This place is my neighborhood go to. The owner is a cool guy who truly cares about the quality and consistency of his food. The menu offers something for everyone and it's an overall good value. I have lived in Alpharetta for 26 years, these guys have been a reliable staple for the community and did their own delivery before the likes of Ubereats and DoorDash. I think ownership has changed over the last 15 years, but still good. Some like small wings, some like large, I don't have a preference. Location is good for a small business, staff is friendly. My only complaint over the years has been their tendency to seemingly precook wings when busy during holidays making for a really tough and chewy bite. I read some of the reviews here and don't get some of the comments. Sure, it's a hole in the wall located between a liquor store and a donut shop, but there's nothing sketchy about it or the area. It's what I would call... sparsely decorated. It's not the kind of place you go to enjoy the ambience since it caters to the takeout lifestyle. However, if you want your wings piping hot, this place is great to stop in and enjoy with a cold drink. I don't know about the & More part, since I didn't try anything off the wings menu, but a dude came in who clearly was a regular, who got the burger as his "usual". So maybe? I enjoyed all the flavors I tried like the dry rub lemon pepper and the medium hot garlic sauce. Only thing I didn't really like was the soggy celery sticks. I've been by this place numerous times and glad I finally stopped in to try it. Tiny,tiny wings! This place started some 10 years ago and has slowly gone downhill. They now have the smallest wings possible. The insult is that they claim that the size is dependent on their vendor. I hate people who throw out senseless answers that insult one's intelligence. Anyone over 18 knows that items like wings , shrimp, eggs, crablegs, scallops......... are ordered by not just quantity but also by size and quality. Adding insult to injury, we ordered a large quantity of wings for our Superbowl party 5 days before, only to arrive at their scheduled pickup time and have to wait 30 minutes for our order. I felt so dirty after eating from here. Customer service wasn't a problem it was THE FOOD! THE CLEANLINESS! If you think these things are good you've never had a good wing in your life. Save your money and just go somewhere else. The fries were so freezer burnt and undercooked they weren't even edible. Good food for a sketchy little wing place! The wings are crispy and cooked to perfection. The medium heat flavor was great, just spicy enough. The lemon pepper was tasty as well. I can't comment too much on the fries, we got it to-go so the fries were not very crispy. The jalapeño poppers were delicious, I haven't had one in years. Not sure why this doesn't have at least 4 stars. We love these wings and drive out of our way to get wings when we have a craving. Love the lemon pepper and extra hot wings. My husband likes the teriyaki but they are not my favorite. They have a strong soy flavor which is fine but not my preference. This place is a solid 4 stars based on wings. The ranch dressing is just a packaged one and we don't like it. But honestly, I don't even dip these wings in dressing, they don't need it. I like the crinkle cut old school fries but my husband does not. So, just a preference on what you like. They aren't five guy fries or anything. Not a fan of this place!! My co workers and I stopped by for lunch today and we were not happy at all. I don't know if the tickets got mixed up or what the problem may have been but we ordered before at least 7 people that were in line behind us and we received our food last. Waiting 20 mins to get food is not my idea lunch. Wings were not good, I received more drums than flats and at the bottom of a few of my drums it seems like the chicken wasn't fresh. Paid $10 bucks for a lunch combo not including anything to drink, so I went back to purchase a fountain drink, the cashier took my money and walked away without handing me a cup, so I just took a bottled drink from the cooler. I also order the Express Salad...it's a simple salad, but it's always fresh and they don't skimp on the bacon bits, which are real bacon pieces!!! :-) The turkey burger is AWESOME as well!!! Fresh and ALWAYS a good choice!!! I've never had a complaint about the food...the ONLY complaint I can give is the staff/owner/manger needs to be a bit more friendly on the phone! My first review on Yelp. Express Wings and More are Truly as good as it gets! My mouth is watering at the thought of sinking my teeth into those crisp delicious chicken wings! I've been dining here since they were named Alpharetta Wings (same owners, just dropped their partner). I always order the lemon pepper which are perfectly seasoned and buttered with the perfect amount of crisp. I've eaten lemon pepper wings all over the world and these are my favorite! I never understand how they always seem to have the most perfect and delicious celery...truly it baffles me, but they do! Their prices are fair and they deliver to my neighborhood. They are always friendly and the orders are delivered promptly. There is really good reason why this establishment has managed to stay around for at the least 6 years (as long as I've been here) while other mom&pop restaurants in the area seem to fade out within 2 years or less....They're great! They totally deserve the 5 stars, however my only disappointment is that they don't offer wet naps....but that was the my inner old lady, so don't pay attention to her. read more

