Ronnie is one of the owners who did not back up their work when his workers did not install my liner correctly and I have been losing gallons of water daily. They came back once to try and fix it with some kind of putty that was a total botch job and even that didn't work ! now they are a no show and I still don't have any water in my pool. We have lost so much money with chemicals and water over this and the company doesn't care. We have tried to contact Ronnie over and over and he doesn't show up.

Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced.
