I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. From day one, I said that I needed to make my payments on the 15th, when I get paid. Every month for over a year on the 6th-8th I start getting calls and emails that I'm late and, more importantly, every month I get charged over $100 in late fees. They also charged a large annual increase (about $50) without any notice that is non-negotiable. All for units that are full of vermin. Both of my units are overrun with mice/rats. Literally half of what I'm paying to store will have to be thrown out because of vermin damage. If I had an extra $1,000 to hire people and a truck to move my items to a different, better facility I would. I have another larger unit in a different location and haven't had any problems with them. Extra Space doesn't work with you financially because they don't have to; they know they have you over a barrel. Warning: do not rent here!!! The people are great, but once you store your things, you're stuck.

I had to send the movers to a different drop off point so that I didn't have to pay them to wait for someone at CubeSmart to show up. This made an already stressful move even more stressful.

I have no idea what chemical was used on them. To top it off, the windshield still showed the outline of the wipers after they claimed to have cleaned the glass. This experience fell far short of any professional detailing standard. If you care about your car, you're likely better off going to Flagship or another reputable service that understands proper care--especially for high-end vehicles.
