Just as I was leaving office the service writer said the charge includes a free complete vehicle inspection. John Hance is operating an illegitimate car repair business and is scamming people…read more I hired him to fix some minor damage to my car door in which he initially quoted me for $650 (sounded good given the dealership would charge more) but then increased it $950 bec of some minor dents. After working on the damages for 30 min, he actually made things noticeably worse. - The door was now two-toned and visibly off - There are new bumps and exposed drill holes in the plastic parts - There are drilled holes with screws jammed in, some completely open. - Worst of all the door is now misaligned with the car body He initially said he would come back to fix the damages, but after multiple attempts to schedule a time, I asked for a refund so I can have someone else properly fix the damages he had caused. He agreed to refund $300 which I NEVER received after MULTIPLE attempts of getting in touch with him. It's clear that this guy is dishonest and is actively scamming people.
