I walk in the door the server is helping someone else(not a problem) so I form a line behind that customer. Another person comes in after me and stands behind me . The server is taking her time going very, very slowly . Like putting the salad in the bowl and then pause, then putting the beans in the bowl then pause , then putting the meat in the bowl then pause . So I am waiting by then another person comes in after the person behind me. The server finishes up with the 1st customer and then looks at the line and says, "I'm not sure who is next ", and then nods to the person behind to come up and she could help her . I then ask am I invisible here ? and the person behind me , says, "this lady was next" . Needless to say I am very disappointed at the customer service (or lack thereof) displayed at my visit. read more

We ordered two salads, one grain bowl. All of them had very little lettuce in them, and the grain bowl didn't have any quinoa. When I called they apologized and told me that I was able to go back and have them remade. When I went back the next day I was greeted with terrible customer service, and even the remakes were made incorrectly. So incompetent and all around unpleasant. read more

Zero service. My husband and I stood in line for a good 10 minutes with no one in front of us and not even any acknowledgement from the staff that they would be right with us. Nothing. There were 3 of them behind the counter and they made zero eye contact. They proceeded to make take out orders in front of us with zero communication to us customers standing in front of them. We left out of frustration. And on our way out we got a "see ya guys" from nose ring guy at the register. The only communication we got the whole time. Awful experience. This place is sooo good !!!! I made my own bowl and my girl got a wrap. So satisfying on all cylinders. Fast and friendly service!! Wish this place had a patio!! I am a sandwich guy. I get a sandwiches for lunch and dinner most days. I finally have a healthier alternative near my home. I am loving this place. I eat at Evergreens Salad now maybe 4+ times each week. They make a salad seem like a sandwich (wrap). I still can't somehow eat a normal salad from a bowl. But the wrap just seems like a sandwich. So I am happy. Their app works great if you don't want to wait. I order the Situation and add cucumbers, beats (really really good) and black beans. Its nice to make minor changes depending on my hunger. Can't say enough good things about this place. Go there and order the Situation. read more

Evergreens is an awesome addition to our neighborhood. They offer a fresh option with a beautiful presentation and willing to customize. I have not only eaten here personally, but use this for our work meetings or take out for our meetings. Everyone loves it. Its fresh, its healthy, staff is super helpful and friendly and quick service. So many options and great combinations, I think i'll work my way through the menu. Went today for the very first time. Staff are nice. I've never been to any other locations. I was the only customer there, I ordered a wrap and said "with NO pickled red onions." It still managed to be in my wrap. Then I was asked how much dressing I wanted. Options were "light, medium, heavy" so I chose medium. My whole wrap was soggy and practically drenched through.
