I have been coming her for almost two years now. I have referred many people. They show no loyalty. My normal girl left about 6 months ago and I have been bouncing around trying to find someone new. They do offer if you notice lashes falling out within 48 hours, they will fill for free, but I've had to use this service now about 7 times. I'm sick and tired of having to come back in a day later to make my lashes right. I've also had to sit and wait 20-30 min before in their dirty lobby because someone is late. This is where I lose it. Currently I had an apt scheduled for 4:35pm. It's now 5:01pm and I am still sitting here. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be looking elsewhere to get my lashes done moving forward. Long story short... if you decide to come here, research your artist. They don't have customer level at point where their prices are. They will push You to tip them. Don't use Groupone. I was asked to pay $40 more for the same set of eyelashes. This place is not kid friendly. I got my eyelashes done by Andrea. I showed her pic of what I was looking for. Her work didn't looked like what I initially wanted but she did a good job. I was happy with the result. She mentioned that I can come back for additional fillings, to repair lashes that falls out. I did came back and left with bloody eye. I did send her friendly tone message asking her what could be done as more lashes came out. 2 days later no response, no interest dealing with a client whatsoever. The bloody eye was a chemical burn caused by the glue. I hardly write bad reviews but this attitude is to me a sign of lack of professionalism. Beware of going to this salon for treatments - went for eyelash extensions and was coughed on by the technician throughout the entire session. She seemed to be the only person in the building so there was no one to relieve her. I couldn't wait to leave. These lashes looked nothing like the reference photo I showed the lash tech. I told her they were too long when she showed them to me and she removed some of them at the end. I even told her in the beginning I didn't want "droopy" lashes and surprise - super droopy. Even though she took the ends off, unfortunately they were way WAY too full compared to the photo I showed her and looked nothing like the picture. I have really bad anxiety when It comes to speaking up in person and left and honestly shouldn't have. Once I came home and saw how bad they looked I had to call and attempt to get ANY type of refund back. I'm upset I paid $150 for this when I just came home and ended up ripping them out anyway. I would have come back to have them remove them but I had a dinner reservation for my fiancé's sister's birthday and an early flight to TX the next day so I didn't really have any other choice. I offered to show them photos before and after I ripped them out to prove I was not trying to pull anything because I could not make it there myself. But they refused to give me any kind of discount at all and ended up only returning my tip. The whole experience wasn't great and the lash tech barely listened to what I wanted in the beginning so I guess I should have known. Complete waste of $150. read more

I wrote a review two weeks ago, the day after I left eye candy lash & brow. The owner responded to my review not taking any credit for the work they had done to me, and not recognizing that it was bad. They even blamed my mom for taking me there, and me for not saying hello to the woman at the front desk as if that would justify butchered eyebrows. I had dental work done the day before and it was painful for me to talk. I was still very polite and was able to articulate what i went in there for that day. To quickly recap, I told them I wanted to shape my brows and fill them in naturally. So I could still go about my 4/7 days of the week makeup free as usual and not look like I had full makeup on my brows. The woman gave me a consultation in which she drew a new outline over my existing brow and told me she was "cleaning up my messy stray hairs toward my eyelid". When I looked in the mirror- half my left eyebrow was missing and I freaked out. I asked her why she shaved off half my eyebrow and she told me it was because my original shape made my face look sad. I was not happy. At this point she reminded me "it wasn't too late" since she had not started the microblading and showed me photos on her phone of before and after photos similar to mine. I didn't feel like I had much of a choice but to continue on with the service since otherwise I'd walk out with a missing eyebrow. The owner responded to my last review of photos of my brows before and after. I'd like to update them with what they look like today, two weeks later. The exact fears I had explained to her and was assured by her would not happen, look worse than I had originally imagined. I am not the type of person who takes pleasure in writing bad reviews. But I feel an obligation to write this in the hopes it stops someone else from going through what I did. Very happy with my results. I used groupon and had to pay an additional 25 on top of my groupon, but thats okay! I always get my lashes done but my lash tech is still closed due to COVID, so, I came here instead. My eyes didn't burn at all and the tech was very gentle! My nurse Somaly did my botox on my G line,masseter , did filler on my naso line,and eyebags. I was informed of the procedure and after so I know how to take care the post procedure when Im home. I hate writing bad reviews but I hope this can help them in the future to pay more attention to what service the customer is requesting.. This was my first time coming here and will most likely be my last. I had requested very classy cat eye looking lashes and showed Tyler a pic/video of prior lash extensions I had gotten that were exactly what I wanted (PICTURE 1 IS WHAT I WANTED). When I saw how my lashes looked it was nothing compared to what I had asked for since they were 1000% much fuller and not cat eye at all as you can see in picture 2 they are all the same length (PICTURE 2 IS WHAT I GOT). I have my moms bday dinner tomorrow so it just sucks that I paid $125 (plus $10 tip because I could tell he felt bad lol) only to get home and take the lashes all off.
