When I went to install my charger, I realized that the outlet was upside down since the charger's cable was very short. I don't have much wiggle room to turn the cable up to plug it in. We recently had our Tesla charger installed by EV Pros. They were very professional. Upon meeting our installer, he introduced himself and handed us a business card in the event we needed to contact them for anything at anytime. He proceeded to evaluate the site of installation including any possible obstacles (and there were a few for our installation due to AC units and solar panels previously installed) and managed to find a way through. Pricing was arranged in advance with pictures sent and there was no upsell during installation and no additional charges required during installation. Kwan was very professional throughout the service and even offered multiple tips from placement of wires to charging of EVs. He also brought his own trash can and cleaned up after the installation was done. There was not a single piece of trash or scrap wiring left behind! We are purchasing a new Electric car - and needed to get the wall charger installed. i inquired with another company and all of their correspondence was through texting, and sending pictures back and forth, told holes would need to be cut into drywall ( which we had just remodeled the room that was needed, now we'd be doing sheetrock repair.
