I brought my car here for a tire patch. I have been unlucky as this is my 2nd time having a nail/screw on my tires in a month span. First was the tire of my Camry and I took it somewhere else. That place is closed on Sunday so when my WRX needed a tire repair, I took it to this place. The place is small but it did the job. The guys were welcoming. David (I believe this is his name) helped me out and let me know that the tire was patchable and it would only cost $25. I used a yelp deal and only paid $15 for it. I did oil change the Danny guy is good the one did my service is good. They said mobile 1 oil $68. After oil change is done. They charged another $9 said for quartz oil.... Without let me know up front. they tried to sell me stuff such as tires need replace, air filter need change, brake need replace. My car is new under 35k miles. Regardless if y'all come here just be careful they might charge you extra fees at the end without told you up front. read more

The stereotype of car mechanics being sneaky and eager to rip someone off rings for Ez Tires. I went in looking to change my tires after my tire popped. They offered me two brands, one that was $120 and the other $170. I went with the $120. So they told me to come back after an hour. When I returned, they told me the $120 was already sold out, forcing me to purchase the $170, with $10 off. Woopty doo. (I'm being sarcastic). I had no choice but to get since I already wasted an hour, and I didn't have any tires. What's infuriating is that within that hour, they didn't even call me to let me know. So I had to wait an additional half hour. On top of that, he tried to sell me on other stuff I didn't really need. This place sucks and it's the last time I'm coming here. read more

Was supposed to write this review about 2 months ago but totally forgot. I had my car worked on by a different shop and it came with some errors. They ended up sending me to EZ tires to basically show me that I messed up and popped the tire somehow but EZ tires quickly checked the tire just to show me that the rim was cracked, nothing actually wrong with the tire as the previous shop said. I wasn't charged anything and the service was quick. The customer service was great and I was even showed proof that it was the rim and not the tire. Thanks ! read more

My tire pressure light went on so I went to this place to get a checkup. Initially, I was at different tire shop and was offered a quote for tire. Luckily this place offered me better quote with even higher quality tires. Matt was super knowledgeable about what he is doing and was trying to walk me through why and how my pressure light went on. Found out i had a nail in my tire yesterday and was panicking on where to get it fixed. Good thing i ran across this car shop on yelp! First page i clicked on and I'm more than glad to have clicked on it. I called first thing this morning around 9:30am and told me to come in 45 minutes (So I wouldn't have to have a long wait time) Got there 10:10am and unluckily, there were at least 2 cars in front of me with the same problem, so i assumed it would take about an hour...but i was in and out of the place it about 35 minutes!!! I really suspect the professionality of this store.I changed oil three months ago in this store,and firstly they forgot to screw the cap then the next day I found the oil leak in my engine.The second one happened just yesterday,an alert in my car said I need to change the oil ASAP,But I only drive for half of the target miles! So I went to another auto repair today and they told me the computer is not reset after oil change......I don't know why such a simple thing they can make even more than one mistake! read more

One of my tires caught a nail and was low on air on a Sunday so I went to EZ Tire Stop as it's one of the highly rated shops in the area open on a Sunday. The tire already had 2 patches and the new one was very close to the sidewall so they refused to plug the tire as it's a liability and they didn't have any tires in my size. I have no issue with this decision as I understand with the situation, that it is unsafe to continue driving on. My issue with this shop is the remounting of my rim. They torqued it so much, it had to have been with an impact gun, and it completely shredded my wheel lock key. OEM BMW wheel locks are meant to be torqued with a breaker bar or a torque wrench. It also stripped the wheel lock nut and 2 of my go to shops have been unable to remove the tire. Now I'm stuck with a leaking tire that can't be dismounted. I'm forced to schedule an appointment with my dealer so they can safely break the wheel lock off so I can change my tire. It has been a huge headache when I could have had this taken care of Monday the next day but am forced to go to multiple shops to resolve an issue created by EZ before I can actually replace my tire. read more

I decided to come here after getting a nail in one of my tires. It was a Monday so they were able to take me immediately. The patch would have been $25 but I knew I needed new tires soon anyways and their prices were soooo incredibly reasonable that I decided to spring for it. The gentleman in front is so nice and even talked me into not spending more for a bigger brand name. Installation and alignment took about 1.5 hours. They told me that if I ever get nails, repairs are free and that balance and rotations are free as well. They even checked my brakes and rotors etc and told me they were good and I was going to change those soon as well so saved me money! Super happy I found this place near my house. You can easily walk over to Main St and hang out while you wait. Also open Sundays! read more

I changed four tires in January and the mechanic suggested me to purchase second-hand tires instead of brand new tires. It was a good deal for paying in total $299. My car got spiked and I didn't realize until late night. I came in this morning at 8 a.m. with no appointment. (No waiting as well) The same mechanic who helped me repair my tire without any charge and he finished within 30 mintues! Nice services, good quilty and very efficient.
