My nails are ruined now from the chipping and peeling. The owner is always rushed and overwhelmed. They need more people working. I have been 3 times and each time the service has gotten worse. Ive been a loyal customer at this family-owned salon for years, but after my recent visit around the holidays in 2024, I'm very disappointed. I booked an appointment days in advance, knowing they might be busy around Christmas time and arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but still had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to be serviced. Once I was seen, the technician rushed through my powder fill-in because I was the last customer and they were about to close. She commented and criticized my simple previous nail design, probably because though they didn't carry the powder brand a previous technician at another salon used. She only applied one coat of gel polish, which caused the design to chip within a week. And because she didn't properly shape my nails and push back my cuticles, I already need a fill-in (1+ week later) whereas my previous nails had 2-3 coats of gel polish and the powder dip lasted over 3 weeks. I felt the service was completely rushed and subpar, not up to the standard I've come to expect. When it was time to pay, I tried to use Venmo, but the app wasn't downloaded, so I offered a debit card. After the app downloaded, the owner insisted I use the card and seemed surprised, almost shocked that I offered a $10 tip for a $65 service. I had to repeat to her twice that I was only putting $10 on the car. She apologized for the wait shortly after, but that didn't matter to me, I made an appointment. Why take an appointment if I had to wait over 30 minutes? It was awkward being the last customer and rushed out the door, and the lack of acknowledgment for the poor service was off-putting. Despite the owner's kindness, offering something to drink every 10-15 minutes and a small lotion gift, they didn't offer a discount for making me wait or for the rushed job. Given the decline in service and the prices being overpriced, I won't be returning and will find another nail salon in the South Park area. read more

Update my review previously gave this place 4 stars and I still like the one person that I have been going to for over a year, but the manager and others lack skills and professionalism. It's not good when there is only one person that can do nails properly. This place is located in a mini shopping center with a decent amount of parking. When you enter you will be greeted. They will offer you a coke, Diet Coke, or water while you get your nails done. Staff are polite and friendly. I can only review no chip (gel) manicures. They don't chip and last the full two weeks. It's a quiet shop where you won't find tv's or large crowds. If you are looking to relax and have a peaceful setting this is your place. The pace seems to pick up on high light perk times weekends midday, or after work, etc. they have a large selection of nail polish no chip (gel) colors. Typically keep up with the newer colors for the no chip. They have plenty of magazines so if you want a good read you can get it here. The owner will come by and turn your pages for you as you get your nails done. If you get a mani and pedi they will have a person working on your nails while you get the pedi in the pedicure chair. They have a wider variety of basic polish. I don't do regular manicures, but it seems extensive in the seleHope this helps out make the best choice. read more

This is a good spot for a quick and inexpensive manicure but not the best for a good quality detailed manicure. Unfortunately there are few people working and too many customers so they tried to get you out as fastest as possible. Beware this place is not sanitized . I saw the one of the girls takes the nail files out of the garbage when I was the last client of the evening and she washes them in the sink and brought them out and obviously they reuse threm . I'm a repeat customer and it was obvious the nail file and buffer was dirty . Also the towel seems used as well that she used on me . The state board needs to be aware of this place this is infection and fungus junction . Unless you want fungus among us , I will not return again . The employees at this place are so nice! My daughter loves going for a pedicure so she can sit in their giant massage chairs. I get gel manicures done every couple of weeks or so and they hold up well. This place is clean and the environment is nice. It can be busy, so I would suggest that you call and make an appointment or you might have to wait a while. read more

I am so disappointed with such a simple service - pedicure and French manicure polish. It was the worst ever!! I could have had a toddler polish my toes better. I went on Thursday and today is Saturday and the white has peeled off a few of my toes. The service was $35. I will never go back and will remember to share my experience with others! read more

I'm not sure why there are such negative reviews maybe some folks don't get their nails done often. I've been going here about every 2 weeks for 7 years now and never had a problem. The salon is always clean and orderly and the girls will go over and beyond for everyone. They always have the latest colors in stock and Tracey is fantastic at nail art. Anna, the owner, recently remodeled the entire place and added comfy new massage chairs. Staff was nice, pedicure was horrible. My 7yr old son could have done a better job in applying the nail polish. I asked for the "deluxe" pedicure which has zero callus removal and just a quick nail cleanup and calf scrub. I had them do french color and the white was uneven on both feet and the white nail polish was all over the place! All over the skin around my toes and they didn't even bother to clean it up like everywhere else I have gone to. It seriously looked like a little kid did it. Another downfall is no tipping on cc so cash/check only. The only thing this place has going for it is the location and the nice staff but the quality of work is terrible. read more

I called to get the price of a full set of nails they said $35, So I go there & I asked again got the same answer. I go to pay after my nails & she says $70!!! I was in shock, I asked her for what? she said $25 for gel & $10 for the design, I said wow you guys should tell your customers during the process how much it is!! They don't speak good English so she probably didn't understand what I was saying. It's a good thing I had that money , but very disappointed!! So my advice to anyone who goes there to ask ahead of time. When they ask do you want gel ask how much ? Plus If you get a design on your nails ask how much? One of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. The staff was disorganized and my technician seemed distracted throughout my treatment. The color on my nails is inconsistent and she did not clean up the polish around my cuticles. When I addressed her about the color inconsistency she apologized, but did not offer any remedy or discount. Unfortunately for me I got Shellac so now I'm stuck with this for two weeks. Really friendly and hardworking staff, lots of polish colors to choose from (they mostly carry OPI and Essie, but also carry shades from Orly, China Glaze, CND, etc.), a solid variety of magazines to read, and complimentary water/soda. We had an appointment and waited 30 minutes before we were seen. There were 2 of us and the appointment was for two manicure and pedicure. However we only had one person working on both of us and instead of a full manicure they simply did gels then hustled us to pedicure chairs where they were up and down the entire time. Overall we were there and hour and a half for rushed services that took 30 min total. I can understand the delay if we were walk-ins but we had appointments. The manicure and pedicure were also not great. I would not recommend. read more

Went with my mom and niece to have a manicure and pedicure done on Saturday before my daughters wedding on Sunday..... costing to the tune of $80 for mine. During the pedicure's my mom and I received about a 25 minute pedicure after three different ladies took turns working on everyone in the place. (guessing they were short staffed, not sure) and my niece maybe a 10 minute pedicure, which she did not get the same treatment. We were there for three hours. On Monday two ofmy gel french manicure fingernails and toenails were already pealing. The staff seem rushed. I will never go back to this place. read more
