You can do it online or over the phone. Also, as a busy professional I like that they have evening hours. - Upon arriving, you receive a warm and genuine welcome from the receptionist. The warm neck wrap melts away the day and prepares you for the upmost relaxing experience ahead of you. Kelly is a beautiful person that just makes you feel good upon arrival. Also, she makes the best green tea. - All the massage therapists here are top notch and highly trained. I've received massage from Corine and Kelli and they are both great at working the knots out of my back. When I leave Even Keel, even as a super tight, uptight, type A personality, I feel like I don't have a care in the world. Plus they always offer me a beverage to go,like tea or coconut water. - Finally, I like the business name. 1st time to this place, very spur of the moment. Booked an appointment 2 hours prior to it. Excellent customer service, the front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming. The tea was tasty and hot and I loooove the addition of the hot neck wrap as a welcome. It's like them greeting you with a hug without hugging you lol 60 minute signature massage was a 9/10. Excellent. My therapist Kirsten was able to even incorporate some stretching since I mentioned I like Thai style. She focused on my problem areas so it really felt personalized. The draping was on point the whole time. Just a gem of an experience, and the price wasn't half bad either... My boyfriend and I went here to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We got the couples massage. We both have jobs where we are on our feet a lot and work long hours. The massage therapists accommodated the massage to suite our needs and focused on areas that needed the most attention. They wore masks the whole time and made sure everything was sanitary for our visit. We will absolutely be back again soon! I brought my daughter here for her first massage as a 21st birthday gift. I gave her a choice of spa's to choose from and randomly she chose here because it was close to home. I noticed the high rating. It's clean, quaint, friendly and the therapists were ready for us on arrival. My therapist was Tajai. This was the best massage I have ever had. She was spot on as far as my preference of "medium" pressure and thorough as well. My daughter had Jen and really liked her as well. I can't wait to visit again. Even Keel is well balanced & top notch in my ship log. I travel a lot and don't always know my schedule ahead of time, so I stopped in one afternoon as a "walk in" and got very lucky, as they were able to fit me in for a 45 minute work-over. I don't recommend walking in though, as they are usually very busy, and for good reason. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff very professional. The atmosphere was pleasant. The room spacious, very private and quite. My massage was great and I felt like my masseuse was very skilled, knowledgeable, well trained, and experienced. She definitely got the knots out of my back that before my visit felt like they were the size of baseballs. The one thing I didn't like, is EK requires all 1st timers to fill out a "patient information form", as if going to a regular doctor's office. I have never had to do this for a spa before-ever. I'm no spa connoisseur, but I thought it was a bit unusual. I was told that all information is kept confidential, but EK is apparently a franchise, so the info goes into a database somewhere in cyberspace, and we know how that can sometimes go-just google "major corps and banks that have been hacked." They don't verify what you disclose, so I guess you could put down whatever you like for your personal info-like Mickey Mouse. Not saying I did that but the form asked for my SS#, which is a big no-no in my book. I left that blank, and no one made a fuss about it-so that's cool with me. Other than the, I think Even Keel runs a tight ship. I would definitely go again, but I'll make an appointment next time, I'm in town. Smooth sailing... Update: I didn't write this review immediately after my visit so admittedly some details might be a little fuzzy in my memory, like being asked for my SS#. It probably was my full name and DOB instead-which by the way can be used to find someone's SS#. After I got hacked a few years ago, I'm really cautious about giving out my full ID and creds. Again, none of this would prevent me for patronizing Even Keel. read more

Just had my first massage here as I was given a gift card. I have had a lot of massages but Kelli's massage was the most complete I have ever had. Her manipulations and internal and external rotation of the muscles is superb. All the knots from my neck and back were worked out with such technique and skill and I could physically feel my shoulders rolling back to release and rest. I will definitely come back as I have been searching for a place to return to rather than hopping from place to place. There are so many places to go for a massage and Even Keel is a hidden gem. Best massage I've ever had. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was professional from start to finish. Especially liked the time spent up front asking about previous injuries and areas to focus on. At the end, the no pressure sales approach to the products used (one of which I would have bought anyway!) was much appreciated as well. My husband and I loved this place but not at the beginning- The ambience was soothing and relaxing at the same time as you go in. We were seated And the other customers were offered warm towels but we weren't. That made us uncomfortable so I took off a star as that almost made us want to leave. However, my husband and I traveled over an hour for it so we decided to stay. We were told we couldn't go in the same room as we didn't buy the " couples massage" so we were like whatever, that's fine I guess we'll get a separate massage. Then for whatever reason, we were both put in the same room anyway! Lol The older lady told us to go in our room and to remove our clothing, get on the table, and that our massage therapists will be in shortly. Not long after they were knocking on our door. They asked us what made us come in that day. I was trying to get some soreness around my body and wanted most of the massage to be around my neck area and my back so that's what she worked on. My husband had lower back and shoulder problems so they worked on those area. Our massage lasted longer than what we bought and by the time it ended, I wanted to cry because i didn't want it to end! Lol the pressure was perfect... it was hard but very good as I grew up getting massages and I know my massage therapist was amazing! We've already referred my friends and family here! read more
