But, after unsuccessfully trying to contact them and a drive-by their location, I conclude they're out-of-business. Back when we lived in Auburn, several years ago, Agrishop was our go-to. So we called upon them again for this repair. Luckily, they fit us in, quickly picked the machine, did the repair with a full service and we had it back a few days later - and for a very competitive price! I had specified that all belts should be replaced; but, the tech found the deck belt to be brand new and recommended against replacing it - he saved me $$! And let me say this: every person we talked to, including the very fine gentleman who picked up and delivered the machine, were all very professional, kind, considerate and helpful. Agrishop did a great job, at a great price, they even saved me money, and the turn-around was quick, easy and effortless on my part. I'd give 'em 10-stars if I could!

Ken T works there and told us the owner was out, but he'll make sure to contact her about this because he remembers there was no service provided. A month later, we get a message from him indicating he hasn't been able to reach her but would contact her as soon as he does. There's no word. As the months passed, we tried calling them several times, all of which went to voicemail, and we attempted to visit them, but they were only open during their winter hours. After leaving several voicemails at the provided phone number, our contact was blocked. We tried texting again on my partner's phone, and rather than addressing why she blocked us, she simply stated that since Ric died in 2022, we had no claims with them. I cannot imagine that this attitude is professional or welcoming. We bought these items from this company. We did not obtain these services. We hope Dee reads this and understands our frustration. We have purchased and used this company's services for many years, but we were treated this way during our most recent transaction. I hope we can resolve this. I hope none other has to deal with a similar circumstance.

The greenhouse was filled with beautiful hanging flower baskets everywhere, creating such a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Most of the baskets were priced around $35-$45, and of course I ended up finding one I absolutely loved and bought it. I also picked up some locally harvested honey while I was there. Before leaving, I made sure not to forget the organic seeds I originally came for: zucchini mix, mixed salad greens, sprout mix, and herb mix. This is always one of my favorite places for gardening inspiration, seasonal flowers, and local products.

That being said...I LOVE this place. I got a Southern Magnolia from this place 5 years ago and it is growing like a weed and still going strong. I have planted several Magnolias from places like Home Depot and Lowes and they were dead in less than a year. I have since bought several plants from here and never have had an issue with any of them. I am going back this week to get another Magnolia for my new house. Can't wait. We wanted to spruce up our patio but have had a bad history with plants as they always seem to perish before they bloom. We were approached by Mr Rick outside in the garden area and were asked if we needed assistance. Not only did he take the time to explain to us what might work best for us he also gave us plenty of options when it came to budget. You can tell that Mr Rick truly loves his work and is passionate about this nursery. Now, not only is Watson's beautiful but the prices are very very reasonable. The selection is huge and they even had some more exotic plants. The entire experience made this new adventure worthwhile for my wife and I. Also, if you see Mr Hobbs, give him a nice belly rub.
