The staff is professional and you feel like (in all the good ways) that you're dealing with a family-run facility where they care about customer service. Curtis, the manager, runs a great ship. 2. The facility itself is unique if you take a moment to take a look at the building. The old school human-operated commercial elevator is great and there have always been carts available when we needed one. 3. The unit itself was clean and easy to access, we never had any issues getting in or out and there were no weird/odd/hard-to-place "storagey" odors that I've experienced in other facilites. The facility is super-duper clean, too. 4. Parking. Always able to get a spot and unload/reload easily. Woo! As for the hours, they may be shorter than other companies and that requires some planning from customers. Not a big deal, it's ok, just plan ahead. The kicker here is that they make you come into the office when you fill out paperwork online, disregard the pin/security code you create, and issue a new one. Also made me buy a disc lock from them because they need to be able to get into the unit if the fire department wants to inspect it(?)? SUSPECT. The lock quality is crap, the key broke off in the chamber rendering the whole thing useless. They also charge you $100 if you are late getting out of the property. I walked out on time, ran back for 30 seconds to punch out of the gate (a requirement) and made it back to the gate before it closed...$100 charge. And they tried to restrict me to no more than 30 minutes within my own unit. Steer clear of this place. Also, they advertise alarmed individual units...they aren't wired that way. Additionally I was told that I shouldn't change my shirt while there because it could lead to "other things" - whatever that means. The employee told me that he didn't want people asking questions...also whatever that means.
