Took 2 months to get my car and throughout that time there was zero communication on behalf of the shop. If you want any updates be prepared to call them yourself because they won't call you even if you request it....on top of that the work they did was kinda crappy the wheel the shop replaced on my car was replaced with a matte wheel...my other wheels are shiny. They also damaged my paint clear coating and did not want to take responsibility for it, so now I have to deal with damage on my car that the shop did that was not there before!!! that should not be my responsibility! You would expect that after 2 months my car would be decent but they even managed to forget a part on my car. I understand mistakes happen but...I work at a collision shop myself and honestly this is the worst shop and service I've ever seen. Please do not bring your car here! It's not worth it! Big shout out to Troy and Bob's Auto Works! They promptly scheduled me upon my call. I needed my bumper fixed and the hood of my car repainted. Because I have a Porsche Panamera, it was important for them to match the paint perfectly, and they did! The color match made my car look 5 years younger! Additionally, they helped me fix my bumper that was sticking out on the left-hand side and was an eyesore! This body shop quoted repairs would take 12 days but it has now been 2 months. Could it be they are understaffed? If you need work done quicker this is not the place. Last month on Oct. 17, I was involved in an accident an and last week I just received my car looking brand new just like when I took it off the dealer. It would have been got it sooner but my insurance was giving me problems. I found this awesome auto shop on Yelp and another plus for me was that it was only 2.0 miles away from home. All the reviews are accurate both Marco and Brenda are friendly and they explain everything from A-Z in detail. Fortunately for me the other person involved in the accident was able to pay the shop directly. Once they received payment Marco ordered the parts needed. I came in so that they could match the paint of my new bumper to my car and I brought my car in the next day for a same day repair. I dropped it off at 8am and my car was done by 4pm. I thought this body shop was pretty awesome with the work they completed with a limited amount of fund for the work. However after having my vehicle for a week I began to notice things that were not repaired. In fact things that did not need repairing before it was left at Troy and Bob's. Now taking a closer look at the area that was needing the repair I see that there were items left half assed. And although they politely offered to fix those items for free. I would need to come out of pocket for the parts. That doesn't sound like good business to me. Now my vehicle feels unfinished, and unsafe. I will no longer do work with them nor will I refer anyone to this shop. Great service all around. Glad I found this place while driving on the same road for daily commutes. I brought my Yukon over to adjust and realign the door. I always struggle with trying to find trustworthy people to work with that won't try to rip you off and these folks were pleasantly great to work with. I wanted to send my sincere thanks to Ramon and his staff at Troy and Bobs Auto Works for the recent repair to my vehicle. I could not have been more pleased with the work done on my vehicle and the customer service was exceptional I was involved in a low speed accident in the drive thru of a McDonalds not too long ago. I was rear ended while waiting to pay for my McDonalds order. Despite not traveling more than 10 feet, the car behind me managed to damage my bumper and leave numerous scratches and then the audacity to say he never hit me (that's a different story!) I was referred to Ramon during a business networking meeting. The fact that he was local and provided a service I needed, I decided to go to him. From the moment I was referred to him, Michael was pro-active and reached out to me to set up a time to bring the car in. The day I brought the car to discuss the damages, I was greeted by Brenda and she started the process. I felt very comfortable and that I was in good hands. I explained too Michael hat I had been in contact with the other drivers insurance company and Michael assured me that they would take care of everything with the other insurance company. I couldn't drop the car off that day but said I would return the next day and Michael said when I came back they would have a rental car for me. When I returned early the next day, Ramon took care of the remaining paperwork, asked how I had been treated ("excellent " I responded), a clean rental car waiting for me so I dropped off my keys and was on my way. Ramon said it would take about a week for the repair and he stayed true to his word. A week later I received a call when my car was ready and upon arriving at my shop I couldn't believe the job they had done! Not only was my bumper completely made whole, it looked like my car had been through a complete detail. In fact when I first saw my car, I was like, "Man, that Flex is clean..." and then realized that was my car! They completely washed the body, cleaned my rims, put the shine on the tires, and the inside of the car was immaculately clean. Michael also told me my rear view camera somehow had been flipped over so it was showing the picture upside down (I think I had previously hit a speed bump hard and it jostled the camera around) but he went ahead and fixed it without me asking. He even referred me to a locksmith for my car key that needed the plastic casing around the key replaced. The overall process was so seamless, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Ramon and his staff to anyone for car repairs. I write a lot of reviews based on customer service, the quality of the product/result and the accommodation the establishment can achieve and let me tell you this place exceeded all these categories and more! I cannot tell you how lucky I am to have found this place! My car was involved in a string of vandalism's where they knocked off all of our side view mirrors. I did not feel safe driving without side view mirrors and ultimately getting pulled over so I unfortunately had to take the entire day off. The entire day I called and visited multiple body shops to get estimates. I did not want to take another day off of work so I was looking for someone that could do it same day and even though it was urgent I still wanted to be smart about how much I spent. Other places were a bit higher in price and also couldn't get the part the same day. I ultimately ended up here at Troy & Bob's Body Shop and spoke to Ramon who was super helpful over the phone and because of that I stopped by. Of all the estimates he was the most competitive and worked with me to find aftermarket parts cause I couldn't bear a unexpected cost of the original parts (they were only side mirrors so I didn't care all to much) and even though he at first said they wouldn't be in until tomorrow but after I asked him if there was any possible way to get them in today and told him about missing work, he immediately called the place again and was able to have them deliver it same day! Now, In addition to already being able to find me a great, reasonable priced part and having them deliver it same day, he also stayed passed his closing hours where I sincerely felt bad but assured me that they were there for me. Roman seriously bent over backwards for me and helped me out in a situation that honestly put me in a depressing mood but because of him understanding my circumstances and actually going the extra mile, I ended my day in a much better outlook then when I first started. Thank you Roman, I can't tell you how much I appreciate all that you did for me today since this morning!! Marco has again surpassed himself as he fixed the doors of my car. In October 2017 (before Marco was hired,) the driver's door was repaired from a self accident I did to it, banging and knocking it out of whack. The repairs then were great and at a good price. This last September the driver's door got out of balance and would not close. I had to use a rope to tie the door shut by tying the rope around the driver and back passenger door. Marco did not know of my past repair, and found the receipt. He did not charge me for the repairs, and he also fixed the front passenger door. Great work! Will be back for other jobs! read more

We were devastated when the driver side door of our Subaru Forester was dented in a parking lot. After searching on Yelp, we found Troy and Bobs -- the five star reviews are well deserved. They were very clear and communicative throughout the process. I was a bit worried when they said that painting the panel would require painting/blending the adjacent panels as well, but when we received the car, it looked brand new and seamless ... and they even washed the car and shined my tires -- nice touch! I would have taken pictures ... but it's been a few weeks since they finished the job and the recent dust/rain would not do their work justice. The owner, Ramon Diaz, is very nice and knows his stuff (he used to work for a dealership auto body shop before he decided to open up his own business). He put me at ease, immediately called Enterprise so that I can get set up with a rental car and called my insurance company so they can inspect the vehicle. I didn't have to worry about a thing and was kept in contact about when my vehicle will be repaired, etc. They did an awesome job with my vehicle...it looked brand new and I have an older model sedan. I was very happy. So, when my husband's truck was rear ended, we immediately knew where we would take his truck. Again, same great service and you wouldn't have known his truck was involved in an accident!
