Evergreen Salad is my favorite. You know you have an addiction too these $15 salads when you wake up craving them and need your fix. I only wish they had a location in Issaquah so I could have a good solid option by my home. I love their spicy kale Cesar with a full scoop of jalapeños. Everything about this salad is delicious! I do often times add green olives and I hear adding bacon and egg is good so may have to check that out next time! A great location in theory for those downtown Bellevue-lites. However the parking sort of sucks. If you remember where the old Jamba used to be next to Chipotle then you know what I'm talking about. Sure there is parking in the lower lot but sometimes you still struggle snagging a spot. The staff is very quick and that 100% makes up for it! read more

i am simply here to say that i like this location better than the other bellevue location. the other one is very rushed, and it feels like you have to hurry, which is good if you ARE in a hurry, ofc. this one isn't SLOW, but they do seem to take the time to make sure you're taken care of. everyone here is always super nice, too: even when they're busy, they still smile and have a kind tone rather than sounded stressed (which ofc would be understandable; it's just impressive that they're able to maintain a positive attitude when they're clearly busy). the only thing i will say is that the lemonade is a hit or miss--literally i always get it, and im like "is it amazing or gross this time," and it's like a 50/50 but i take the chance every time haha. i get lunch here once a week basically, and the salads are huge! my husband and i share one haha. thank uuuu read more

Oh Evergreens...what can I say. It is great that Evergreens has the option to create your own salad. Not so great is paying $13+ for a salad (with protein). A couple of suggestions if you order a salad at this location: 1) Go EARLY, like before 11:30am. Otherwise you will be stuck in a loooong line. 2) Online order - It is GREAT they added this functionality now. However, be aware if you set up your order for pick-up during prime lunch time, your order may not be ready at the actual time. I've run into this a couple of times when I set my order to past 11:30am and I had to wait an extra ~10 minutes for my order to be ready. There's not too many salad-only options in downtown Bellevue so it was great they added this new-ish location next to Chipotle. However, like any other restaurants around noon, it is insanely busy so be prepared to wait. read more

I'm completely livid with how stupid the person who prepped my mobile order is. I ordered two salads during off peak hour at 2pm after the lunch rush was over. I ordered a sombrero with kale and they gave me romaine. I ordered a Cobb and the salad had no dressing. So my husband ended up using half my sombrero dressing on his Cobb. Amazing. Food that is. I've wanted to check out Evergreens for awhile now and I finally did today. Even for an early brunch, it was super tasty. I ordered the spicy kale cesar grain bowl with quinoa and added chicken. I think I did medium sauce and that was damn near fire (the good kind, not the mouth on fire). It was the perfect post rain trail run meal, it filled me up and didn't leave me feeling sick to my stomach. It was a lot of food but so good, I just couldn't stop eating it. The quinoa was warm too, so I personally feel like it made it that much better. The chicken was good, didn't taste like the frozen grilled chicken some places have. The jalapeño was a nice kick. I could seriously eat that grain bowl EVERY single day. read more

This place is very disrespectful. Do not go here. I went for a work lunch and they refused to serve me. I asked for a hot bowl and they refused to make any accommodations and said they only do the "build your own" on the cold bowls. So I complied and when the heavily facial pierced man asked what base of lettuce I wanted, I told him I didn't want lettuce because I can't eat lettuce. I just wanted to skip that part and he refused to make me a bowl. Literally refused my entire order because I can't have lettuce in my bowl. I was willing to pay the full price and extra for avocado, but he flat out refused to make it without lettuce. That makes ZERO sense and he was completely rude to me in front of my coworkers. What a horrible place and rude employee. You hands down lost my business and the rest of my coworkers won't ever go back there either. Not a smart business move. You would've been paid the same if not more for less ingredients. Just blows my mind how rude and uneducated this employee was. Your loss. Truly. read more

We were excited to go to this place as we're vegetarians and there were many things to choose from. The line was long but went quickly as there were many employees taking orders and preparing the food. Our salads were good, although neither had enough dressing, despite our asking for 'medium' dressing from the choice of 'light', 'medium' or 'heavy'. If there's a next time, we'll ask for heavy. The serious issue was that there were A LOT of old, icky, slimy leaves of lettuce and spinach in the salads. We were picking them out and putting them on the plastic lid. I picked out at least 30 of them!!! This is NOT OK in ANY restaurant and ESPECIALLY in a salad place. I took the lid filled with yucky leaves to the manager and said "NOT OK". I told him he needs to check their greens before serving them. The agave lemonade was good. Not sure if we'll go again. read more

