Called for an estimate to repair a rolling garage door. The guy was nice over the phone and they came the next day early morning for A QUOTE only. I specified I wanted a Spanish speaker as my parents english is not their first language and I would not be home. The technician was Armenian and took advantage of the language barrier and incredibly overcharged my parents, as we later found out the equipment the tech replaced did NOT cost even half of what was charged and we later got an estimate from another company who would have charged us an actual affordable price. We paid close to $1,800 and the tech even said himself that the "new" garage motor is of the lowest basic quality. I would not recommend them or call them again. Stated quote for the job versus what is charged at the end of the service is different and will not fully tell you at the start. Also, technician sent and invoice company does not match, sounds like they use a company to contract work out.
