OH MY GAWD if this isn't your grandma's soul kitchen ! Wow wow wow , yall this food is absolutely delicious!!! After seeing their food pop up on my Instagram , I decided to click on their page and saw they were local and turned my car around instantly lol. You place your order on their website for pickup or delivery . I chose pick up and they give you an estimated time. I received a text when my order was done and as soon as I say back in my car, I opened the bag of yumminess. The oxtails were some of the best I've ever had! My Afro bowl had a sweet honey cornbread base and then they placed the sides on top . I had Mac n cheese , Rasta pasta and sweet plaintains = 10/10 good ! I then got my hubby the lamb chops and oxtail combo with rice and it was amazing as well. Their location is close to the citrus bowl and their website is easy to order from . Ambiance is a bit on the blah side as it's located in an old warehouse style building between caping world stadium and John young parkway. But hey , the food makes up for it ! Definitely found my new soul food spot .

This place is in ghost kitchen with other restaurants there. So basically a pick up your food spot not sitting and eating. Purchased the jerk chicken entree with sides of rice and Rasta pasta. The jerk chicken was blackened beautifully and the taste was awesome too! The jerk chicken spices were marinated in the chicken unlike other places where they provide a spicy bbq mix with jerk seasoning. The Rasta pasta was another awesome addition. Yes spicy , but not overpowering. I did wish it was more saucy but that's just a texture thing because the taste was there! The rice with cilantro was awesome the grain of rice is jasmine- which I love. The only thing is I wish they included some form of sauce/gravy with the rice. I don't know the ethnicity of the owner however the fusion of Jamaican , Haitian and soul food is wonderful. The portion to price ratio works.

The food is amazing!! This place is located inside of a food hall with tons of options to choose from, so it's no seating. All orders are placed for pick up/to-go. Many food options on the menu for EZ eats, though. I had the Mac and cheese with Oxtails and wow! The don't skimp on the gravy either for the my oxtail lovers! Check them out on either their website or third party delivery apps. (Uber eats, door dash, etc.)

This is a takeout restaurant that is housed in a ghost kitchen with multiple other businesses. Ordering was easy via the kiosk and took about 30 mins for the food to come. I got the honey jerk lamb chops with mac and cheese and seasoned broccoli. The sauce was tasty but the chops could have been a bit more tender and marinated. The broccoli had spice but wasnt flavorful. The mac and cheese was fine. I added passion fruit bbq chicken to my order and it was mainly cut up dark meat that had a decent flavor. I wasn't overly impressed with my meal but would return to try something else. This restaurant has a lot of potential!

I ordered a delivery of the jerk chicken entree with green beans and rasta pasta. the jerk chicken was the star of the show. It was crispy and flavorful af! The green beans required alot of chewing so I wasn't a fan. The rasta pasta was okay. I ripped the chicken apart and added it to the pasta which made it better. I'll order more in future because I know this place has great food! I used to buy from the chef when we lived back in Lawn Guyland, NY. Tonight was just an off day for someone behind the stove.

This is my second time trying EZ Eats, and I have to say, I'm always impressed. The bagel for the bacon, egg, and cheese was incredibly soft and delicate, and everything was perfectly seasoned--no need for ketchup or mayo. The chef is from New York, which makes sense because this is hands down the best BEC I've had in Orlando!

The food is good ,the service is quick and the area is nice and quiet . I come here anytime I don't know what I want to eat and this never upset.

Food Made With Love…read more I'm visiting from out the state and the only food I desired was southern cooking. There were a few choices on Yelp and Google but I selected P&D. The first letter of the husband an wife names. My expectations were high, and they should have been based on the reviews. This is not a standalone location as the are other businesses within the same building. You won't see P&D on the exterior signage but you will see "Soul Food Kitchen" A la carte buffet style food served. I like this so I could see what I'm ordering. Which is way I should have not purchased the Mac&cheese. Macaroni noodles and shredded cheese melted within. A serious faux pas for macaroni and cheese. I observed how many customers appeared to be regulars, and several people were ordering additional food to take home. I ordered two full meals. The main dishes are served with cornbread dressing on the savory side or rice. One suggestion for P&D would be to offer a brown gravy option alongside that is not meat-based specifically for the dressing. The highlights for me were the yams, fried fish, and pork chop and red velvet cake. Those dishes were well seasoned & well-prepared. Without being critical of the other side dishes this is what I would say: Sharing a few side dishes with your group before committing to larger portions. If you're a singleton stick to yellow rice, yams, and beans. While some food choices did not meet my palate, I can understand why this place has a loyal following. The welcoming familial atmosphere, location, and comfort food are sometimes the basics of what people need to get through the day. Service: 5 stars Food portions: 5 stars Food presentation: 4 stars Parking: 5 stars Returning?: Unlikely "When food is made with love, it's hard to critique the heart."

I've been wondering for a while where to get some good stick to your ribs so food, so when my wife told us that Nikki's Place reached out to her to come try some authentic soul food, I had to join her. So we ordered.. smothered pork chops, fried catfish and shrimp, lemon butter chicken wings, red rice, Collard greens, Lima beans, black eyed peas, cornbread, candied yams, mac and cheese, and some onion fries.. with some sweet tea. I want to tell you, every bite I took had me closing my eyes and smiling. My only complaint was the lima beans were a little bit salty, but when I ate it with everything else it didn't really matter. The lemon butter fried chicken wings were absolutely amazing. I have not tasted anything like that in my life. You can't go there and not get them. You need these wings. I'd also like to say that all the sides are meat-free , so vegetarians come get some . We ate till we were full, and we had enough to take home as well. We took an order of bread pudding home for dessert and that was absolutely delicious too. Overall absolutely great food. The staff took care of us very well. Highly recommended!
