    New floor from express flooring

    They did an amazing job, the contractors they used were experienced and professional, very nice and listened to what I was pointing out during the process. It was well worth the cost of the flooring we bought. They did the demo. Were very careful and didn't damage anything, Juan the sales rep was awesome and gave it to us up front and told us exactly what to expect. No surprises thank you.

    We were scheduled for install on a Saturday. We waited all day to find out around 4 that they couldn't come until Sunday around 8am. Didn't show up until almost 10am without calling to tell us they were on their way. And it was just one guy. Installer only spoke Spanish. After install, we looked at it and saw two large seems in the carpet. Tried calling customer service. Took two weeks to get a return phone call. It's going to be 4 weeks since install this weekend, and no one has come to even look at the seems yet. Our living room furniture is still not in our living room. This sucks! Do not recommend!

    Original, 12-year-old glue and stick linoleum. Still good to go.

    We were excited about finally being able to afford a new floor. We had Express Flooring give us a price of $8,000 dollars. Very expensive for us. We agreed and the floor was installed. The technicians did a very poor job of the installation, the base boards were left with gaps, and one spoke in vulgar Spanish all during the installation. After 11 months the floor came apart. See photos. Inspectors came over and took pictures of the defects. A week later we had to call to find out it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks to a reply from the manufacturer. Meanwhile the floor is an embarrassment. We have lived in our home 12 years, our cheap glue and stick flooring has lasted 12 years and could have lasted longer if we had not been involved with Express Flooring. I have magnetic signs for my truck that say - "BEWARE Express Flooring is a RIP OFF". My red truck with signs with a yellow background indicates - LEMON - with black lettering will be driving around Tucson and Marana. Please don't be disappointed like we are, very frustrating.     The tile itself is wonderful. The installation is horrible! Customer Service is nonexistent! I have called several times beginning December 11, 2024, with no response other than to be told I first had to send pictures, which I did even though a man named Jim told me I did not need to. No return calls, no response to my email. The last call I made was on January 16 in which I was told it would be expedited.... Today is January 21, 2025, and still no one has come to look at any of the problems. If I do not get a call to come here and fix the chipped tile, missing grout, uneven grout, etc., by Thursday, January 23, 2025, my next step will be the Better business bureau. Also, not sure why it shows me in San Franciso, however, I am in Sierra Vista, AZ

    Avoid these folks at costs. They installed our carpet in 2016 with "life time" warranty. They charged $1157 for 12 x 18 ft piece of carpet. Well they don't honor that at all, they want receipts of professional cleaning every 18 months.......that was never mentioned at time of installation and not anywhere on any of the paperwork. Second, reached out to them to get carpet retacked dawn after plumbing repair. Called 3 days in a row and talked to Phoenix office because no way to directly call Tucson office. No return calls, so on third day I physically went to their Tucson office to schedule repair. When I get to office 3 people in office not busy at all, such that I ended up having conversation with all three of them. Day of scheduled repair I get call in morning saying appt between 11 - 1....needless to say no one shows up and no phone call.....took 2 phone calls to get thru to Tucson office at 1:50 pm and they say oh sorry he wont be there til between 2-4...... finally showed up at 3:40 pm.....extremely unprofessional and inefficient set up.......will never do business again. Charged $150 for 15 minute retack job. AVOID at all costs.