Be very weary before you place a delivery order with them. They WILL write your credit card number out, in full, on their copy of the receipt. On top of illegal business practices, if you're ordering for more than one person and not eating there, go elsewhere - they WILL mess the order up. On a 6 person order, all 5 orders of fries arrived improperly prepared, cold, and hard. Wings were over-sauced and soggy. Carrots were dried out and celery was browning on the ends. We order from them maybe once a month and this is not a one-off thing. This is consistent. I dread to think what their kitchen looks like if they are pleased with this level of service. read more

Today when we placed our order, a woman answered the phone (usually the owner guy answers). She was confused and put the owner guy on the phone to assist. The food arrives and the driver is asking for more money than we were quoted. The driver called the store and spoke to Mohammed (the owner guy) and we went back and forth with him for a few minutes about the order. FINALLY, he agreed that an extra order of wings was included in the order. We pay our tab and the driver hands us the food. We sit down to eat our food when my coworker gets a call from Mohammed (owner guy) who is yelling at her stating he is going to charge her card for the extra food. HIS driver did not remove the extra order of wings from the bag. We didn't think anything of it when the driver gave us our food bc we were distracted from the back and forth convo with Mohammed in order to even get our food. The conversation ended when Mohammed hung up on my coworker after she told him not to charge her card for the food she did not order. All of this nonsense for $10.43. I hope you are happy, Mohammed - you will not be getting anymore business from us. And we will discourage any and all others at our job from giving you all anymore of their money! Ordered my pregnant fiance a grill chicken salad with no bacon. When the salad arrived it arrived with no meat, no bacon or chicken. Normally that would be no big deal because any ethical restaurant would fix it, right? Not this place! Called them to let them know what the issue was and they offered to credit me $1. I have had the wings twice - on two separate occasions. They were barely edible - so dry they were crunchy even inside, and over-flavored. They were also so tiny that the person who ordered them (on both occasions) said they looked like pigeon wings. The fries are barely edible. Admittedly, I haven't ordered everything on the menu, but the gyro's are tasteless and on one occasion even though I ordered without onion, and mayo on the side. Disgusting Owner! Please consider taking your business elsewhere after reading this review. My wife and I would appreciate it because no one should be treated like this. After years of buying from this business, my wife and I were treated with the most horrible customer service and disrespect from the OWNER of all people! Mistakes happen. We eat out enough to understand that. It's no big deal, but when the Owner of a business calls your wife a bitch, that's taking it way too far. We were surprised one day after receiving a large order of extremely dry, overcooked food because it's typically very good there. We informed the owner. He apologized and offered to "take care" of it the next time because we were such a good, repeat customers. Well, I guess he had a change of heart because he offered us an insulting 10% discount towards a same new order when we placed it with him the next week. THE WORST PART is that the Owner was ambivalent when we didn't accept his offer. We had words of disagreement, but my wife and I were never unprofessional with him. Later, he muttered under his breath that my wife was a bitch after I went back to my car to leave. We are pissed, shocked, angered, and disappointed that the Owner even escalated it to that point instead of simply honoring to take responsibility for his mistake for a long time customer just as he said he previously would. Called to order wings for office. One employee told me to order now so I could get them by 12 noon. Told her I would call in 5 minutes. Called in 5 minutes to place order. After I placed the order they told me I would have them by 10:45. I said that was too early and I was only calling now because your other employee said to call now for a noon delivery. Had to cancel order. After I canceled, they told me they will no longer take orders from us. That is not a very smart idea when you have an employe give the wrong information out but tell the customer to never call again.
