Here i go again. I am getting no where with my complaint.. Salesman gave me a quote of $ 234.00 and the owner charged me $ 496.00. He didn't care that the salesman admitted it right in front of us. First, I wanted to get my windows tinted for a few years, but didn't want to spend the money I was quoted by a few places, so, after I went to Extreme Audio to inquire about an alarm, I saw they did the windows too.... They were a hundred fifty+ less expensive than my other quotes, plus, the tint film they use offered great UV protection (which keeps the heat out), and I was totally stoked when I discovered how much COOLER the car was with their tint on the windows. Hot sun all day, with a sun shade in the windshield, and the water in the car is still COOL, after 8 hours!!! The alarm, which was the basic alarm, (I wished I had gone for the remote starter, for a few bucks more....) was installed in exactly the time they said it would be, but the windows, much faster than expected, on a separate day, so I have to say, I am EXTREME LEEEEE satisfied with both the services.... THE BEST part...??? An alarm system/lock/unlock, and awesome windows tint for 400 and change ....! (I mean REALLY....??? Peace of Mind, a super loud ALARM, blue light alarm indicator, with a FREEKIN' MILE-esq range on the alarm remote....Installed, for 200$$$.......??? Some spend that on nothing, in a weekend.... This was some of the BEST $$$$ I have spent !!!) Perhaps after I start working again, I will upgrade to the remote start.....(and part of the amount that I paid was because they had to unwire, and remove, an old alarm system, "pre-me".) I have returned twice to have them look at the alarm, once for nothing other than I was clueless, and today, because I managed to somehow manhandle the remote and set it in Valet mode...... both times, the guys were pleasant, and the attention was free... I called up Pete and Rob because I needed to change one of my ballasts for my HID fog light . They were very helpful . We set up and appointment and Rob took very good care of me . Had a remote car starter installed here. I was quoted $300 on two different phone calls, once when my husband scheduled the appointment and then again when I called to confirm said appointment. When I went to pay was told it would be $350 because I had a push button start feature. Wouldn't that be an important question to ask the buyer when quoting a price (I certainly wouldn't know there was a difference in price). Okay, so whatever, paid the extra. The owner who collected my fee was quite nice. However, I would like to encourage him to see things from the customer's perspective on the following issues: 1. When I dropped my car off I asked that I be called when it was complete (I had taken the morning off of work). After an 1.5 hours I was dropped off to see my car sitting in the lot finished. No phone call notifying me. 2. When I went in to pay, the owner was on the phone reviewing with, who I assume was his bank on speaker phone, his debt exeeding $12,000--ITEMIZED. This process was extremely arduous as I stood there. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a minute". And geeze this process went on and on with corrected calculations. 3. Okay so I finally speak to the owner to get my car, and yep the phone rang. Someone wanted a quote. He proceeded to get ALL the information from this customer while I stood there. Owner, I'd recommend you help the customer you have and put the other guy on hold. Bad manners there. 4. Finally, as above, the quote. I'm a supporter of local businesses, but there's a responsiblity on their end too to be successful. read more

Well after a few minor issues that were fixed as soon as I brought it to Rob and Sean's attention I've got to say that these guys are not a bad crew at all. I've been dealing with them for a little while and at first I was skeptical but after all was said and done these guys always did me right. Sean had actually when my LED Fogs were installed there was a minor wiring harness issue which Sean knew exactly what to do and that was changing the ground wire which was done is just minutes and ever since u have not had an issue. Rob the owner is a good guy, he's been good to me and has hooked me up in a few different ways so if your looking for some good warrantied work at a good price then Extreme Audio and Performance is where you want to go. Mark and Rob were super cool. They hooked it up tight with no issues. Rob talked me through what I needed within my budget and I made out really nicely. Stereo sounds as good as it can within my funds, and it's a quality neighborhood to be in. I stopped in with my Mustang to ask about upgrading my sound system. Rob came out and took a look and changed some settings on the head unit. The system sounds great now! He helped me out instead of trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He didn't even charge for the 15-20 minutes of his time. To me that shows lots of integrity so when I decided to add headrest DVD units in my truck of course I went to Rob. They were ordered on the spot and installed just a few days later. I have 2 kids so having them entertainment on long trips really helps. I will definitely go back if I need anything done. read more

Quality service with a smile. I firstly got my windows tinted with them and the fact that they took the windows out to perfectly install the tint made me feel that the dedication is shown. One month later the quality is still showing. I see NO air bubbles with the tint. Now i am coming back to have a bluetooth radio install (KDC-X300) which they went to my car with me and told me face to face that this is the specific radio for my vehicle. I had lost my remote to my remote starter and thought I would have to buy a new system because I didn't know who made it but these guys were able to find a remote to start the car and unlock the door. With at least a hundred different starting systems out there I thought I was out of luck. This could only have been done by someone with years of experience. Very impressive. So I needed a new stereo installed in my car and at first I tried Best Buy. They weren't helpful at all and basically just didn't know what they were doing. I ended up buying a system from them because they told me it had all the parts I needed even though it didn't. Best Buy's installation service also wasn't even available, which made me feel like I wasted my time and money....So I called up Extreme Audio and Performance and talked to Rob. After a couple minutes he told me that if I brought the system in, he could have it installed in an hour and it would cost 100$. I took his word, and that's exactly what happened. It was a really nice atmosphere and I enjoyed talking to the people working there. The store looked nice and had a comfortable waiting room. My father set an appointment up for me to get a starter put on my 2010 Nissan Altima. They were super fast. I was there less than an hour. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than my appointment and they took me right in. I was very pleased to find out that I didn't need a second remote for the starter. They hooked the system right to my regular remote to get in and out of my car. Rob was great...very polite and honest. I accidentally threw my credit card in their garbage and he looked through it for me when I called the next day and asked about it. I would recommend them to anyone. read more
