Before we were going to leave I bought a Kombucha drink for the first time & when I tried it I did not like it at all, & the MOD with no hesitation let me change it for the Chia drink. First visit here. Had the Paradise with Pitaya, which came out this bright pink in color. It's a very neutral fruit with a slight tang. The fruit combination in my container was refreshing and filling. The granola used was a mix of something I didn't catch from the owner but clearly remember it being gluten free. It wasn't very busy so we expected the bowls to be made promptly. Did it happen? Nope! The girl finished the previous customer's bowl and started chatting with the guy while we waited at the topping station (we ordered the Whatever bowl), and just kept waiting while she kept chatting about teenage nonsense with the dude... Until the cashier who took our order came and took over the order making because she was keeping us waiting! To top it off (no pun intended ;), the fruits look very stale, like they have been left out all day (ie. Kiwi, strawberries). For the business manager/owner reading this review, please do yourselves a favor and drop by any Blue Blow to learn their business process and system. To note a few obvious things - they use fresh ingredients, freshly made peanut/almond/cashew butter, they have professional staff who don't chit chat in the back using foul language while the store is slow, and they know not to go heavy on the cacao topping due to bitterness. read more

Maybe we are used to açaí bowls at home but not one of us could eat more than half our bowl. My kid said it tasted sweater than ice cream and she didn't like it. So if you like sweat. My husband and I decided to take the kids out for ice cream, yes, the kids.. magical ice cream to kick off summer.. they could have chose anywhere, yogurt island, baskin robins, but they chose everbowl.. boy was that a bad idea!! On this evening, we met the "store lead" Amber.. boy was she the rudest in the land.. I ordered 5 small bowls.. Me, hubs, and the 3 kids.. kids can get a little indecisive or take a minute longer to decide.. for the most part, we had the order Down.. simple. When I go to pay, I ask AMBER "do you have a rewards program? I'm here often!" She says "it's in the app, if you sign up you get one free", so I was like "wow! So if I sign up now I can get one of these free?" I mean, 5 bowls is $40!! Like crap, I can save some?? she responded "no, because were closed now and I have things to do!" I'm like wait, what?? Come again?? So I told her "you could have said that I can get a bowl free on my next visit because you're now closed and signing up takes a some time.." I get that!! But she just looked at me with a resting bitch face. I told her that her comment was rude and I would never say that to a customer.. Then Amber said "well, your order experience wasn't pleasant either" I look at her like excuse me?? What? My husband had the same look on his face, like wait, what? So I ask Amber what did we do to her that was so unpleasant, she took forever to reply, of course, and the. She comes up with, your order was confusing.. lol.. confusing because my 8 year old son decided last minute that he wanted acai instead of pitaya, and my 10 year old daughter wanted more chocolate than coconut, so I asked for 2/3 chocolate and a third of coconut.. otherwise, our order was self explanatory.. apparently this gave reason for Amber to display rude service to me in front of my three children.. thank you amber, for making it a wonderful experience for my kids!! I then told amber I wanted to speak to her manager, she then says the most famous line ever, "I'm the store lead!" Wow, the owner sure chose a great one!! So then I ask her for the number to contact her boss, she then says she's not authorized to give that info out.. well shit amber, they authorized you to be rude to me and my family but they did not authorize you to give the number or email or whatever to reach upper management?? Lmao.. so because AMBER can't provide that info, I'm taking it to the BBB.. It should reach the owner then.. Besides the fact that Amber was a rude one, the fruits aren't even fresh.. Strawberries and kiwis look old and clear.. at $8 a bowl, you would think the fruits are fresh.. Never again will I spend my money at this place.. not only did you lose my business, I already told all my friends about the piss poor service. Thank Amber.. she's gonna run you to the ground. I went here on Saturday, it was raining so it wasn't super busy. The inside was extremely clean. I was helped immediately and the staff who rung me up and made my bowl was super friendly and helpful. I had an "everything" bowl with pitaya, almond milk, granola, kiwi, date, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, coconut, bee pollen, honey, and peanut butter! I have tried countless times to get my money back with no refund on site. do not order for pickup in advance! I placed my order on the everbowl website for pickup. I arrived and the store was not open. nobody was there and doors were locked. I called and called and the phone went straight to voicemail every single time. mind you, this location is nowhere near my house so I can't just go each day to get my refund. I finally went to the store later that day but the girls that worked didn't know how to issue my refund and took my name and number down and promised a manager would call me. That never happened! I kept trying to call and still the same