The tailor asked me to bring my bra, shirt, and shoes when coming in for their fitting. I felt a bit annoyed by his requests. But when he asked me to wear my bra, shirt, and shoes with my suits for the fitting, I then understood he wanted to get the exact measurements to fix my suits. Since there wasn't a lot of available fabric to work with, I knew it was a tough job but it looks so amazing, as if this is how the dress was originally designed. Kyle is clearly a master in his craft! I brought him my wedding dress and a bridesmaid's dress for alterations. His sense of style, fabric, and fit blew me away. He shortened the length and added a matching panel in the back of my dress to fit under the corset lacing, which works great. He did away with the unflattering bustle my dress came with, and fashioned a new one... absolutely beautiful work, with a new button that adds a gorgeous well-placed sparkly accent and compliments the dress' style perfectly. Just amazing! Everything looks positively stunning and I feel ready for our big day! My bridesmaid's dress was too tight in some places and too loose in others, and needed significant alteration to make it work... but there was no extra fabric to let it out. Kyle expertly added side panels to the dress, done so flawlessly you can't even tell, and took it in where needed. Now it shows off all her best features and looks like it was made especially for her! We're so excited about the phenomenal work he did!! The store itself is immaculate, and the fitting rooms are nice and large so your bridesmaid has plenty of room to help you get into your dress. They include a standing fan to help keep you cool while you're trying to get everything on and in place, which is a *big* help. This is a late posting. I never post stuff on Yelp, but Kyle is amazing and truly is an expert in what he does. My girlfriend bought me a faux fur jacket that I liked on-line and bought it big cuz they were all sold out. It was about 2 sizes too big and a bit long so looked really bulky on me. Because of the fabric type, I was worried about finding an experienced tailor to alter it for me, where it would still look good and was lucky enough to find Expert Alterations. Kyle was able to take the jacket in 10 inches and up a couple of inches and now the jacket looks perfect. I love, love, love the fit of the jacket now. My girlfriend is so jealous now since she originally bought one for herself in her size, but does not fit as well as my custom fitted jacket. Walked in today about 30 min. ago. I thought I'd check them out because of the good reviews. There were no customers. A gentlemen came out from the back. No greeting or anything. Immediately when I began telling him what I wanted altered/hemmed (I didn't even finish my sentence), he aggressively yanked the article of clothing out of my hands & put it on the counter. He took 3 seconds to look @ the cotton jumpsuit & said, "$20". I replied, "Ok, thank you" & left. He's lucky I didn't match his sassy, rude, & hostile attitude w/ an equally hostile response. I would've paid the $20 had I been treated with respect like I deserved. I am left to assume that all the good reviews of this place have gone to his head & he thinks he can treat people disrespectfully because he already has "enough" good reviews. He exudes arrogance and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'll be sure to let others know as well. I would not recommend this place unless you like a pretentious vibe. read more

I've brought in a bodysuit for tailoring and an XL jumpsuit that I asked be resized to fit me (I'm an XS). Kyle is very informative and did an amazing job on both. Both fit me perfectly! The XL jumpsuit looked like a huge potato sack on me before he fixed it. Now it looks great and all of the original detailing was kept intact.