I love Evergreens Salad! It's a super Vegan-friendly casual chain with salads, bowls, and wraps great for lunch or when you don't want to cook. My favorite is the El Sombrero in any of the above options. This is a great downtown Bellevue location (1 of 2) with the only downside being the tight parking lot. I have dropped in many times lately and really love the customer service, fresh produce, quick service, clean interior, and they are always willing to modify menu items and check to make sure everything is Vegan. I am writing this review of my frequented Door-dash/Airport experience. )I am reviewing this location as it is where 90% of my orders come from.) This salad chain is AMAZING. All the ingredients are fresh, and tasty. I will say it is a little pricey for a salad. But I highly recommend this if you are looking for a healthy option. Crisp salads, with lots of flavor profile. You can order the same salad every day of the week and change the topping go have something "tangy" like pickled red onion or green beans and Gorgonzola to something spicy like Jalapeños. The list goes on. My favorites are the Caesar wrap and the Kale-Gate Party. 'As is' or with pesto. One thing I will say sadly that is negative, though there is SO many positive experiences I had to give 5 stars still. I ordered my usual Caesar wrap today. It was honestly not good at all. The wrap tasted different, if you changed your tortillas the new ones are terribly bland. What that forced to happen is for the only flavor to come from the Caesar dressing. I'm not sure if the wrong dressing was used or I got the bottom of the jar. But it legitimately tasted like bland tuna with watery mayo instead of tangy delicious Caesar. I tried my wife's salad and that was still amazing, and full of flavor. I will write this off as a fluke and continue to enjoy ordering delicious salads to go. But wanted to give feedback. read more

Nice location - not all that attractive inside - more industrial and utilitarian. Friendly staff. Good salad but the reason for two stars is the price and the value. I ordered a large salad and picked my own ingredients. There were many to choose from (but no celery) and I was happy until I got to the "protein" section. There I was charged $3 for what amounted to about a tablespoon and a half of product. WOW! The entire salad with tip was more than $14! For that kind of money I could walk across the street to Safeway and buy all the fixings for the same salad and make three or four. Or I could buy five prepared salads that would last me all week. I know Bellevue is expensive but $14 and change for a salad is just silly. read more

I was just in, little did I know this place doesn't accept cash. No signage stating so, website also doesn't mention this, neither does the app. Long story short I only had cash on me my replacement card hasn't arrived yet. I told her I only had cash on me and no card on me. All she said was "well if you have the exact change I can take it or if you're okay with no change back". What do you mean no change back? I understand you guys just opened but what kind of business that deals with cash doesn't fill their tills at the beginning of each day? At this time in Bellevue evergreens is one of the few places open for us workers to get food at so it wasn't like I could just go next door to chipotle for change. The Bank of America across the street only had atms so only $20. What was even more disappointing is that one of the managers specifically the guy with the Buffalo Bills tattoo on his bicep was over hearing this entire exchange as I was the only customer in there, and said absolutely nothing. I wasn't trying to get my salad for free just some sort of help hey how about you guys check to see if you guys had change on you to help a customer out. I'm usually a regular here but after this experience I'll probably stop coming to this location. One of the worst customer service experience in Bellevue ever. I just don't understand how it's even legal for a business to not accept cash, if you guys don't fill your tills how is that the customers problem? This is right across the street from where I work, and I'm SO GLAD. Because of my specific diet, I need to sometimes have a lot of leafy greens, veggies, lean protein and fats for lunch. I can get EXACTLY what I want here, and they toss in the dressing, which I Love. They are extremely fast and friendly. One girl even dug out some peppers that I wasn't fast enough to tell her not to throw in there. Very nice :) Price point is good for salads as well, $9, $12 with protein. And nearly anything you want in it for free. There are some premiums, but most are free. Nice! read more

The combination of ingredients was a little strange to me but it wasn't totally unpleasant. I love Evergreens. Similar to a recent review on here, this location has been the only one that's provided not only non-excellent service, but bad service. There is so much attitude and eye-rolling at this location, and it seems like a nuisance asking for bread or extra toppings when at the other locations, they always ask me preemptively. There is also one particular worker who I won't name here but I would like to give feedback on. I am sorry to rate so harshly, but I will continue to support the company via other locations and hope this one improves rather than bank on a good location and a wworking demographic. Updated review: since the time of the original review, I've encountered great staff. The only exception is still the same worker who I mentioned in the original review who was now not rude to me, but rude to his coworker, which created an awkward atmosphere. read more

We are big fans of evergreen and have mostly used the university village so first time in at the Bellevue location on 4th. Not as good and it is not even close. When you dine in you don't get the salad plates, they don't chop the salad which is a problem when it contains large chunks of broccoli, and the dressing was really unevenly measured (or not measured at all really just a quick squeeze). Not sure why this location is different, but the result is I will avoid it in the future. read more

Our family loves the flavor an quality of this place. Delicious and healthy. However, we all strongly prefer the U Village location. Unlike the upbeat, high-energy vibe in U Village, the staff in the Bellevue location seemed a bit irritated we showed up for lunch on a Saturday. Although there is better/more seating, the overall vibe was chilly and impersonal. Also, no kids-size options at this location? - a big miss for appealing to families. read more
