This place is a scam! Do not bring your vehicle here for an alignment they do a so called alignment inspection and if your car doesn't pass this alignment inspection they write you a quote to fix the so called probleMe and charge you $25 for the inspection! While I was waiting in the lobby the other customer waiting for an alignment was telling me how their friend took a vehicle here and they failed him and charged him $25 and sure enough my brand new front end failed this so called inspection for play in the ball joint on the driver side! Needed tires on a Sunday for my 300 mile trip home. They were the only shop out of about 12 that were open, including large distributors (such as Goodyear and Firestone) that had the ability to get "unique" tire sizes the same day (19" tire). I was trying to beat the weather (snow on the pass) on the way home and they acted quickly to pick up tires from their warehouse and install on my vehicle in less than 1 hour. While I was waiting, I observed the team of 3 techs, 1 service advisor and 1 manger/owner. The team worked very well together; getting cars completed ASAP, with smiles on their faces and good attitudes. I haven't experienced this at an auto shop - it shows the employees want to be there! We were told 10-15 minutes over an hour ago. They tried to sell us four tires but they didn't even have two in their shop and we've been waiting and watching people come and go, but we're still here, sweating and waiting and being ignored by the staff. We can't even take off because they've already taken our tires off so we've been stuck here... they don't even have benches outside, and their office is really hot. read more

I've had decent experiences at tires shops but this was a GREAT experience. I had totally screwed up by driving too far on my flat tire and it needed to be replaced stat as I was 100 miles from home. The Audi dealers couldn't get the tire for a day but these guys? They had it in 30 minutes and installed and my tires rotated in not much more than that! The waiting area was very nice and they let me bring my dog in as it was very hot outside. They showed me what I'd done to the tire and why they couldn't just fix it. So polite, so friendly and I felt like they cared about my safety. I have learned my lesson! read more

November 7th I had my son's car towed over to Express Tire Shop... My son had to have his tire replaced his brakes his helpers caliper bracket the axle and the spindle and the drums they charge me almost $500... Well December 2nd the tire locked up and the car won't even move so I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and they had to really replace the axle the spindle the calipers and refix what was done...DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE!!! I got new tires here at the beginning of the year. They suggested I come back to get my brake pads done within a few months. I went in this morning to get my rear brake pads replaced. They serviced me right away, said it would be 30-40 minutes, but only took 20! Very pleased with the service and price.. it was the cheapest I was quoted by other local shops. They checked it out drove it 3 times with the owner on the last drive to be sure. They didn't hear anything but raised the car took the tires ti be sure.
