    Matcha Green Tea Frappe
    Jason Q.

I went to try this cafe this week and I would say I definitely recommend this cafe for anyone coming to tracy or all locals to come try this cafe. The service was really good, I got greeted very politely as soon as I opened the front doors. The staff were really nice and very patient with me, They did not rush me to order and told me to take how ever long I needed to take. The ambiance was really nice, there were nice art pictures on the walls. I really like their menu they had up. Very nice and simple. The drink I order was the matcha green tea frappe. The drink is very sweet and delightful. Definitely one of the better matcha drinks I have tried in the area. If you like sweet matcha like I do, definitely try this one for yourself. I give this cafe a 4/5 stars review I will definitely be back and will be coming back with company on the next visit. Thank you Euro Star Café!

The pastries (especially the lemon bar and macarons, are not only beautiful but exquisite. The atmosphere feels like you're in a little shop in Madrid. The coffee is rich and delicious. Best of all, the vibe is relaxed because you're not packed in with a million other people. I can see why they've been the Best of Tracy for years! A few small tables inside and outside. Totally worth the visit.

Carrot cake, princess cake, lemon bar, cannoli

Phew, I guess one way to tell that you're at a bakery is that the inside is a hot box! It felt like a sauna here lol I'm guessing from all of the ovens running? Anyway, the cakes that I tried here were amazing! The carrot cake was one of the best that I've had. Super moist and flavorful with all of the right spices. The cream cheese frosting had the perfect sweetness to it as well. The princess cake was pleasantly light and I was really surprised that the marzipan on top wasn't overly rich at all (usually I remove some of it when eating a princess cake because of how sweet it typically is). Definitely would consider getting a whole cake version of it for a celebration. The lemon bar was alright; had a little bit of a lemon dishwasher taste to it but nothing too bad. Wasn't the biggest fan of the cannoli here as I prefer cannoli fillings with much less sugar. Enjoyed the crunchy shell though. Lastly I tried the iced coffee. Taste wasn't anything to write home about but it was still pretty smooth. Was actually quite stronger than expected. Small bakery with a few tables for dining. Located in a strip mall with plentiful parking. Overall recommend checking this spot out especially if you're looking for some European pastries/cakes in the area!

Strong coffee on a budget!! I think they only have one size for drinks. The menu isn't extensive but our drinks hit every time! They also do seasonal drink menus. Since it's Mid-January they are ready with the Sweetheart Bev menu for next month! Cute!

We needed breakfast and coffee during our travels and found Euro Star Café near the freeway. We ordered brunch items including cappuccino, macchiato, green tea latte, ham & Swiss croissant, pastrami, macaron, mix berry smoothie, and mango smoothie. All the food and drinks were delicious and the low prices can't be beat. There is a small variety of things to eat from breakfast sandwiches to lunch sandwiches. They have smoothies, frappes, Italian sodas, and the typical café espresso drinks. Euro Star Café created a European atmosphere of calmness from the friendly workers to the beautiful paintings/pictures/video, to the pleasant music. It is a most pleasant experience and it is close to the freeway with easy parking. Quite a jewel to find.

Small coffee shop in a strip mall in Tracy. Stopped by on our way to Tahoe. As the name suggests, the decor inside is very european. Lot of pictures on walls all around from Venice, Paris and Italy. Menu is very basic, with the usual coffee and tea choices. Baked goods were fresh and tasted good. We got the Dutch Girls, which was flaky sugar coated crackers. I have them in ond of the pictures attached. The lady behind making coffee was welcoming and nice. Got our coffee quickly. Good coffee here!!!!

I was traveling to the area to pick up something for work and I noticed this hole-in-the-wall like place. I wanted something to drink so I decided to step in and see what this place had to offer. It looked like a small cafe of sorts, having sandwiches to order and a display case for desserts. They have a variety of drinks to buy, but I wanted something cold. They had smoothies for options and they were decently priced. Berry Smoothie: This was pretty good. I did taste the flavors of the fruits in the drink, though it was a bit more solid then I wanted. Still, it gave me my satisfaction for something cold I wanted to drink. Overall, a nice small cafe to get a quick bite or drink. Would consider coming back here again.

