A couple of pieces of advice. 1. check out the menu before you go, there is a lot to choose from so it will make your visit more enjoyable. 2. Try the sauces!! I really like the Tex Mex sauce. 3. The level of service from him was impeccable, especially when I was pretty clear from the beginning that I was looking at quite a few different places. We ultimately chose somewhere else due to budget and we wanted a more "light and airy" vibe. Our server Lesley was fantastic the duration of our meal. The lobster queso was delicious and served with warm chips. The margaritas, White Russian and martini were perfectly crafted. All three of us enjoyed our main dishes. The citrus salmon with shrimp was cooked to perfection and the citrus glaze was awesome. My husband ordered the steak frites and he said it was delicious. My coworker ordered the pork chops meal and agreed that the food was outstanding. On my previous visit I hosted a large lunch for 17 coworkers and the staff at Firebirds handled our large group to perfection. I'm excited to take family and coworkers back to to the bar for happy hour. We loved all of our dining experiences here and we recommend this restaurant!

Second time around I had to walk up to server to place an order and ended up getting wrong beer multiple times on refills (how is getting the same refill a problem?). Our waiter could clearly see how distressed we were. Since we had already ordered the lobster bites appetizer, he kindly offered to move us to another table. We appreciated his effort and accepted. We finished the appetizer, but by then the evening was ruined, so we left and had dinner elsewhere. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of management involvement. Our waiter knew exactly what had happened and how upset we were, yet not once did a manager come to our table to apologize, ask if my husband was okay, or acknowledge that the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate for a fine dining restaurant.
