Unfortunately rice was not crispy and the vegetables were too hard. Potion was pretty good and flavor was decent.

Was walking in the area after a show and saw this spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small restaurant very simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were only two ladies sitting inside and they said the food was delicious. I was not very hungry but thought I would order something small. They did not have the arepas that were displayed in the menu outside. So I saw they had paella burrito and have received some special recognition for their innovation in creating this. Well... I love paellas so naturally I had to try it. I took it to go and ate it at home. It was delicious and extremely feeling. I had to split it with someone else. I would definitely return and have a full paella. The prices were reasonable. I also like the fusion of two different cuisines. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars was the host was not very friendly. While we were waiting for the food he didn't welcome us to sit didn't offer water despite seeing my guest was thirsty. Simple things that make you want to stay longer. Besides that the food was great.

came for a casual quick dinner since it was in the area. we were seated immediately and our server was incredibly kind we started with the potatoes and arepas, they were both pretty good! the potatoes were covered in a spicy red sauce that made it super flavorful. arepas were also good and there was one spicy one not so spicy the paella was a bit bland to be honest - but we asked for it spicy and got a side spicy sauce which made it taste good. honestly a very healthy meal if you dont want to cook and are looking for something [[HIGHLIGHT]]unfortunately the reason i am giving 3 stars is because we dined in and there are lots of fruit flys was pretty distracting and made me wanna leave :/[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] otherwise the foods pretty good.

A New York City friend recommended this restaurant and we were so pleased! The owners are the full-time host/servers. The portions are very large and delicious! I had never had a paella burrito before but it was delicious! If you're looking for some good and interesting food, don't hesitate to go here! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's clean, delicious food, very reasonable prices.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came here with a friend for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was casual and simple, but lively and full of color.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Out of the tapas, I ordered the Arepitas Ibericas, which were arepa balls stuffed with pork and cheese, topped with aioli sauce. It tasted pretty good, with a nicely crisp exterior. However, it was served without cheese, so I felt like it was missing something. I also tried my friend's Tostones with shredded beef. These were delicious! The Tostones were satisfyingly crispy, perfectly thin and lightly salted. The beef was juicy and well seasoned. For my main course, I went with the Chicken Paella, adding Shrimp. This came with peppers and wonderfully flavorful saffron rice. There was plenty of chicken and shrimp throughout the paella. The Shrimp was succulent, while the chicken was tender. Service was pretty good. Our waitress was personable and helpful. Everything came out in a timely manner. Prices were decent for the area. I would consider coming back, but wouldn't rush to do so.

The restaurant is small, be sure make reservations . The food taste okay nothing memorable, The service is nice our waiter is kind , The owner they were working around try to keep things together!

Seafood Paella- very average, Sangria- great

EZ Paella & Tapas had some great sangria- affordable, tasty, & definitely was strong enough haha. However, albeit I only tried their paella, it didn't leave a good impression on me. Maybe I've been spoiled in Spain, but the rice wasn't cooked the way I had envisioned it & the portion was rather small for its price. I rounded up to 3 stars but honestly this place is more so 2.5 stars.

Where in NYC for a show and decided to visit our old home area of Hell's Kitchen along 9th Ave to dine on ethnic cusinine we don't usually find out in Bucks County PA. On this cold night, post show, we ended up at ESZ Paella & Tapas on 9th Ave at 50th street. Was empty as it was Super Bowl Sunday night and we had an 8 pm train to make. Plenty of time to sit and enjoy some tappas with a couple glasses of wine in a NYC environ. Super friendly staff and so pleased to help and make you happy. Took us a bit to read through and get familarized with all the lovely Paella and Tappas (Spanisha nd Venezuelan options). We kicked off with the Camarones Ajillo - saffron flavored shirmp on creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and albondigas Ardient - a lovely spicy meatball tappas that was AWESOME, next the Montaditos- Venezuela and Burrito Chicken Caribean with a side of black beans. All the flavors worked so well and complemented each plating. We enjoyed our dishes with glasses of Pinot Noir (myself) and Sauvignon Blanc (my wife). All in all, an excellent evening out after theater or anytime.

