I love this place! I initially came here for an oil change because I liked their Yelp reviews. They have made a customer out of me. Oil change is cheaper than the Mercedes dealership btw. From the time I called to make the appointment the lady that answered the phone was professional, polite, and to be honest I even felt a personal connection with her. Yes, she was that sweet. The waiting area has everything one needs for a comfortable wait, especially with a two year old. Translation: They have generous amounts of various snacks, beverages, a tv, and phone charging stations. You can even bring you laptop and plug it in at a counter area they have. I have used EuroFix in Nashville before, but this was the first time I used the newer location in Franklin. I failed my emissions test, and was hoping for some answers. I was really impressed with the diligence that the team used in diagnosing the issues. Even though it took a while to find the source of the problem and get the right parts I feel like I was cared for in the process. I don't feel like I spent money that didn't address the issues. This is not a place you go to for super fast service for complex problems, but I feel it was worth the time spent. They offer loaner cars when available, and they have driven me to home and work on previous occasions. read more

I recently brought my 93 Mitsubishi 3000gt to the Franklin, Tn EuroFix for a diagnois of why it was running rough. After an hour, I was told I would have to leave the vehicle for more further diagnostic work. I called for a ride and left. The next day(24hrs later), I had not heard from the good folks at Euro Fix so I gave them a call. They told me my car needed a tune-up and they could do it for $840. I thought that was a bit high so I went to pick my car up. They told me the bill for the diagnosis of "Needs a tune-up" would be $153.02. I paid this amount and vowed never to do business with this company again. UPDATE Firestone performed a tune-up on my car AND replaced the valve cover gaskets for $250. Unless you have money to burn, there is no reason to allow EuroFix to rip you off with their over priced repairs. read more

I came in for a check engine light on my Audi Q7 and I'm leaving not only with a $4000 paid invoice but a list of unknowns. For example, a sun roof that has been tampered with because the headliner was removed. A headliner that is off color and poorly installed. And a computer module that is no longer working because of water damaged that will cost me according to them another $5050 dollars. read more

1 star only because I can't give a negative rating. I'd like to relay my experience with Eurofix today. Having had bad experiences with the local VW dealership I took my daughters car in to have a window motor replace along with the window regulator and have the oil changed while it was there. Nothing else. NOTHING ELSE! Imagine my surprise when the call came to us that it would be over $1300 to change the window motor and regulator and change the oil. $1300? Seriously. That's even more than the local VW dealership charged us on the previous door. Not to mention the offer of $1500 to fix a brake leak. Interestingly enough, this vehicle sits in my garage every night and there is not a drop of any fluids on the floor. Hmmmmm. So, back to the window motor repair. Out of curiosity I checked online for the price of these parts. The most I could come up with was $500 for parts. So it's going to cost $800 in labor to replace these parts? Wow, I'm in the wrong business. You say, why not do it yourself? Good question. I freely admit I'm an idiot when it comes to repairing a vehicle so I pay someone to handle that. Mind you, I don't mind paying a fair price for a repair but $1300 seems like robbery. So I called around and was able to get someone to replace the window motor and regulator for around $600. I called Eurofix and told them do not do anything to the car. Fast forward to today when we go to pick the vehicle up and they charge us $300+ for an oil change and a diagnostic fee. This is the exact reason why people don't trust auto repair establishments and exactly the reason why I will never, ever trust a vehicle to Eurofix again. Update: Found a difference repair shop who diagnosed only an issue with the window regulator and price was half what Eurofix quoted. Eurofix contacted me and insisted on refunding me the costs they charged for. read more

I am a skeptic by nature, so believe me when I say these guys are amazing. It's like taking your car to a resort. You are taken care of from the moment you walk in, until you leave. They do exactly what they say they are going to. Rick did a great job explaining everything along the way. No surprises. Great service, from the front desk, to the waiting area coffee bar/tv/wi-fi. We all know that car repair is a major inconvenience, but you can tell that these guys make every effort to make getting your car repaired the 'least inconvenient' it can be. I'm a single parent, and I work from home, and also homeschool my daughter, so it was great to be able to sit and work in a pleasant sitting area while my daughter did schoolwork, and I used the wi-fi laptop bar for work while they serviced my car. And then, to top it off, their GS McCrea gave it back to me washed and detailed. read more

I used to have a Volkswagen and tried these guys because I was unhappy with the dealership. I took the car in for a vacuum leak ( i had the code). Only after I dropped the car off they told me it would be $200 for a smoke test (all of ten minutes to set up and run). At that point I said no thanks I will come get it and what do you know miraculously they were able to find the leak without the test. Only $509 to replace the cracked hose - what a bargain. Sounding a little high I said no thanks. At which point, scrambling to get something out of the visit, they (legitimately) noticed a crack in the dipstick cover. I told them to go ahead and fix for $400. I then took the car to another shop that is hardly known for being cheap for the vacuum problem. They fixed the vacuum leak for $240 and didn't try to charge me for a test. The second place also took great pleasure in informing me that the dipstick repair should have been one hour labor and a $40-something part. Did they try to take advantage of me? Yes. Did they suggest repairs that were not needed, no. Were they rude? Definitely not. So I will be nice and not give a second star but this place seems like a rip joint to me read more

They walk you through the repairs and keep you updated all along the way. I like that! Their prices are less than the dealers. And, they send out coupons from time to time. I was very happy with the experience; they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for the price and in the time frame quoted. We had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and were prompted to visit by receipt of a coupon. I arrived on time, was told the coupon could not be used (it was for the "other side of the shop") and proceeded to wait TWO HOURS for an oil change. Two hours. With an appointment. Now I know why they have a work center in the waiting area. I was so ready to get out of the shop, I paid the exorbitant fee and got out. It was when I got home, that I realized my tires had not been rotated. So all that time and money, and no tire rotation. I'll be getting that, and any future work on my car, done elsewhere. read more

