Took my daughter for a Mani/Pedi for her 12th birthday. I asked for the jelly pedicure but specified my 12 year old didn't need all the extras like callous removal. The process was okay, but for some reason at the end the lady started slathering my neck in oil and giving me a massage. It was so strange and uncomfortable. They were working on my feet while I was leaning forward at the same time for this strange massage. She ended up stretching my shirt out, leaving oil stains on it and putting me in the position that I had to go home and shower before lunch cause there was so much oil in my hair. Then I received the shocking $320 bill. That didn't even include a tip. I was chose not to say anything because I didn't want to ruin my daughter's birthday outing with drama. Maybe the most disappointing part is that my daughter's nails (pink in the picture) all chipped or peeled off within a day. Sincerely hoping they find the irony in the name of this business. My sister and I went for my birthday to get manicure/pedicures. We opted for the express option (marked 25 minutes) as we can get restless and had a bunch of other things to do that day. 2 hours later we checked out with decent nails. Not great, not horrible. The prices are outrageous. Especially since my gel nail polish chipped the same day. I considered going back to get it fixed. But what's the point if it'll take forever just to chip again. The nail technicians were cordial and our pedicures look nice, but those are the only nice things I can say about our experience today. My mom and I selected the Deluxe pedicure that was listed at $41. I had a tiny bit of gel remaining on two of my toenails that took a few seconds to remove. I also got gel polish, which does typically carry an extra charge at other salons I've visited, but I didn't see anything about that under the pedicure options. My nail tech did NOT have a gentle touch. I normally ask my nail techs to massage harder, but I had to ask her to tone it down, as she was really hurting my legs. She did tone it down a bit, but it wasn't an enjoyable massage. When she was filing and shaping my toenails, she scraped at what I think might be an ingrown toenail and I recoiled in pain. She profusely apologized, but then she did it again! At that point, she said she'd leave it alone, but then she informed me she was going to scrape around the nail more time. I asked her not to. She said "I won't touch the same part," and did it anyway! It actually didn't hurt that time, but I didn't appreciate her ignoring my request to just leave it alone. When my mother and I went to the counter to pay, our total came to $71. I asked why, when I'd selected the $41 Deluxe, and she flipped to a DIFFERENT page than the page that lists the pedicure options, where it lists "extra charges", and sure enough, gel is $20 extra, and gel polish removal is an extra $10. Both those prices seem excessive. It feels kind of sneaky to list extras on a different page, especially when I said "I want the $41 pedicure." At that moment, it seems like an ethical employee would inform the customer that there would be additional charges. I just moved across the country and am on a budget - $41 was already a splurge, let alone spending $71, and that didn't even include a tip! I LOVE THIS SALON! I have been going here for 10 years and they are clean, attentive, very up to date on the latest products. They also have redone the saline and made it twice as big with two rooms of pedicure chairs (even two Hello Kitty pedicure chairs for little kids) and nail tables. Tammy is the best! My daughter and I went in for manicures and pedicures. We requested the exact same services. She was finished quite a bit earlier than I was. It was noticed that the treatments were not carried out the same. A little fan was used to dry my nails. Her technicians did not use any. When we were finished my daughter had noted her manicure had bubbles in her nails. Later I noted the same thing in a few of my nails. The salon was not busy. Instead of having a salon/spa experience we felt like we were in an assembly line. They only take cash tips. Since I was having a manicure, I gave the tip before the manicure was initiated. One of the BEST nail salons we've ever been to! Husband & I travel a lot & it's a tradition to get a pedi. So, we have been to a lot of different nail salons across the world! We got the basic ($25) + a 30min. Massage ($30) & were SOOOO HAPPY we did! The massage was amazing and pedi was top notch! The staff is SUPER nice, they timed the massage and even said 'we don't do shortcuts here.' They offer you wine or water or soda. They have nice massage chairs. The ambience is nice. Our pedicures lasted less than 5 days. I made an appointment a week in advance for my daughter and me, and when we arrived they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. We had to wait for 30 min for help despite appointments. They didn't tell me until after our pedicures that tips are cash only, even though their sign says you can tip via venmo. I was really confused with place. We had a reservation for 4. We arrived and no one greeted us... we picked out our color and waited 15 minutes before we went and up to someone and asked if they were ready.... I got in my chair and they started running water... filled the tub with COLD COLD water... I had to ask them to warm the water.. they took about 15 minutes to drain the water to refill the he tub... in my party one my best friend asked for the deluxe package with A callus treatment. She never got the callus treatment.... Paid for it though.... The leg massage was more like rubbing lotion on the legs... then put College and socks on all of us painted our toes and then left without saying anything.... We probably sat there with the socks that are feet for at least 30 minutes before asking someone if we are able to leave... we had already paid.... In the end we spent 2 hours getting a 30-40 minute pedicure.... Side bar... they have a very very young kid (12 years old ish) doing my madness Massage/pedicure. read more