The outsourced installers said that it would not leave a mark. And, of course it was stained. How could the installers spill something on the brand new carpet? How did it get there? Nobody but the installers were in the home. And, they admitted to having been who cleaned whatever it was. Flooring Direct sent over a product for cleaning the stain. I asked the owner to replace the section of carpet where the installers spilled something. No, Navid refused. Sleazebag owner operator. Then he sends me the invoice with updated charges with a payment due date which was 5 days in the past making it seem like I am overdue even though the job was not complete yet. This owner/manager will make arrangements for the installation but he will not stand behind the damages that his installers caused. Who wants brand new carpet that have had a soda or dirt spilled on it? I don't go to a clothes store and expect to buy new underwear which comes with a skid mark... Go elsewhere or be the next victim of this shoddy business. Here is how Navid, the Owner, handled the refund due to defective service and faulty materials. No content is anything different than what was actually sent to me or from me. This unhinged communique took 1 week after the Owner, Navid, was to have mailed me a refund for defective merchandise. Me: "No check has been received yet..." Navid: "I waited to see if you would respond. Zelle would have been fast and easy. I mailed it out yesterday. I hope this does not frustrated you." Me: "Yet another passive aggressive attempt to mess things up... Hopefully you can not muster any more incompetence in this matter. It is beyond frustrating." Navid: "I actually helped you more that you can imagine. So shame your anger has caused you to see things clearly I asked a simple question. Why was it so hard to answer? Take a pill. I actually helped you more than you can imagine. It's a shame your anger has kept you from seeing things clearly. I only asked a simple question--why was it so hard to answer? Maybe you need to take a step back and calm down." Me: "Once again, just send me the funds so that I can be done dealing with you. I have more important things to tend to than being dicked around by some lowly shopkeeper." Navid: "Careful little boy. Check was mailed out. I am just getting sick of your nonsense. I am out of town. I make sure I call you personally to deal with your unjust words and personal attack once I get back. I feel so sorry for you. I am sure your childhood must have been a unpleasant one. Take a pill Me: "F**k off kindly." Navid: "Definitely. Must be a childhood issue. How bad was it??" I had to block him as he continued making personal attacks and by name calling. In Closing: Is this a person that you trust to have your email, phone number and address? Is this a business person that you can feel comfortably to provide fair, professional service? I think not! This man is unhinged. Beware.

    We hired Flooring Direct to refloor our approximately 700 sqft living room with tile. The most…read moredifficult part of the job would be the curving steps into this space as you can see in the pictures. Where others said it couldn't be done or offered solutions that were not tile, Flooring Direct said they could do it. I'll admit that it was a challenge to fully conceptualize how to do it but working with Moji and our installer, Jose, I believe the results justify the effort. The old carpet quickly came out and the initial part of the tile that was straight went in in about two days. Jose spent some time cutting and grinding to get the tiles to match the curving steps but was all finished by the following Friday. Jose and his assistant, Gustavo, were both courteous & professional throughout the project as was Moji who came by often to check on the progress and to be sure we were satisfied with how it was coming together. All the steps from tile selection through scheduling, layout, designing transitions, grout selection and final cleanup, were all pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them for your consideration.

    We have purchased carpet from Complete Flooring on three separate occasions. The second carpet we…read morepurchased we noticed the steps were loose and needed stretched. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn't ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business.

I interviewed several companies and decided to go with Guardian. I felt their process and pricing was the best out there. They showed up right on time with a big crew of 5 or 6 and did an amazing job. I walked out a few times to watch them and enjoyed listening to the conversation among them. Here you have a bunch of guys who clearly enjoy what they do, and they absolutely nailed the job. My garage floor is stunning. I have a few nooks and a complicated steel finish where the drywall nearly meets the floor. This required special attention to detail to make sure the surface was appropriately covered and I'm literally blown away with how well it turned out. If you are looking for a meticulous, forever lasting garage floor, I don't think there's a better company out there.

    I have a new build home and I knew I wanted to have the garage floors "epoxied" but didn't know…read moremuch about the process or product. It seems like every company offers a "lifetime warranty" and low prices, but they weren't interested in helping me understand the product or their service/process. Guardian sent Zach to our home for a consultation and he explained what the typical epoxy floors are, and why Guardian is different. They came in at a bit of a higher price point than some other competitors, but in reality those other companies aren't true competition: Guardian has a skilled and dedicated crew, operates successfully in several states, uses proprietary materials and has been around long enough for their lifetime warranty to actually mean something! The team showed up promptly at 7am on our scheduled day and they actually finished early, which is always a bonus! I could not be more thrilled with how my garage floor looks now, and I'm going to tell my construction superintendent to recommend this company to other folks with new build homes who want this service.