Bite of heaven. Yummy Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich.

Totally worth the stop. Small casual neighborhood cafe. Nothing fancy. Not much happens around here. All good vibes. Cashiers are happy, friendly & positive here. Foods taste pretty good to me. Love the moment inside. Pick up your own utensils and trash. Keep it clean. Gorgeous and sweet. Wall decors and good European music playing in the background can really put smiles and give a sense of relaxation all around. Got my order quickly too. Everything looks tempting for small appetites. Sandwiches are decent and tiny, but good for small people portions. Delicious. Macarons, Dutch girls, tea cookies, cakes, etc. The lovely cookie cake was cute, so I brought it home. Very inexpensive for items too. European feeling. I actually liked this plain little cafe environment. Great for low key folks. It's my kind of rest stop. Beautiful feeling inside. There are a few chairs and tables outdoors. No crowds and no lines on a Wednesday lunch hour. Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich is better tasting than it looks. Good low prices. Nice. Iced coffee not too strong or too sweet either. I really enjoyed looking at the colorful decorations. Not much here, but it's definitely a happy place. I will revisit in future. Simple business. Love the varieties.

    Coffee with oatmilk

Worst service and disgusting metallic tasting coffee. No wonder this place looked dead. I don't think anybody goes here anymore. The cashier lady was rude when I was trying to order my coffee. And the lady who prepared my coffee barely added any oatmilk and when I asked her if I could get some splash of oatmilk in my coffee, she was trying to charge me additional $1.10. I said nevermind and left the place and threw the coffee in the trash because it had a metallic aftertaste almost like their coffee machine had mineral build up or bacteria.

Almond cookies and warm pastrami sandwich
    Cheryl R.

I come here every so often to have coffee, I've always wanted to try the pastrami sandwich. Boy, it was so yummy & the almond cookies I have tried before and those are highly recommended also. Found inside the Rite Aid shopping center, there's lots of parking very convenient to come for lunch. Prices are comparable. Some items are less than other places, services quick, the restaurant is quaint. If you pay cash, you don't have to pay tax that's an awesome discount.

Great sandwiches, great desserts and drinks and at great prices. Tables can use a wipe down. Quiet usually but with nice music playing in the background. I'll definitely be back!

Everything looks the same and the same friendly atmosphere resides. Service is always awesome, and so is the food. This time we both chose the fish and chips lunch which includes 3 good sized pieces of batter dipped fish, and perfectly crispy fries. It was all great. Prior visit - This is a great little place to be for a meal. Totally unassuming from the street and even when you walk up, as it is in a small strip business center off of 11th Street. When I walked in for lunch, I was immediately greeted by a guy behind the bar (which is right at the door) with a smile. I proceeded upstairs to the clean and comfortable 'loft' and grabbed a table along the window so I could see out. The interior is clean and simple, open first floor to second floor ceiling. Great music playing, and just a nice vibe all the way around. Andrea, came by with a smile and greeting, asked if I had any questions, and headed off with my order. I didn't get the bartender's name, but he was just as attentive and super nice, as he came upstairs to my table and described some of the beers he currently has available. Small batch craft beers are good. . . Food: The menu is not so 'typical' as you get to select your protein, the sauce or spice for that protein, then your carb, and your veggie (or make it a salad). Nice choices too. My chicken with Korean BBQ sauce, beer batter fries and grilled Brussels sprouts was good, especially the sprouts. My chicken was on the dry side, but I have a feeling it may have been due to the fact they were managing a party of 15 as well as all the other patrons while I was there. A bit hectic for two people to keep up that pace. I definitely recommend coming to the Upper Room.

The restaurant was decorated in the style of a pub. Our server was very pleasant and answered our questions about the menu. We tried the chips and queso for starters. The cheese was very creamy and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the Cajun pasta. She really liked the spices in it. I had the garlic shrimp pasta which I found creamy and flavorful. The portions were generous; we even took some home! I will definitely check out some of their other menu items when I'm in the area again. Thanks Upper Room !
