The other employees are wonderful and pleasant and I have never had any other issue but the property manager really needs to be taken down a peg, and it's pathetic that he has nothing better to do than to harass tenants who pay alot of money for units over nonsense. Use the storage center down the street if you're in the area. So happy I've moved out!

After a year of storing items in their facility, my entire storage unit was completely overtaken by mold--everything inside was ruined and had to be thrown away. When I filed an insurance claim, they declined it and paid nothing, despite the fact that I had consistently paid for coverage on top of paying my monthly storage fee. This was a devastating loss, and the lack of accountability from the StoreLOCAL was unacceptable. Their insurance is essentially worthless, and their customer service provided no help at all. Save yourself the heartache and frustration and the major loss of money and goods--never use StoreLOCAL.

Could be better…read more Units aren't as secure as I'd like, no A/C, so on a hot day, you'd work up a nice sweat. Elevator is sketchy, and you still have to get out of the car to get the gate to open with your code instead of just driving up and opening automatically.
