ZERO stars. Brought a wheel in to get a new tire with no scratches. They ended up not being able to get the tire off and scratched tf out of my wheel. When I brought it up to them they tried to say the scratches and marks were there already and there's no way the tire machine could have done it. This wheel was perfect. All 4 wheels are only 2 months old. Owner or whoever believed the 3 tire techs didn't do the damage and tried to tell me there was no way the tire machine could do the damages. He finally offered $100 store credit but after all this I don't want no business from here again. Told me to come back Tuesday next week for a quote on repair and repaint but I have a feeling that's going to cost the same or more than a new wheel as it is and he was already shocked that I told him the wheel is $300-400 each. Just going to take this L and buy a new wheel on my own and use this as a drift spare. Rather just leave a bad review and never come here again. read more

I had purchased some rims and tires from this location. Super fast, friendly and they do a great job. The very first weekend after getting the rims I had an issue (not their fault) wit two tires from driving in sf. Let me tell you good customer service is very hard to find. I called Ronnie the owner and he told me to come in and he took care of the issues no questions asked. Even tho I live about 30 min away, I now do most of my servicing for wheels there. They are totally the opposite of other business's that rip you off. I can't express enough how he made this purchase a pleasant experience and highly recommend this place for wheel services. This place is AMAZING. I've had my tires slashed before and they replaced them with good tires in a good amount of time. Every time my tire pressure is low I know I can pull in and they will fill up my tires every time no charge and with a happiness to help. Today my tire blew out and we came down to get it replaced they were more than happy to help, even filled up my spare tire. They are so kind and good at there jobs. Went there to get tire fixed. Old woman came in at same time as me. I heard her ONLY TELL THE GUY "I HAVE A NAIL IN MY TIRE". We were both getting our tire fixed. The old lady left and did not pay and I got told oh " your ready to go" and still payed for my tire. I know most places charge but some places also don't charge for tires. I was on my way to my cousins house for a BBQ and I ran into a nail. My tire went completely flat and I was down the street from this shop express tires. Good thing I seen them, because I was going to call AAA. They were extremely helpful and professional at the same time. They were really nice because they showed me exactly where the nail way and gave me a couple options to fix it. I also noticed they have tons of new and used tires in all sorts of sizes. I really like how they explained to me what they are doing before they do it. They sanded it down the inside and put a patch on for me at a very reasonable price. Went to get a quote bc my tire had a nail and all I needed was a plug. The quote was $12, now mind you I've gotten this done at places for $4. So I told this to the owner and asked for $7 and he felt it was necessary to SCOLD me about the nature of owning a business, paying employees and how if someone couldn't afford or needed to negotiate over $12 then he probably wouldn't be able to make a lot of money off of them anyways. Never mind that I have a college degree in business and only negotiated over the plug because I'm going to buy a brand new car in the next few months anyways. But you know I'm just a young girl anyways so what do I know about the right price for a plug? My husband and I have been here a few times for a few tire repairs. He always refers everyone here. Usually, they're pretty fast and my husband never has a problem with them, but for some reason, when I come here, there's always a problem. This time I had a flat and the tire couldn't be repaired. It was a horrible experience and this will be the last time I come here. They didn't have the tire I needed, for one. Not new or used. One guy said they can get the tire, but it won't be the same brand and it'll be a 45-1hr wait. As I was arranging for someone to pick me up, another guy said that the wait would be shorter than expected, so I decided to stay and wait. They proceeded to take my wheel off. An hour and 3 customers later, no tire shows up. 7 employees here, no more customers and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, I have 2 hungry kids that I picked up from school prior to getting a flat. I asked how much longer and they said maybe 30 more minutes. At this time, my wheel has been off my car for over an hour just sitting on the car jack. 4 customers later, and the tire finally shows up. Then it still takes them another 20-25 minutes to change the tire and get my wheel back on. They did discount me about $15, but that's still not worth my waiting time. I would have rather paid about double the price at another place and be out of there within 15-20 minutes. The fact that I spent a total of 1hr 50mins there waiting on a tire change is beyond me. They can't be called "Express Tires" if they can't do their jobs in a timely manner. read more

Zero stars cuz the lying bearded guy. Showed up @9:50am not sure we're line starts so I asked the other customers how they were helped, "we just stand here in line" great I go to the back of the line, I've seen the staff look around and see me, they do not acknowledge anyone unless you bother them already this is a red flag no system is in place. It gets busier @10:20 the guy with the beard starts having people move their car up, ok let's wait maybe he thought that person was first. Then he moves 2 other people up, okay? So we just helping them I'm not going to mention skin color but I'm sure you can put two and two together and guess what they were and what I am. And trust me you woulda gotten a better tip from me today then those people that kept looking at their watch. It didn't bother me being ignored, I prefer not to make noise but when I asked what the process is and the answer was we go by numbers... he never once called out a number the whole 40m I was there. Like I said no I don't need your help but if this is your business get your shit together put a sign that the line starts here so your employees won't be bothered by customers who think their time is more important. Or better yet instead of lying and saying you call out numbers have a fucking number system in place! Ended up going to Walmart paying over $140 for a new tire and tipped the guy a $20 since he did it in under a 30min wait time, so I had time to write this review and get some shopping done. read more

I would advise going to another place for tire work or any work at all. Came for a simple tire patch on late Thursday around 6 for a nail in my tire and after it was done they said it was all good. On my way home I noticed the low tire pressure sensor was still not going off and just assumed it was taking its time to register it because it has done that before when airing up. Took it to work the next day and the sensor never went off. After inspecting it, I noticed that the tire was visibly low. My tires are run flat so they can be used when flat but under 50 mph. I tried airing the tire on my way home and noticed it was leaking air from the rim area like it wasn't put on properly (keep in mind, this air leak on the rim was a completely new spot that wasn't happening before I brought my tire in to them). Called today (Saturday) letting them know the details and the guy said I probably hit something instead of maybe taking some responsibility and thinking maybe it could be their fault, instead he just tried to pass the blame on to me. Conversation ended with the guy telling me to just bring it in so they can look at it. On arrival the place was very busy but I found the guy I talked to on the phone (I'm assuming he was a manager?) and he had a worker inspect the tire and was rushing him and saying "hey yo air it up air it up and check it with water air it up" which we all know will eventually lead to a disaster sooner or later. Finally after the inspection the guy who was being rushed and also seemed like a fairly new employee said that the tire is damaged and there's nothing they can do and I probably damaged it when driving it on a flat which I then preceded to tell them they're run flat tires they don't get damaged when driving them under a specific mph 50 to which his response was a shrug with his hands out like I don't know what to tell you. So a simple patch for a nail turned into me having to buy a tire (which will not be bought from them). Wish I never went to this place but saw it had good reviews and assumed I was in best hands. UPDATE!! I got the tire looked at by America's Tire and they confirmed that Express Tires is at fault and said "it's a bead tear and it happens when the tire gets pried off, even our guys here have done it before but they own up to it and replace the tire". Clearly Express Tires knows this and tried to blame it on me anyways. read more
