Wish we'd found this place earlier. We stopped here on our last day at Broadway at the Beach because it was convenient and we hadn't previously tried it -- but instantly wished we'd eaten here several times! Certainly among the most economical places in the neighborhood. And the craft pizza options were highly varied and very creative. When our individual pizzas came out, they were dee-lish. I had the pork BBQ one, can't remember the special name of it, but if you see pork BBQ on the menu, that's the one. Sometimes pizza places can be slow but they do a smart thing here in offering all pizzas in individual size. That enables them to be cooked more rapidly which means less time waiting for food and more time enjoying nearby attractions. There's a bridge close by that spans a piece of water that is writhing with giant carp. Giant dead-eyed carp, rolling over each other, sucker mouths gaping and gasping, needing, wanting whatever crap you toss down to them. Really, except for our bipedalism and a few other distinguishing human features, how is anyone walking around Broadway At The Beach different than one of these giant carp? I'm living my best giant carp life. Extreme Pizza was "invented by people who sail from kites, who snowboarded before there were snowboards, and who learned to always color outside the lines." I'm not sure who that is supposed to appeal to, but only people my age can afford to eat here and we are the type of people who flew planes, not kites, considered snowboarding before there were snowboards, falling down a hill and not on purpose, coloring outside the lines, the quickest way to being fired for being an insubordinate dumbass. Yeah, generational gaps and all of that. The personal Railroad Grade pizza I ordered was exquisite though in composition and taste. Piping hot, sturdy toppings, and a delicate, delicious crust made my giant carp mouth water with happiness. That is when I received it. Another server took my order according to our server and served it to another table. That damned coloring outside of the lines stuff, I guess. Then our server wandered off and I went to the bar for another Stella at 6:57 because there were only 3 minutes left in Happy Hour. That's me coloring outside of the lines--hey, it works! Plus, my pizza and one of my beers was comped. Kind of a Yelp bribe, I think. Because my generation doesn't mind excess for the sake of excess, we all downed Cotton Candy shots which looked like Pepto Bismal but actually were really tasty--as something should be that is so embarrassingly unnecessary in your life that all you can do is shrug sheepishly. Huge restaurant with outdoor seating. Service was good, and food was better than expected. Ordered a mix of garlic parm wings and sweet bbq, and they were delicious. The pizza menu did not excite me as I am a pizza purist and a margherita or grandma pizza pie are what normally rocks my world, neither of which was on the menu. That being said, we tried the boar'der pizza and shredder pizza. Both were good. The shredder pizza was spicy bc of the jalapeños, but if you are ok with those peppers, you should be fine. My only complaint is that they put a bit too much cheese. I got a pepperoni pie for the littles and it was a bit of a cheese bomb, especially in the middle, but they ate it with minimal complaining. A 6 and 4 year old shared an individual pie with no problem and had 3 wings each. The adults also had individual sized pies with 3 wings each and it was enough to be stuffed. I would say that if we did not have wings we may have had room for dessert. Decent food. Reservations are recommended, but we did get it without a reservation for a party of four, just had to wait about 20 min, which may have had to do with our desire to eat outside. I initially chose this place because I was beyond hungry and it was right in front of me, I was very pleased that I stopped. I have never heard of Extreme Pizza so I decided to stick with my usual preference of ordering a basic cheese pizza. They do serve personal size pizza's which I thought would be the perfect size for my appetite. I also found they had a Caesar salad on the menu and since I typically like to have a salad as a starter I ordered one of those as well. I wasn't expecting such a large salad, the did provide plenty of dressing, fresh cheese and those light and crispy croutons, which always compliment any salad. The personal size pizza was literally the perfect size to cure the HANGRY in me. The crust was cooked very well, it had a slight crunch to it. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce, it had a hint of spice to it and the crushed red pepper made it just right. On February 24, 2019 at approximately 1830 hours Justin K., Zack K., and I, Dante G., responded to the Extreme Pizza located at 1310 Celebrity Circle, which is in the jurisdiction of the city of Myrtle Beach, county of Horry, and state of South Carolina, in reference to a suspicious package. Upon arrival, we entered through the double doors. Due to the lighting and building design, a certain which side of the building. The door is located about 15 yards from the building corner facing an internal corridor. We were met by a female, identified as Amy, who sat us and engaged us in conversation. The interview can be summarized as follows. Amy discussed the Happy Hour specials and gave us a few moments to inspect the menu. She offered two dollar Bud Lights or Juenglings, all other beers being three dollars. We politely declined and continued to peruse the menu. We also discussed Justin K.'s recent departure from a low country monastery. Justin K. ordered a chicken parm. Zack K. ordered a meatball sub. I chose a Wham, Bam, Thank You Mammoth indee. That took approximately 5 minutes to do. I ordered their personal pain Pandora's box pizza. Which included spinach,artichoke and I believe feta cheese. When I arrived to pick up my food it was ready. Our waitress Zorista was the best. The food was even good. The wings are worth it. However, the stares of discomfort and disgust were also prevalent. As we ate our food we can feel the eyes bearing down on us. Made a complaint about the "happy hour" drink not seeming like a Happy Hour drink and from there the service was reduced to self serve. Visited this restaurant during COVID and we went early for dinner. There was no one. Felt pretty save. They have sanitizer on the floor so you can constantly clean your hands. We were happy that we hit the happy hour. Buffalo wings were good, not too spicy. Sweet potato fries where big. I love that because inside is soft and hot. We ordered the Paia Pie which is actually the Hawaiian plus mandarin orange. We were not sure about the combination but a actually it tastes very good. My kids loves this pizza because it was thin and the cheese was stringy. My kid had this Mac and Cheese which we thought it came from those instant box and may be it can be better. Let me just say - this was such a lovely place to rest after a few hours in Wonderworks. The weather was beautiful and perfect for sitting out on their deck. We ordered pizza, drinks and fries. Everything was delicious. The create-your-own pizza with Canadian bacon and mushrooms was awesome!! The BBQ pizza wasn't as great as their was too much sauce and toppings, but I made it through. The strawberry creamsicle drink I got really hit the spot! The ice-cold, creamy strawberry goodness really made by day. Ok, The pizza was fine. I got mine to go but the problem I had was that none of the servers( ok, there was one guy), host, or anyone else working out front, were wearing masks properly or wwearing them at all. The majority of them (ones who actually possessed a mask)had the mask below their chin. I mentioned this to the host,(his mask was just dangling from his chin) and he rolled his eyes, shook his head and walked away. With the number of covid cases sky rocketing in MB,I would think this would be more of a priority for businesses. I really don't think the pizza here is so great that it's worth risking your life or your families' life over. Located at Broadway at the beach. Nice atmosphere, we sat at the bar but I bet out back would of been nice as well. They had an area out on the boardwalk. My boyfriend and I both ordered Vegan pizzas from the "Veggin Out" section of the menu. I got Pandoras Box with out feta and sub vegan cheese (no butter) and Andrew got the Baja 1000 sub vegan cheese (no butter). They bartender asked if we were allergic and we told him no, just vegan. The pizzas looked amazing when they arrived, about half way through my first slice I realized they had in fact put feta on my pizza. I instantly felt sick to my stomach and was no longer hungry. I give them 3 starts because Andrew's pizza was really good and made correctly. I am disappointed that I ate feta, after realizing it's taste I could in fact see the melted crumbles. I did not ask for a remake, on the receipt I could see the server did in fact ask for no feta. This was a mistake from the kitchen.
