I have driven by this place for years and never really thought about them when lunch time rolls around. Today I was looking for something different than the usual fare in this area and remembered them. I ordered a small pizza on line and had a request that wasn't an option - they made as requested and I've gotta say it was damn good I wish it had more of the toppings I requested , some of my slices didn't have any toppings (hence the 4 star) Restaurant was extremely clean, the neighborhood though isn't great. I'll definitely eat here again and more often. The menu is pretty varied and offers lots of options. read more

My friend ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta and Cheesy Garlic Bread from here on 2/18. The chicken Alfredo was so bland, watered down and gross. The chicken was hard. Even after adding salt and pepper the watered down, disgusting Alfredo sauce was just gross. I wouldn't feed this to my dog even if I could. The cheesy garlic bread was good! Going to make my own Alfredo. Would be happy if they have a GC for the amount of the chicken Alfredo that I can use for cheesy garlic bread to make up for this awful meal. read more

Visiting family and no one felt like cooking. Enter the slice app! We ordered 3 pizzas in medium and they were huge! Good thing we didn't order the larges. What a beautiful day for some Italian food. My sister and I stopped by Roma"s today. We walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman. The restaurant was nice and clean. The air was fresh! The aroma of spices filled the air. I had the Lasagna, it was very good. My Sister had the trio special. The food was outstanding as well as the service. I had fried Artichokes that were so goooood, I over stuffed myself. The salad was nice and freshly cut! The Italian rolls were perfect. This place should be very busy. Beautiful place to dine. WORST PIZZA AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pepperoni pizza was delivered half cooked with so much cheese that it was a doughy melted mess. I had to recut the slices through all the cheese and try to recook the pizza in my oven. The cheese was so overwhelming that my kids were choking on it and had to eat something else. I ordered through Slice who tried to issue a refund, but the restaurant refused. Literally $30 in the trash. I will never order from this place again. read more

This has happened to me twice in the last six weeks ; update your website more frequently. Pizza was raw Pineapple wasn't screened properly so when we dug in, water started dripping off the pizza. Maybe 2 hours later my considerable other got stomach cramps and soon thereafter got the runs. Great day to end our first date. read more

Crust was good. Italian sausage was good. However, barely any marinara sauce on the pizza. Charge $1.25/$1.50 for extra toppings, but barely had any toppings on it. Didn't like that. Too doughy; I had to put back in my oven to crisp up. Probably won't go back. I'll try somewhere else. read more

We are visiting from out of town, and we're looking for the best pizza around us. As soon as we walked in this restaurant, we could tell this was a winner. We were greeted very cheerfully by both the owner and Ahmad, the chef. My wife and I shared a small Hawaiian pizza, which has lots of cheese, pineapple, and Canadian bacon. Very yummy! Such a fab pizza place. I had the large supreme and the Margarita pizza. Crust was perfect and sauce , toppings were so yummy. You could smell the fresh basil as they set it at our table. We had warm large yummy cookies for dessert. One easily feeds 2! Great seating and large screen tv. Very clean and comfortable inside and a plus is it is family run. They deliver with a minimum order and can handle large catering orders. They make their own homemade falafel and hummus that is out of this world. First and foremost, like they say, don't judge a book by its cover. With that said, don't let the location or the surroundings blocks scare you. Doll friend and I walk in and are greeted by what seems to be the owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, and patient. I usually go to Dominoes or Pizza Hut, but I'm sure glad we find this location with Yelp's help. For I have found my NEW favorite pizza. The amount of sauce they use is perfect and the veggies they use are fresh. The wait wasn't long at all. The pizza was cooked to perfection. We found Roma through Yelp and took advantage of ordering via yelp (delivery). I loved the variety in the menu. What initially started as wanting pizza became spaghetti and meat sauce, pizza for the kids and lasagna. Ordering via yelp was easy and the delivery eta was set for 8:05. Delivery came earlier (7:45pm) and the driver was nice. Given that we are new to the area, I'm glad we went with Roma!! read more

One of the first places I ordered from when I moved to Dallas. I have yet to try pizza from anywhere else because I love Roma's that much! Their cheese is top top notch and I can't help but order their Buffalo Chicken Pizza every time, the mushrooms that comes with it is a perfect touch. Wings at A+ as well with a great buffalo flavor. I can't give this place more of a recommendation and always order it when I have friends over for a get together! DO IT! read more