I love this place so much. Every one who works here is so kind and patient. It's always so clean and there is never a long wait time. They also did such a such a good maintaning covid safety precautions! I'm pretty married to Tammy for manicures, she makes my shape paper thin and SO natural-looking but they literally never break! She is so reliable and is never late to my appointment, and she takes her work very seriously. I love the rest of the tecnicians too! I have always been scared to ask for tips on my big toes at other spas  (because my toe nails break in my shoes a lot) and they will always put a tip on my toe nail if they notice its broken so it matches the other toe. The time and care they put into my nail design is above and beyond expectations. Everyone here is so talented, kind and professional. If I had to move an hour away I would still make the drive to see Tammy and her amazing team, and I'm so grateful that I found them. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If it was an option to leave zero or negative stars I would. I am upset at the fact that my hands look even shittier after I got them done. This was a very lousy job. I came in expecting a manicure with sns polish. Immediately after sitting down the technician began filing my nails and applying the sns powder. I said that I wanted a manicure because my hands weren't doing so well and he told me that they don't do that, he needed my hands dry and that they would look better after he was finished - Every other place I've been to they do a manicure first and then apply the sns powder. My nails are shaped all different sizes. Some are round and some are more squared. I told him multiple times about this and he just kept arguing to me that my fingers were different so that was why... He never trimmed the dead skin around my nails so after the filing they look even worse now because of how dry they are and I have some cuts on my fingers from the excessive filing. The sns is also super bumpy because it was not smoothed out after the application. read more

ABSOLUTELY RUDEST SERVICE EVER! Sometimes language barriers and cultural differences can make it feel like nail salon staff are being rude. But there's no mistaking that this was the rudest I've ever been treated. I walked in at 9:00 right as the salon was opening and there was one other customer there. They asked what I wanted and told me to pick my color. I was handed a massive ring of colors that weren't organized with any rhyme or reason. After LESS THAN 5 minutes of trying to sort through the hot mess of colors, I asked a question about the service I was getting and they responded by telling me to leave because I was taking too long to pick my color. I stood there completely dumbfounded but sure enough, the manager repeated herself very clearly. I felt so embarrassed and disappointed. read more

For the shopping center it's in, I expected the salon to be a little nicer. There's nothing on the walls which is such an odd thing to notice until you do. It made the place look more run down and kind of dingy. The pedicure was nothing to call home about. I judge pedicures by how much effort the tech actually puts into a nice foot rub. I've visited this place three times already and have not been happy. First time they were not friendly second time they try to soak my gel nails In their container of dirty acetone that they use on other people. I am so surprised that others Actually dip their fingers in used acetone. Third time same thing they try to help me soak my fingers and dirty acetone. I was not having it. They poured it out but yet the container was still in sanitized. I watched as they went from someone pedicure to manicure without washing their hands. Also I was very annoyed that I had three people doing my manicure, mind you All I get is gel nails. The first time I tried dip nails but three different people did my nails because they were flopping back-and-forth between customers. I am in the same industry and this is very unprofessional and I will not be returning.