thing. I sent an inquiry on the everbowl corporate website with no response. finally I thought maybe I can call another location and seek help stating I cannot get a hold of anyone and just want my money back. she advises me that the district manager handles that location and she would give her my name and number explain the issue and have her call me. The manager was quick to respond and apologized for the inconvenience. for whatever reason she wanted to verify my order and advised she wouldn't be at that store to check for a few days and would get back to me. I love a good bowl, but I also love a good value! While this bowl was quite delicious (especially with the added drizzle of honey), I have trouble justifying the $9 price tag! There is only one size option and it's pretty big! I could not finish it. I know I would go back if a smaller, less expensive option was available. The menu at this location was very difficult to read. It's on TV screens that are hung quite high, and the items are listed in a very small font. To be honest, I wasn't 100% sure what would be in my bowl, but since I don't have allergies, and was craving some cold fruit, I went with the Notso Green and asked for a little drizzle of honey. Went there today first time since lockdown. Out of Açaí, they no longer have the graviola bowls, they're no longer blending anything fresh, it's in a pre made bucket. Yesterday's heat STOLE my appetite. I truly couldn't think of anything that sounded close to appealing. My co-worker walked in with a beautifully crafted açaí bowl, and I was like, YES!!!!! I need that in my life. Where is that from!!?! I went to Everbowl right away. I was greeted when I walked in with a smile and a "welcome!". Because it is so new to me, i was given the full treatment. I was told about everything on the menu with a smile and complete in depth example of taste, what paired best with each base, and even given the option for pre-made bowls instead of creating my own! It's a decent place for bowls and smoothies. One thing I don't like is that they only have one size for smoothies and it's extremely small, 16oz, especially if you're looking to use it as a meal replacement. But their bowls are pretty good. One thing that I like is that you have an unlimited amount of topping that you can get which I loved because a lot of places allow for only 3 then you have to pay for extra. The price is reasonable. 8 dollars for both smoothie and bowl. So they're pretty reasonable. Will I come back? Probably just for a bowl not a smoothie and no time soon. A new twist on the basic Acai bowl craze, this place has it all. With a cute, trendy interior it sports cute succulents, wood decorations and small couple tables to eat at. The menu has the most unique acai options out of any I've seen before! With the regular options of Acai and Pitaya but also the new Acerola (which comes from the Barbados Cherry) and Graviola (which comes from the soursop fruit, also known as the Brazilian paw paw). All have super-fruit health benefits. This place allows completely customizable bowls called "Whatever Bowls" and you can literally put anything you can think of on it. Way more options than other places. My first time coming here I got the "On A Date" bowl which adds tons of peanut butter around and on of top of the bowl. Absolutely delicious. While these places still do have tons of sugar just in one bowl, I would still opt for this on any health kick over something artificially sugary. read more

It's a lot less açaí and fruit and now more sugar added, they also are discontinuing smoothies. Thumbs down, will continue now just going to Nektar where it's actually blended açaí with no added sugar. A lot more for your money and a lot healthier. This place is very cute very clean and has a wonderful inviting staff! On the other hand the bowls are definitely not worth it they lacked flavor and even though they seem very healthy they use a lot of frozen products. Nectar by far is way more fresh and I'm sure much better for you. I was pretty excited to try this place my best friend and I shared a bowl and found chunks of frozen açai berries throughout the whole bowl. My son and his entire soccer team came here for a in between games healthy snack. The store is less than a mile from The Ranch where they host soccer tournaments for hundreds of kids. Many players came to the store throughout the day and everyone complained about the management. The smoothies, the Acai bowls, and the young workers were all great. However, the store was EXTREMELY hot and only had one employee working on a busy soccer weekend. We visited the store a couple times during the weekend and every time we came the poor worker only ONE worker was extremely stressed and working inside an oven. The temperature that day was 101° and inside the store was 98°. It made all of the customers think what kind of management would make their employees work in such an uncomfortable Environment. As customers walked in everyone complained of how hot the store was. The poor worker had to apologize and explain that the air conditioner had been out for several weeks and the management did nothing to fix it. At one point the poor young girl behind the register was extremely overwhelmed that she had two soccer teams inside the store waiting to get smoothies. She had no help and was working in a 98° temperature. I was so disgusted by the lack of management and how the company does not care for their employees.