Tried calling in but got hung up on 3x's.. so we ordered online. Ordered Large 2 topping pizza, 8 pieces of wings, Greek Salad, Fried Ravioli and Fried Cheese Sticks. Upon arrival, wasn't even greeted or acknowledged. When asked if order was ready, the other cook promptly threw in the wings in the fryer... 3 mins later, viola they were ready! Would have preferred it to be a little more crispy but that what u get when u throw in pre-cooked wings. When I asked for plates, forks and napkins. The guy said forks were included. He told me, "since I ordered thru grub hub they don't provide any extra. Plus the "customer" didn't ask for it!" I told him I ordered online thru their link.. I told him I was the customer who ordered but it didn't matter. So not tip for you! If u don't want to have Online/Grub Hub orders, don't advertise thru the hub and pick up your phone! The pizza is good but do NOT order thru Yelp. I did not get my 10% off for ordering thru Yelp and GrubHub did not show up for delivery. I still paid for delivery because i paid via mobile. The owner of Romas says he called GrubHub and they never showed up. He called again and I'm supposed to receive a call from Grubhub... I'm not terribly hopeful. I ordered 2 medium pizzas , Medatarian salad & mozzarella sicks , cost around $60 - so pretty pricy but pizza was really good , i was disappointed with the mozzarella sticks bc they did not taste homemade & for $8.74 i expected more & same with the salad it was under whelming & small for almost $9 - next time i will stick to only pizza. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star . The guy that answers the phone is a jack ass . I called today and he was so short he said that there were no specials . The man is so rude his customer services skills suck to the point that the place speaks for it self it's surrounded by trashy strip clubs near royal and Harry Hines . The food is way more expensive than what it's worth the only reason I order from them Is because they are the only people near my parents home that sell beef pepporine pizza . This place is good . But I guess you can get better. What made me choose this place was their fried raviolis. They were good but nothing to really say WOW... plus it took a while to get it to us when we were down the street. My husband would have driven but we were so tired, driving from California is exhausting. But with these hole in the walls it's a hit or miss and this was right in the middle where it was not bad but it wasn't too good either and it's good if your hungry and you don't know the area. read more

WORST restaurant ever!!!! 1. Ordered a meat ball spaghetti and it was worse than what you can get from a school cafeteria. I am sure that it had been already pre made and frozen, because the cheese was old and the food itself was cold. Not to mention the pasta was stale and overcooked. Meatball was definitely frozen meatball from a store and the tomato sauce is just bland canned tomato. It comes with a sorry ass roll with fake butter - the roll reminded me of the cheap one from airline food. 2. Roma supreme pizza was also very meh. Given that the price itself was cheap, the taste and quality of the food was disappointing. Didn't expect too much that they'd make their own dough, which they did use one of those frozen dough. They should've baked the pizza with higher temperature, because the center of pizza was undercooked and soggy. So far they earned one star from me due to their low price. We recently moved here from California, so every restaurant we try is a first-time experience for us -- and Sean set the bar incredibly high. From the moment we sat down, he ensured that we were taken care of with a level of attentiveness and professionalism that is genuinely rare to find. Sean knows the menu inside and out -- from cocktails to entrées -- and every recommendation he made was spot on. We trusted his guidance completely, and he did not let us down. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, he never missed a beat. He checked on us consistently without ever being intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and made our date night feel truly special. We usually aren't the type to leave reviews, but this one felt absolutely well-deserved. While the entire staff was kind, Sean is absolutely an asset to Pizzana. His knowledge, energy, and impeccable service transformed our first visit into one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. He is the kind of server who makes you look forward to returning -- and we definitely will be back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Sean. He is definitely a rockstar.

This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. One of the owners told me he has been eating that pizza twice a week for almost 50 years!

Our server, Emma, took excellent care of us and explained their authentic pizza style: a thin, crunchy crust with a perfectly chewy inside. I'm giving this a solid 4 stars instead of 5 simply because while everything was very good, nothing quite wowed me enough to push it into "must-have, can't-stop-thinking-about-it" territory. Still, it's a great spot with good food, good service, and a worthwhile Happy Hour.
