These days it's the machine that makes it easier for you. You need, I stress, need an appointment before you walk in . You will have to enter all your information on their website to get seen . It's really simple these days . If I can do it, you can do it! Remember to each and every visit to bring your drivers license and insurance cards to the office. They will ask every time for these documents. After all the paperwork of the day it's time to await your time to get called. Tick tick tock, but it's not too bad . As you check in the tele screen displays your name and the place number that you have in line until you get called . Oh my, it's my turn now. It's a little stress but all the ladies and gentlemen here are highly motivated and professional. They have you in mind as they collect your personal information and confirm that you are in fact you! All the tubes are out it's time for get the needle in. Quick take a deep breathe, oh my goodness! The blood is on its way and flowing into the tubes. Make sure and drink lots of fluids to keep the blood flowing freely . All done you get some relief that you got that all done . You are excellent and so was the technician that did the sticking and tests . Back to the real world and off to the doctor for the result. I went in for a blood test and Andrew took really good care of me -- he was professional and made the whole process smooth and easy. One small suggestion: the lobby has very few chairs, and they're all placed along the walls. It would be better to arrange multiple rows of seating facing the big screen on the left side of the lobby. I noticed many elderly people standing for a long time, and adding more chairs would really help. read more

Having a horrible prior experience at a different Quest and reading the reviews on other locations made me extremely nervous to bring my one year old in BUT this location has truly mended my views on Quest overall. Cheyenne and Andrew were absolutely amazing. They were able to reassure us so we were all comfortable with the process therefore everything went as smooth as possible. They were so caring and patient with my baby I will definitely be returning here for any future bloodwork needs. I was in a pinch after realizing where I usually went for bloodwork wouldn't be an option. This Quest was closest to my home and took walk-ins so I thought I would try it out. It was 2:30pm on a rainy Monday so I was cutting it close for their walk-in hours. I went in and signed in and hoped for the best. I was told it could be a 30-60 minute wait since appointments go first. They have a nice screen where you can see where you are in line and I saw they moved pretty quick. After a 25 minute wait it was my turn. I was so surprised at how quick they moved and grateful for sure. Nadine was who I went with and she was kind and thorough throughout the appointment. The next time I need bloodwork, I will definitely make an appointment for this Quest! read more

I want to leave Andrew a stellar review, and quite frankly I can't believe I haven't done this earlier. He's been taking my blood for the past year or so and any time I'm there, I'm hoping (or requesting) that Andrew be my phlebotomist. I am a medical professional and I visit different Quest locations daily. I went to this location to drop off a blood specimen and I draw this specimen daily and it's a standing order in the system. I checked in on the kiosk as a medical professional when I was called back. I was called back by a very unprofessional white lady named Nadine. She first started to tell me I checked in on the kiosk incorrectly. I explained to her that I come to Quest every day and I've never had an issue with any location but here with her then she proceeded to argue with me stating that this is how you have to do. I advised her I just need to have this STAT processed, I didn't come here to argue with her. So then she proceeds to ask me the patient's name I gave her the patient name she entered incorrectly, so then she couldn't find it. I told her to look at the tube. The patient's name is on the tube and the date of birth. She asked me to verify the doctor I did but she wanted to argue with me about that as well. I explained to her I did not come here to argue with you, Lady. I'm just trying to drop off a specimen and get it processed. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me I needed to go back in the lobby and sit and wait and I advised her I'm not gonna go back in the lobby and sit and wait. You can get your supervisor to come into this room and talk to me now. She said I'm not getting ready to do that. She act like she was very intimidated by me and was racist. She proceeded to try to over-talk me every time I said something. She finally got frustrated and said is this the patient's information and showed it to me on the screen. I verified it and said yes everything is correct. She said you're done. Goodbye. This lady is a very unprofessional rude person that should not be working in Healthcare. She proceeded to tell me that I was not a customer and I told her regardless if I'm a medical professional or if I'm a patient coming here to get my blood work done I am a customer, because I am bringing a sample to Quest. I don't appreciate the way that I was treated at this location. I feel like she was racist and I was being discriminated against and I will follow a complaint with Quest corporate as well. read more

This is just plain ridiculous I just needed to do an employment drug screen showed up at noon for a walk in. No one to greet you or to point you in the right direction or to tell you that you will stand there for 3 hours because they don't even have enough chairs for all the people they're jamming into one appointment time to sit. Finally another person on the stand by list was finally able to ask about an approximate time and the worker responded with we won't get to anyone on the standby list. So they know this and just let people sit here for no reason waisting all their time. This is beyond asinine to waste 3-4 hours of someone's time. You either go by appointment only or adjust appointments to handle a few walk ins. With all the technology we have this is ridiculous to deal with this. I will never ever use this place for anything it's crazy a business is allowed to operate like this. read more

My Wife and I go together and had a Huge Problem. We were making 2 separate appointments using the same home phone number. The system cancels the first appointment is when the second appointment is made, because we used our home phone number. We had two separate e-mails indicating our appointments. I am dealing with Quest upper management on this rather stupid software problem. Now my comment on the Anthem Village Quest Clinic. The manager, Andrew, came to us and handled the our situation in an outstanding professional manner. He was very apologetic understanding and resolved our immediate issue by taking us in a timely manner. I had Tammy as my Phlebotomist and she was fantastic. I was totally frustrated and she calmed me down. Because of the fabulous customer service provided by Andrew and Tammy, my wife and I left with a smile! read more

