There Diagnostics was basically the same as I did at Autozone. Came back with fault code P0715 the INPUT TURBINE SPEED SENSOR in the Transmission. Total to replace $400. Instead they supposedly changed the fluid, which when double checked was black and thick. They say they changed a few other things. Connector $10. They start the car it's doing the same limp mode. They say you need a whole new Transmission Cost $3000+. Didn't even check the speed sensor that the fault code indicates is the problem. Charged $400 to service the Transmission. They did this to a college student who's working at Costco and doing all the right things. It's not right read more

The shop provided an inspection then quoted the incorrect amounts due to not quoting the correct make of vehicle, then wouldn't honor the initial quote. Ultimately we don't know if they inspected the correct vehicle at this point. No photos have been provided from the inspection. The shop didn't provide receipts for paid work or disclose the warranty information. If you don't have proof of payment they can place a lien on the car. After having the shop perform work on the vehicle more issues came about, and then after providing a list of discrepancies to the shop, no one cared and we are only left with the option to take our business elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle or the time you will waste dealing with an un-organized business. As you can see from one of the shop owners, the service is less than par. The customer is the most important part of a business. I gave you the chance to make it right and you decided not too which is your business practice and as stated we will not return. During the 45 minute call your only goal was to make me feel like what I was saying didn't matter and as if I'm not smart enough to understand what good business looks like. The bottom line is your shop messed up several times and all you did was try to blame the customer. Other potential customers need to know that this is how they will be treated. read more

Second review coming in... After dealing with Gilbert's terrible customer service and horrible attitude whenever needing work done on my car I decided to stop coming here. It wasn't until Gilbert didn't honor repairing a faulty alignment they did charging me $175 to re align my tires after I got all 4 new run flat tires for $1700. Car didn't drive correctly and Gilbert stated that putting the car up on a lift knocked it out of alignment so he had to charge me $175 which is a complete lie. Now that my car is at a dealership getting warranty work done they notified me that whoever put on my tire last instead the lock set ( a lockable lug nut) with an impact wrench instead of a torque wrench and is going to cost me $395 dollars at the dealership. I recommend any other shop in the valley other than this one and highly do not recommend giving work to someone like Gilbert. read more

Came here to get my 2016 Corolla S serviced for a 100k transmission and radiator service. Not only was the cost incredibly reasonable and far below dealership quoted prices, when their supplier shipped them the wrong trans part Gil personally went to two Toyota dealerships to get the parts I needed in order to finish the job same day and not keep my car in the shop all weekend. I don't care about the money but after The Mechanic fixed my car the owner took my car for a joyride and sadly, he lost control and he hit the car somewhere so the next day after I pick up my car I noticed my car is acting weird so I took it back the next morning. I have a 2011 BMW and based on a friend recommendation I took it to this shop to replace my radiator which I already bought the original one from BMW. I met the owner Gil who was very friendly and very knowledgeable with BMW. My car has 103000 miles and his price to replace the radiator was much less than dealership but to my nice surprise he told me that my radiator is still under warranty for 15 years or 150000 miles. I never met anyone as honest as him and he told me to take it back to dealership which I did, and he was right as it was under warranty, and they fixed it for free. He saved me over $1000.
