I used Expert Auto Glass three weeks ago for two of my work vehicles. They came out the next morning and replaced both windshields within an hour. (two teams of technicians) I was impressed with the professionalism of both the customer service representative I spoke with placing the order and with the technicians who installed the windshields. The price point was great also. Yesterday my 86-year-old Mom had her back window shot out (bb gun) on her way home from church. I gave her Expert's number and told her to call first thing today. She just called me stating that they had already installed her new glass and it was only 11:00am !! Wow within 3 hours of calling she already has installation, now that is what I call service!! It was the exact price they quoted (which was close to $100 cheaper than other places), has free mobile service, came on time and did it less than 45 minutes and cleaned everything before they left. They don't carry Rear view mirrors. I called to get a quote to get a quote on my passenger side rear view mirror. That was their answer.

Went to get an estimate for a replacement headliner. I needed to obtain a hard copy so I could show the person who was responsible for the damage and was going to pay for it. A piece of my headliner was hanging and the guy who was going to give me the quote ripped it off. He did not ask or anything, just did it. Why you ask? Pretty much laziness. I have gone to 7 other different places to get quotes and all of them brought out a guide to match the color. Not this guy, he ripped it off and brought it inside. Whatever though, no biggie. Here's the kicker. When I asked for the estimate to be printed out he said "I don't do computers" okay fine, how about you just write it down on a piece of paper, he hesitated but said okay. So remember that piece of my car he ripped off, the headliner? Yeah, well he left it on his desk and didn't give it back to me so I proceeded to grab it, he then says "hey I need that" I explain to him, umm no you don't and if I decide to go with you, you have it back. I told him it was mine and I needed it to show the responsible party that was going to pay for the damage. He then refuses to give me any sort of written estimate because I was planning on "shopping around". My mine was blown. The man literally ripped a piece of car off without asking and got upset that I wanted it back. Like WTF. By far the worst business ethics I have yet to see. read more

I'm only giving four stars because they called around 3:30 pm to let me know they were on there way but didn't arrive until about 4 pm. The appointment was set from 2 pm-4 pm. But once they got here they started right away. The price was great, I called other places and this place had the best price. The new window looks great and job well done. Nobody likes having their windshield replaced -- comprehensive insurance is usually worthless for this event, and the out-of-pocket cost is not cheap. I'd definitely recommend this place, though. George will give you a fair deal with a minimum of hassle, and the work is done fast. They have a mobile service with a van, but I took it in to their shop on Batavia and he had me out of there in good order. A solid local business. read more

After reading the positive reviews and also getting a recommendation from a friend, I called Expert Auto Glass to replace the windshield in my Accord. They quoted me $320 over the phone and said they could come out the same day. I also asked what forms of payment they accepted and if there was any discount if I paid cash. I was told they accepted check, credit or cash and that there was no discount for cash. After the install was completed I was presented with the bill for $364. I questioned this since it was not what I was quoted. The installer phoned the office (spoke in Spanish so I could not understand what he was saying) and then came back and said OK to the previously agreed upon $320. I told him I would be paying by credit card and he said that unless I paid in cash I would have to pay tax. Again I told him that was not the agreed upon price. Finally after more hassle than I liked, I paid the originally quoted $320. The work that was done was perfectly acceptable but because of the payment dispute, I would not use this company again. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of having a broken windshield when I got to my car after work. I googled auto glass replacement in my area and Expert Auto Glass was in the first few companies that showed up. I called them and they were able to accommodate me the next day with my preferred time. They came on time and replaced the windshield of my SUV in less than an hour. My family was vacationing at Disneyland and our car was vandalized overnight while parked at the Marriott Suites on Harbor drive. The hotel took no responsibility and left it to me to get the glass that was broken repaired. I contacted George over at Expert Auto Glass while actually standing in line at a Disneyland ride. George was quick and thorough to take my information and give me a quote over the phone. When we returned to the hotel our Explorer glass was replaced and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I noticed some wind noise a few days later and returned to the shop. George had the aftermarket glass replaced with factory original at no cost to me. I still had wind noise from damage to the window frame by thieves, but George upgraded my glass and followed up with me at no charge.