We pulled right up and service was available right away. I had a disconnect up on my roof rack and they fixed it at no cost they were so generous and nice. The waiting room is amazing my four children were able to sit on the couches watch a show and have some snacks while we waited which, the wait was not long only a few minutes. Took my ML350 there for oil change today and told them about the shifter sticking in park three times in the past two months. One expensive oil change later (albeit it is synthetic), and a few other quotes for things they said I may need that were overly priced, they found nothing wrong with my shifter. Got in my car and it wouldn't move out of park. They came out and almost an hour and a half later charged me over $100 just to tell me that the codes and bulletins were saying it was the battery that needed to be replaced which they quoted $699! Just found same OEM battery for $200. I won't be going back to Eurofix. Super nice staff, thus the two stars, but way too expensive - and overly charged a diagnostic that they initially missed and should've taken ten minutes to diagnose. Steer clear. read more

This place is horrible. The car was my college student's and it broke down nearby so it was towed there, unfortunately. Boy did the wolves jump all over that prey. They had no idea what they were doing. They replaced parts without even running basic diagnostic tests. They could not fix a simple cooling problem. As a longtime Eurofix customer, I've taken my vehicles to them for repair since their early days. While the quality of both their service and their work has remained consistently high, I have been increasingly unhappy with their pricing. Last week, I had my car towed in with a simple and obvious problem (requiring no diagnostics whatsoever)-a simple broken main/top radiator hose. To loosen two clamps and replace the easiest, most accessible part in the engine compartment, I was charged $400. They went on to suggest an oil change as well-for an additional $157 (work another shop offers for $29.95). I don't mind paying a bit more for quality, but this has gotten ridiculous, and crossed the line into price gouging. It pains me to say, I will no longer be taking them my business-overcharging is just as dishonest as lying... read more

This is by far the worst place to take your car in Nashville area. I took my wife's Jaguar XF for a simple oil change. On my way there check engine light came on. Upon arival they advised me that we have a bad thermostat and it needs to be replaced. Tech who performed this work clearly didn't have a clue what he was doing asd he installed engine coolant hoses the wrong way. Needles to say few days later my wife had to pull over on I-65 as engine overheated. Wrongly installed hoses busted and coolant was everywhere. Cusotmer service during this whole process was terrible, and they even tried to blame us for disturbing their employees when filing our complaint?! Are you serious? We will never be back there again, and neither will any of our friends. Also, if you think they are cheaper than dealer - well think again. After this awful experience I've compared their prices with Jaguar of Nashville. Eurofix charges $225 to run the diagnostics, Jaguar of Nashville $130, you wanting to get your codes reset - Euro fix $195, Jaguar of Nashville $100. Oil change - Euro fix $125 (tells you you need to change it again after 3k-4k miles) Jaguar of Nashville $125 (change oil once a year or 10k miles, whichever comes first). Recently I was in Franklin for a brief visit to attend a training session for my job. I noticed that something did not sound right in my engine so I looked up some local reviews before deciding on a shop. Having taken my Volkswagen to Hallmark VW, I knew that I could not go back due to a bad experience in the past so I thought why not try Eurofix. When I first brought in my car, Eurofix did not have a loaner car available for me to get home which was over an hour away in Hickman County. I had to call several people I knew before I was able to find a ride back home in Centerville, and it was already becoming a very stressful process. I was finally able to get a loaner right before the weekend, however had to find someone to take the time to take me all the way back to the shop. The shop recommended doing a smoke test on my car which I regret allowing them to do because this test alone cost me over $200.00 and then they asked if they could run an additional $400 plus dollar engine tear down and inspection saying that they were getting close to finding the issue so I regretfully said yes again, with high hopes this would help resolve the problem. After another two days of waiting I get a phone call stating that they found that my overhead cam and followers were damaged and recommended that I get another engine. I was told that it was going to cost me over $6000 to replace the engine plus labor and I was at a loss of words, not to mention very angry that I had to wait several days and up to 600 plus dollars on diagnostics and tests before they could tell me that my engine needed to be replaced. I knew at this point I was taken for a ride, and became pretty depressed over the whole ordeal. I asked to speak with the mechanic that worked on the car, and I expressed my frustration only to be told that these tests were necessary to properly diagnose the problem. I then called Hallmark and asked them if they would give me a second opinion and after a short test drive they could already tell what the issue was. This is not right folks, and I don't know what kind of practice you are running, however it feels like FRAUD to say the very least. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Just to put this into perspective I only make about 2000 a month and after all my other bills hit, will be hitting an overdraft at my bank if I don't take out a loan before the fact. Do your homework if you ever need card repair and only trust people who your friends and coworkers suggest. This was by far my worst experience in car repair ever. read more

Crooks! Has anyone ever noticed their rapid expansion. In my experience, it appears to be funded by performing unnecessary repairs and overcharging the customer. I took my car, an Audi A6, which was running fine to Eurobreak for an oil change. When they brought the car back out over 2 hours later, the check engine light was on and the car could barely maintain an idle. They told me I appeared to have a vacuum issue. When I told them the car was running fine when I brought it in for the oil change, they said "Well maam that's what's wrong with the car, and it will be $1000 to fix." When I brought the car home, my husband checked the oil and it was black. He told me they didn't even change the oil. We took the car to a different mechanic in Franklin the next day. Apparently some hoses were "missing" from the car. He replaced them for $15 and changed the oil. The car is now running fine again, thanks to someone else. Eurofix are crooks. I will never go back to this group of criminals. read more