Not very happy with this place. My doctor put an order in the computer back in October for blood work this month. I set an appointment and went to this morning. When I was called back to the room, I told the tech the order was in the computer. She says she checked a few places and could not find it. Needless to say I left without getting my blood drawn and called my doctors office. I was told that the order was sent to Quest back in October and it was received. My doctors office said they will send it again and call me once it was sent which they did. So I made another appointment for the end of the month because I also had to change my upcoming doctor appointment because of Quest. This is not the first issue I've had with this office and I don't expect it will be my last. read more

We had high hopes for this location as many people in our community said they were the best for pediatric bloodwork. We have a Blue Shield PPO so we called their billing department to confirm that our insurance was accepted. We were assured that our PPO was accepted, so we booked an appointment. After arriving and being called into the room, our phlebotomist(approximately 5'7" 200lbs, caucasian with black hair and a blue mask) was rude and spoke to us in a condescending manner. Using phrases such as "your location is LabCorp, as stated on your paperwork". Yes child, we know how to read. We then explained that we called the billing department as they handle billing and would know what insurances if any were not accepted by their company. The phlebotomist then said that the billing department gave us "inaccurate information" and that Blue Shield insurance is not accepted. We asked to speak to a member of management for more information. The manager confirmed that Blue Shield was not accepted due to a "weird Nevada law". We then asked if we could just pay with our credit card and we were told not because they "run the social security number and it is attached to your insurance". We called the billing department again the next day and we were told that the phlebotomist and manager were incorrect and ALL Quest Diagnostics locations accept Blue Shield PPO or self pay. 5* for the billing department and minus 4* for the rude and clueless location staff. We are currently in contact with the complaint department to share our experience. read more

I can't believe this business is located in upscale Anthem. I've been to a lot of labs in town, but this is the most hostile location to date. There is no receptionist and only a door to the treatment rooms. None of the staff want to speak to you unless you are the exact person they are calling. I just witnessed an elderly patient on a walker check in and patiently wait in the waiting room. Unfortunately, this patient had to use the bathroom. Someone had to pound on the door to get a staff member's attention. When someone finally came, she would not let this patient use the restroom until she pulled the lab order. She shut the door in their faces and came back with a sample cup. Only then did she let the patient use the bathroom. I'm assuming she would not let the patient use the restroom unless there was a lab order. I give this business zero stars for horrendous and hostile customer service. This company does not seem to understand that the patients are the ones keeping them in business. read more

As someone who has a huge fear of needles and does not at all like to get blood drawn, Chy made my personal stressful experience much easier to manage. She was calm, didn't rush me, and was willing to work with me on where the blood would be drawn from. She understood how afraid I was and took that in to consideration with every step. She was extremely professional and compassionate. I normally "freak out" and start to panic once I know the needle is coming and it gets so bad that I wind up leaving without having my blood taken. But because Chy was so amazing, I made it through with her help and kindness. I wish I could request her for every visit!! read more

Not sure about the other negative reviews but this place was a 5 for me! Clean, organized facility. Came in at 7:35am as a walk in and saw a good 8-9 people in the waiting room. Signed in the kiosk and sat down. Literally about 10 mins or less I was called back for my blood work. Phlebotomist was also gentle and nice! Layne Leary, a employee here, needs to learn some social etiquette. She called me and my 2 small children back, I was scheduled for a pee test for a job screening. I had my baby in my arms and toddler, she walked us back to the room, asked me what we were doing, and THEN asked if I had a stroller or someone to watch my children because she could not "look after them " when I went in to the bathroom. She was so extremely rude, clearly does not have kids or empathy for that matter. I went back to my car to get my stroller and had to leave them outside the door. Some people just should not be in jobs where they deal with people. Go work behind a desk!! The look she gave me holding my children like I'm going to have my 2 year old pee for me or something . You can't talk to a person when calling this number. My doctor sends a number of tests directly to Quest and I can not talk to a human to verify they received the correct tests or if they are open on a holiday. And they also have horrible banking hours that require you to take off work as they aren't open on weekends. I miss the days when you can just get blood tests at your doctors without having to go to this sham money making operation that doesn't care about patient convenience but makes patients feel like they're going through an assembly line. read more

Went in as a walk in at 7am. Signed in at the kiosk and was able to make an appointment at 11:10am. I got a text at 11, walked in, and they called my name at 11:10. I'm usually a difficult poke- but not here! First poke was a successful. The tech may have been hard of hearing- but that did not effect his professionalism or bed side manners. This Lab is amazing! I hate going to get my blood work done I feel literally aging sitting and waiting there ... The staff is usually so annoyed by people This Particular Quest Diagnostics location is the best and I will never go anywhere else I had a special request shipment box with me out of state and Stu helped me . They couldn't find me in the system and explained that I am and use quest all the time Stu was patient and positive and super helpful , he didn't brush me off and we completed my test successfully! I went to Quest for lab work. When I provided my insurance information they entered it all into the computer but didn't mention it wasn't in-network. I then received a bill for $542 for lipid panel, TSH, and thyroxine testing. The insurance allowed $28 as the usual and customary charge but since Quest wasn't in-network they billed the entire amount to me. I contacted them twice and asked to negotiate the bill and they ignored me. I recently lost my job and am unable to pay an unexpected $542 bill for labs that should have cost no more than $28. BEWARE! I will never, ever, ever return to Quest even if it is supposed to be in-network because they've proven they will overcharge and not care for their patients if given the opportunity. read more

Made an appointment thru phone and showed up 5 minutes before my time. Checkin was easy and done on a tablet. You have the option of sitting in the waiting area or having them text you when they're ready for you. The blood draw was actually for my 8 month old son and the phlebotamists were super sweet and very professional. I was actually super nervous because I wasn't sure if they were able to do babies but they were very knowledgeable and quick even with a crying patient. Thanks guys!!! read more
