Don't waste your money, look at the actual pictures from reviews on here. I only came here because the place I wanted was booked and I thought it had decent reviews and was worth a shot. The good reviews you see are from being blinded by being offered wine/champagne and overly chatty techs. They give you all that and over sell the pleasantries so you don't notice how awful of a job they're doing on your nails. Didn't even let me finish picking out a color before that rushed me to a seat, fine maybe they were just excited to be helpful, but then kept trying to up sell me. Worse than a car dealership. After I politely refused her attitude changed. She was very rough with my nails/hands to the point where I verbally cried out, didn't even take the time to push back my cuticles or prep my nail beds in any way, and did a very sloppy job of painting. I also had a pedicure where the girl who did my feet was friendly but barely did the minimum when it came to scrubbing. She at least got my cuticles, so one point out of a hundred for that :/ I paid over $100+ for services here and I definitely regret, will not be going back and wouldn't recommend. Biggest waste of time ever. I decided to get a pedicure while my daughter was getting a fill. The girl put me in cool water and told me I had to keep asking for hot - which at one point was too hot for her to work in, which she told me. Not sure how it would be acceptable for my feet, but oh well. I told her I had gel on my toes, and rather than soaking them in remover first, she got out the drill and started grinding away to the point of burning. After 20 minutes of this, with remnants of dark polish on my toes, she asked me if wanted my heels done. Apparently a pedicure there means something different than it does anywhere else on the planet. You pay extra for scrubbing. I couldn't take it anymore. I told her to stop, I was done, and she just smiled and suddenly acted like she couldn't understand me anymore. I was going to cut my losses, but my daughter complained and the guy actually didn't charge me (a very nice gesture). I, however, am nearly missing a toenail that she ground off and it's bloody. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional in terms of its employees and the work itself. I came in today to get my acrylic nails removed, not only was the receptionist extremely rude and inattentive, the nail tech was rushing through the removal and rather than soaking the nails off (like it's supposed to be done) she ripped them off with another loose acrylic nail. It was apparent that she was trying to get me out of the way so she could go deal with another customer. It was very painful and when I pointed it out, she brushed it off and continued to rip them. The nails themselves are not good quality and break within a week. They're never the same length and when you point it out, instead of fixing it, they dismiss it. Not to mention, they're always crooked. Every time I go, the customer service is never up to par. I keep thinking next time they will be better, but they never are. Just got my nails done at this establishment. When I pay so much for gel nails to be done I expect that my entire nail to be painted. All my nails have gaps!!! It looks like my nails have grown out a week!! I don't understand it. To make matters worse, my friend got cut so bad during her pedicure that it started throbbing right after! The cut was so deep that she can barely walk around. Every time she brushes against something, it hurts! During the pedicure, she noticed that the lady was going really fast but she was also cutting everything, and not even the right areas either!! There's a picture to explain what I mean. We are hoping that it's not infected but she soaked her toe in peroxide! We paid so much for the pedicure only to have to remove the polish in order to assess the damage they inflicted. This place has gone down hill! It looked like I needed a fill right after I got done! I didn't complain since I didn't want to be there any longer than I had to be. My friend came in with me and they only had one person working after opening 45 minutes late the woman kept trying to call someone else and they ignored her! They charged me 42$! If there was a half star option I wouldn't give them that! I'm very disappointed in what service I got. Aweful experience. No customer service whatsoever. They were texting and answering calls while doing my girls nails. They were rude! The one guy bumped into me and just kept walking. We will not be back! read more

Horrible service. I used to come here a long time ago, only because a friend of mine insisted. Sure they do good work, half the time. But the service is not worth it. Call in or walk in, you'll still be waiting over an hour as they take people who walked in after you before you. Never again. Horrible employees. My nails are all different lengths and some are square skinny and square round. He obviously didn't know what he was doing after I directed him. He didn't use a base coat. Really disappointed Again.I was disappointed the first time I came,the massage was put the cream on lightly move around the leg never touching the bottoms of my feet. No massage at all.towels applied wiped off..I had the same experience again,had to tell the fuy how to dig around the big nail to clean it..no massage cream applied...I wont be back,when you pay extra for 'massage " thats what it means...I even asked the guy. If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. When me and my friend arrived at a time we had scheduled we had to sit in the pedicure chair 20 mins before they even put our water in. We basically filled our own foot tubs then the water was too hot, we had to turn the water off and start the bubbles ourselves. No foot massage, crappy service, and nail polish all over my hand. Will never go their again. Not too clean dirt and toe nails all over the damn place. One fan for drying and no assistance. This place really sucks. read more

I have been going to this shop for years. Never had a issue until now. They are not clean , the utilities used are not sterile. I have never had an infection: after going to here : now my thumb nail has fallen off . This same nail broke several times and was "fixed"- I also had a few random people tell me how racist they were, discussing all the clients in the native language, not knowing who can understand and who can't. Wow!!! I don't think anyone has ever been so rude and in my face as the male boss with the harshly tattooed eyebrows.... The ladies doing the pedicures sicked him on me, all in front of my two year old! All we did was ask to politely use their restroom so my lil one wouldn't have an accident during the Toyland Parade. After one try of getting my hard gel off and it not working, she got frustrated and told me to not get hard gel anymore because it was too hard to get off. Not a great start when you just told me this would be no problem. When my gel was finally off, she started prepping my nails without removing the file dust off my hands. In fact that file dust stayed during my whole appointment, even when lotion was applied. My arms were a sludgy mess when I left. read more

When I went in there were 0 other customers in the store. I was greeted quickly and thought it seemed nice but wow. This was the worst pedicure and shellac fill-in I've ever gotten. The job was rushed, the water was cold, the tech didn't even bother to wrap my legs in the warm towel, just sort of threw it on top of my legs for a second. It sucked. Terrible service. The women who did my nails was straight rude and offensive to the point I almost walked out. My nails had visible smudges in the polish and when I asked for it to be fixed she walked away ignoring me only to come back and fix them rudely without speaking a word. I got my no chip nails done on Monday and by Tuesday I had broken a nail and chipped other ones and all I did that day was watch a baseball game. Nothing active. My toenails weren't even completely covered by the polish they did on them. One of the workers was watching Netflix really loud at his station without headphones and it was really obnoxious. I heard horrible stories, but this place is not clean. They use the same instruments on everyone. Clean nail shops take out of unopened package and throws away after- they do not do this here. Very disappointed. Had a pedicure. Big toenail edges were missed being polished edge to edge. Female pedicurist was too busy paying attention to fellow employees and chatting to do her own job. This is the racist place . Everyone in there is very rude. They speak to you then about you among them selves. I have lived in other racist places where it was not so obvious.
