Dan did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with the prior installation, what he would recommend doing instead, and why the prior company's price was off the charts. He seemed very kind and honest, and his pricing sounded completely fair based on my research. He asked me to take a picture of his shirt and post a review regarding the consultation/estimate. Perhaps it's a numbers game where 1 out of 100 is stupid enough to buy your bullshit Chamberlain and Liftmaster are the same. In fact, chamberlain manufactures the drive for liftmaster. Liftmaster series can only be purchased via professional installers; ones that do it as a living. Whereas chamberlain can be purchased in Home Depot etc for the DIY's. You're gonna quote me 3k and I still have to run my own electrical line when the sub panel is right there??? The opener only retails for 500 chamberlain or 600 liftmaster and it connects directly to the sidebar. Good luck trying to rip people off read more

Someone pulled on my garage door a little too hard and bent the tracks. Ben came out and fixed the track and changed the torsion tube, springs, pulleys and even hooked me up with some heavy duty rollers.
