not too long ago and I am really upset with the service provided. I showed the tech the photo inspo and when he started painting my nails, he used white when the color clearly wasn't white. Instead of showing me different color options, he insisted it was white and that the chrome would make it look like the picture. It didn't. My nails look really tacky and I'm just not happy with them. This is the second time I haven't been happy with my nails here because the same tech just doesn't take the time to actually try to get close to the inspo. It's pretty upsetting. The first time I came was a good experience. I had Dan and he did a good job and was very nice and welcoming. My nails were $42 & I had a broken thumb nail. Made an appointment for Dan and when I arrived they asked if I would take someone else. I said that it was fine as long as it was someone who is as good because I'm picky and liked Dans work. Well they sat me with BEO and she was extremely rude. (Everyone else was very nice and sweet including the lady in the front.) So I asked BEO to please fix under my nail by the side of my ring finger because there was a chunk of acrylic still there. She got mad and huffed and puffed. I said please?? Then as time went on I asked her to please file one side of my pinky (I felt it still pressing into my side of nail bed) She said that if I keep filing it it's going to break easily. (I'm paying for it) ...After all that bull shit my total was $63 dollars. I had two broken nails this time. I asked the lady in the front why it was $20 extra and she said from the two broken nails which were $5 each and then to pay with card was $4 and my length was apparently longer (not by much at all) ...still a big gap...So needless to say I'm pretty upset. I made an appointment with Dan who is nice and then BEO was who I got and she was rude and charged me a completely different amount. I'll add pictures of both nails. The first time when I got them done with Dan (glittery pink) for $42 versus (red) nails (dealing with a mean attitude) for $63. I also hate the pinky nail it looks skinny and crooked and doesn't match the rest of my nails.. sigh I'm wanting to go back to Dan but my experience was so bad with Beo.
