I reached out to Refined Auto with the same request, and it was a more reasonable price, especially since I had no idea if I needed to do anything to my rotors. My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns,inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! Another mechanic changed the spark plugs/coils but the code was still popping up. G&J was able to diagnose that I had a bad vacuum hose. They replaced it, and the code was cleared. For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. Neither the remote control nor the power button could open it. Other shops suggested the problem might be with the shocks, motors, electrical wiring, or a combination of these. However, Zeph referred me to the relevant pages in the owner's manual that explained how to turn the PBD on if it was off. By following these instructions, I activated the PBD and was able to open the trunk using both the remote and the power button. My experience as a client was excellent--not only due to the technician's expertise, but also because of their customer-focused approach in helping to find solutions. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. I stopped and talked to Carlos nicest dood ever lemme know what I need to do to to get this. Fixed...he even wiped down my wife's car that had the same problem no charge made it look like new in that lil section of her mustang ...this guy Carlos went above and beyond for us for a repair that don't cost nothing ... One day later I got my camaro back immaculate they even fixed a small shopping cart scrape that had nothing to do with the repair I went in for.... I told them that I wanted my car repaired at Troy & Bob's Auto Works because of my friend's positive experience with this body shop. I'm very happy with my decision to have had my car repaired at Troy & Bob's Auto Works. Their quality of workmanship impressed me with all the repairs that were needed. How could the business owner of a collision repair place can be so unprofessional and weird that I took for the car for the body work after a rear end accident and the owner- Ramon Diaz acted rude with me when I told him that the company I work so business with his body shop (provide some services to his business) he acted rude and started complaining me about several things of customer support and tech support of the company. I mean if the company I work for sold him any service so how am I supposed to responsible of any discrepancies????? And what do I have to do with that? Brought in my car to paint my front bumper and other odd end touch-ups. Service was great from beginning to end. The car was done on time even a day earlier. But what was outstanding was the quality of workmanship. Color matching was perfect and spot on, I was very impressed to say the least. He submitted to my insurance agency a supplemental quote to repair the damage. Lo and behold my car came out good as new! Before painting occurred, He even followed up on me to check the bumper fits snugly. On top of that they adjusted the fitting exactly to the size of my front mount intercooler!
