I also noticed how clean and organized everything was. All tools were individually packaged in sanitary envelopes, and single use items like nail files were properly discarded after use. Lucy checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, asking about massage pressure, towel temperature, and water temperature. It made a big difference. Jordyn gave me a lovely pedicure that still looks great three weeks later, and she was kind and attentive to detail. While she worked on me, I had some tea with honey, and it was so soothing that, honestly, if I could have taken a nap, I would have. Although the major focus of Blush & Bone is on their limited use of toxic chemicals, the energy and customer service deserve to be recognized. From the start, the atmosphere supports that feeling that you're being taken care of: the owner was so welcoming and warm, and Jordyn kept that energy going throughout my treatment.
