They share their knowledge and provide safety instructions throughout the whole transaction. They never once take their eyes away from the firearm. The selection of firearms is incredible, plus they can special order items for you. For those interested in optics for their firearm(s), please seek the assistance from Robert (Rob), Brenden, Brian, or Yoon. They know the benefits of each brand and model Turners carries, plus the fitment. One or all of them are usually working. They can mount it to your firearm, if you're picking up your firearm at the same time. Several of the staff members go to a local gun range on their days off. We assumed the item might've sold out, no longer in stock, or just bad inventory all around. We decided to go in the store to get what we needed. We asked the cashier what happened with our order and he had no idea. We asked if they had it in stock or if another location had it. They went to check and luckily there was one Betts Jersey left in my size. We also signed up to get $20 off purchases of $100 or more. We did all that at the store and when it came to checking out, it turns out the coupon wasn't available until after a few days or something. We ended paying full price, no problem. The manager explained to us, if we wanted, we could bring the jersey back and repurchase after we got the coupon to get that $20 back. I didn't get the coupon until a week later which was to expire in 2 days. I went back to the store with the coupon forgetting that the $20 was actually NOT a free $20 off anything. It was $20 off ANOTHER purchase for $100+. So basically, a trick to get you to buy more, which I didn't end up using. The coupon wasn't quite clear and tricky to be honest. Beware of those marketing schemes and ads you see online or in store! The only upside was that the staff were very understanding and helpful. We went back looking for another shirt but they didn't have it in stock and they were nice enough to call the El Segundo location to hold the item for us. We went to that location, picked up the item easily, and there were no issues. Just keep an eye on the sales and ads -- and know what you're really getting. Another suggestion for this store is to keep better inventory. There had a ton of the same stuff but limited in other areas.

First day was in the office where topics were covered via PowerPoint presentation and Pete allowed us to do dry firing with airsoft guns. Second day was at the range for about 1.5hr where he taught us safe operation (i.e. grip, stance, aiming, accuracy, loading, unloading). Special remarks: Pete's dedication to gun safety and safe gun operation is apparent in the way he teaches. He is passionate about safety and an enthusiastic teacher which made the class fun. One of his most valuable strengths is that he was able to teach in a way that I could understand. (Side note: I am afraid of guns but took this class to combat that fear!) Pete was able to keep the class engaged, provided constructive feedback, and attention to detail. With his guidance and support, I was able to see a significant improvement in my grouping and decrease my fear of guns overall. Also, I made new friends in the class :) **I will be returning for other classes. Definitely recommend.

I came across them while looking for a local place to rent a Onewheel, the electric skateboards made by Future Motion. They're an authorized dealer; perfect, I'd rather buy local. I went to their website, and turns out they also rent! $70/day if less than 4 days, $60 for 5+ days. I wanted to try out a Onewheel before dropping $1k, so I texted and set a day to come by. They also require a 30min tutorial if you have no experience: perfect, I have zero experience and it'll be helpful to learn from a human. Tyler helped me do a few laps in the parking lot, let me borrow a helmet, and I went home to practice more. By the end of the rental period, I knew I wanted one of my own. After some back and forth, we got my order figured out and submitted. They applied the money I spent on the rental towards the purchase of a new board, I put down a deposit, and the wait began. Something to note: the owner, Jeremy, let me borrow a shop board until mine arrived. Due to some mix-ups with the delivery address, I ended up holding onto the shop board for weeks. I really appreciated having the extra time with the loaner and all the additional practice hours I got in. By the time my board arrived, I'd gotten a total of 18 miles in. For anyone else in my shoes - zero experience, nervous about spending so much, not sure if Onewheel is for you - this is the place to start. Rent first, learn on a loaner, buy when you're ready.
