Beware of this business. They charge outrageous prices. Insurance will not pay for what they ask as it is way above what body shops normally charge. You will be stuck with the difference in price and will have to pay out of pocket. If you do not pay, they will keep charging you $200 per day until they receive their payment. They do not tell you this when dropping off. They keep giving you the run around so that they keep charging $200 per day for storage fees. This business is a scam. read more

I brought my car to European Collision Center because it's an Audi-certified repair shop and the same facility McKenna Audi uses for their body work. Since I purchased my car directly from McKenna, I assumed this would be the most professional and reliable option. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst and most stressful customer experiences I've ever had. I dropped off my car on July 13, 2024, and didn't receive it back until July 11, 2025 -- nearly a full year later -- for what were minimal repairs (refer to images below): the driver's side door and airbags. There was no extensive frame, front or back end damage so the delay made absolutely no sense. My main point of contact, Tyler, provided little to no meaningful updates. I constantly had to reach out myself for any information, and each time I did, the answers were vague and repetitive. He would only tell me that the car was sent to McKenna because they couldn't get it to turn on. When I went to McKenna Audi directly to try to get answers, their service manager Ron told me he couldn't give me any details because my vehicle came from a "third party" Meanwhile, the collision center blamed McKenna. I was completely stuck in the middle with both sides pointing fingers and no accountability from either. Tyler claimed the issue was now with McKenna, saying they couldn't get my car to start. Then, when my car was finally ready, Tyler told me he wanted to test drive it and keep it for a few more days -- even though it had already been there almost a year. He said he was going on vacation but wanted to personally hand the car back to me, so I tried to be understanding and agreed to wait. A week and a half went by and I heard nothing. When I finally called, he said he still needed more time, which was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional given how long they had already taken. I asked told him I would want paperwork with details documenting the repair timeline and delays, and he told me he would give it to me sometime the following week after I picked up my car. It's now been months, and I still haven't received a single document or call back from him. To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I reached out again because I noticed a missing sun visor. I wasn't even trying to place blame -- I simply asked if it might have been misplaced at the shop. Once again, no response. The complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability at this facility is unacceptable -- especially for a supposedly Audi-certified shop. They had my car for nearly a year for basic repairs, provided poor communication throughout, and failed to follow through on simple promises even after the car was returned. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly do not recommend European Collision Center. read more

After reaching out to the BBB (please do so if you haven't..ECC doesn't respond to us their customers but they have to answer to the BBB) they finally decided to try and take they're claws out and dared to lie about this whole ordeal!!! Long story short, these people do not finish the work they promise and then ghost you. I took a SUV in to be repaired in 2021 and had insurance cover costs of body damage repair and to this day my car isn't fixed. Why? Because this shop is full of liars. I have email proof of them saying they ordered needed parts. They then blamed Covid for the national backlog. Then the parts were no longer made. Just lie after lie. So I say fine, please give me the parts you removed back (because I requested this when I signed papers and they agreed to) and refund me cost of taking vehicle elsewhere. Person helping me assures me that after the last 3 people who were supposedly helping me ghosted that they'd help me. Well, they too somehow have an email and number that's disconnected. Shady. My experience dates back to 2017 when my 6-month-old Audi Q5 was rear-ended. The customer rep put together a quick estimate and I forwarded it to USAA for acceptance. USAA refused the estimate for the lack of detail. I asked European Collision Center to give them more detail and they refused. The customer rep was very rude and argumentative over the phone with a lot of rough language. I ended up going to Class Auto in Long Beach. They did a good job, but they ended up charging the insurance company $19K. I guess a reasonable charge for auto body and paint was a thing of the past. read more

I had a great experience with this repair shop! My windshield was cracked, and had a peck on my hood due to a rock hitting on the highway. I came to European Collision Center with my insurance to get the car fixed. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready next week Friday. It was quick even with insurance involved. The repair rep, Nora was an amazing communicator! She made note of everything on the car when I dropped it off, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Then when I picked the car up, she was there to release my car and made sure everything was good with a follow up text the next day. The collision center communicated with my insurance super quickly, and got all additional services approved within a few days after the insurance's initial (super low) estimate. Unfortunately, I had to take my car here due to a break in where they smashed the rear passenger window of my car. I dropped off my car to European Collision Center the same day and Joshua took care of everything. Once I received the estimates, I was amazed at the detail of all the damage they found. The team at ECC definitely took a lengthy time assessing the vehicle and found damage I'm sure other shops would have missed. What I thought would be a simple window replacement, they found that the inner door panel was scratched, seat belts damaged, and even small nicks on the leather seats. I am absolutely glad they took their time to check for any possible damage from the glass. I was finally able to pick up the vehicle a few days ago, and they had my car cleaned up and perfect once again. READ READ READ!!! My 2021 911 Turbo was in their shop for almost 5 months. I refused to accept the car over 5 times due to several reasons but all quality of work related. Paint job, paint run on door, bumper was crooked, clear bra looked like a 1st timer did it among other issues. If you're still considering taking your car here, call and ask to speak to the manager. It will not happen. These guys are GANSTA! They dropped of my car and left the key in the mailbox. Didn't call me to let me know car was ready and that they were delivering. They just dropped it off. They left tools inside my car, a charging machine in the frunk, they damaged the driver side seat leather. They WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. This job was over 20k. My friend who also yelped her experience here 6+months ago WARNED me and I did not listen. If you think " I'll just sue them ". Nope. Attorneys will tell you " it's more of a headache ".
