If you're accustomed to a good dhalpuri or buss up shut, this one might leave you wanting a little more. It wasn't bad, but it lacked that soft, delicate, flaky texture. The filling was carrying the meal more than the roti did. Overall though, I appreciated finally finding a place in Florida serving Trini food that actually tastes like somebody put some love into it.