Must try: Paella Burrito, Montadito Venezuela, Yuquitas con Chimichurri, Albondigas, and Sangria! Why: Came for the Paella Burrito and it was fantastic! Packed with beef, peppers, cheese, lettuce and Paella rice Mixed with Caribbean Spicy Sauce. Tons of flavor in each bite. Tapas were also delicious - Montadito (arepas with plantains, shredded beef, and garlic sauce on top), yuca fries, and albondigas (meatballs). That sauce on the meatballs was so good! You can get it spicy too. Washed it down with a refreshing Passion Fruit Sangria! Notes: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small and cute restaurant in Hell's Kitchen with small tables. Good for small groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great service - workers were welcoming, helpful, and attentive.

Good food, but too overpriced for portions. The point of tapas is to have small inexpensive bites in my opinion, and this place is high in the teams for price and not a lot of food. I got the meatballs with potatoes. The meatballs were exquisite. The potatoes were OK. I like all of it. But for what I paid the value isn't there.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is fantastic[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the food all the way up to appetizers to the main course and the drinks are all phenomenal!! Definitely will be coming back multiple times

The environment is very laid back, with dim lighting. The servers were very attentive, and the chef would bring it the dishes and explain them to you each time. The food here that we had was absolutely fenominal. We started with their house made truffle potatoe chips. Nicely flavored, just perfect amount of saltiness with a great crisp. The star of the show was the oyster mushroom tacos. By far the best single bite or dish of food. The flavor profile is so robust, with different textures, it was a true delight. I highly recommend their black sesame bread pooding as well. The bread pooding was so gooey, and crispy and melted, it was the perfect balance of sweetness, and paired amazingly with the cold ice cream. Highly recommend if you are interested in a true fine dinning experience.

We were seated towards the back of the cozy narrow dining room and immediately greeted with a smile from the awesome waitress Cherry. She was very helpful and informative with the unusual tapas menu. Starting with the brussel sprout starter, which was crispy, bright and delicious. we then ordered tteokbokki, described as a rice cake, but much more like little bowl delicious rice gnocchi with a creamy chase sauce. We followed with jjambong gambas, a creative and tasty shrimp dish, and the seafood ramen, very spicy and a real treat. If you get a chance, do not miss out on this sweet spot. Incredible food, astounding and attentive service, and all in a magical cozy dining room.

My food finally came and she went back to talking to him and he went back to prepping for the evening I suppose, cutting up fruit (that she started to eat by the way as he was prepping. ) The level of unprofessional behavior blew my mind as he never checked on me. I requested hot sauce and as my glass sat there empty ,eventually had to ask for a glass of water disturbing their conversation once again. It's really a shame as the food was pretty good, (particularly the chicken which I added to my salad) but can never make up for the poor service exhibited today. I have no idea who the young lady is hanging out at the bar engaging with the Bartender maybe the owner's daughter, but I have no clue what role she's performing other than distracting him from doing his job.

Do a city-event tie-in, a holiday takeover, literally anything that makes it feel alive instead of just... existing. Because right now it feels like a missed opportunity wearing a cute outfit. BUT--let's talk about the one thing they absolutely did not fumble: the view. The VIEW??? Insane. Genuinely stunning. The kind of view that makes you pause mid-sentence and remember you're in New York and not just spiraling in your own life choices. It's carrying the entire experience on its back, respectfully. So yeah. I'd come back... but mostly for the view and the potential. If they ever decide to actually do something with this space? It could be dangerous (in a good way). The dusky, inviting atmosphere, chill music, and intimate vibe immediately made it feel like a little escape from the energy of the bustling NYC nightlife. Sometimes excellent service is more than simply getting the order right, it's a little bit of encouragement and warmth someone can bring with their authenticity. The food was fantastic. The Patatas Bravas arrived piping hot with an irresistibly crispy exterior. The smoky paprika was bursting with flavor and brought just the right amount of spicy heat, while the creamy garlic aioli rounded everything out beautifully. The Jamón Ibérico Croquetas were another highlight: crispy panko breading encasing a creamy, savory ham interior. The black garlic aioli added another layer of flavor, while the candied lemon peel gave the dish a wonderful burst of freshness. The Pineapple-A-Go-Go, was bright, refreshing, and perfect for keeping my palate fresh between bites. The tapas we tried were great. Patatas bravas were crispy on the outside, with a fluffy inside, and maybe a touch too much salt. The hamachi crudo was excellent, with a unique coconut and mango sauce that gave it a touch of sweet to go with the zest. And the pulpo was great, the octopus was well prepared and the sauce was hearty without dominating the taste. The half chicken was the most memorable dish; our server recommended it, and it's clear why. It was unbelievably juicy and tender, with plenty of lemon flavor in every bite.
