Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. This found mistake eliminated 8 windows with a huge savings that would have had to been covered up after the fact. Assaf cares about his projects and clients. He will save you money and he is the best price by far.

First the good. Quick install and reasonable price…read more Now the bad - I waited over a month for parts. They also didn't tell me that I had to paint all the work that they did, myself (might be important to know when you make the deal!). After they were done, they rushed out of here without giving me a walkthrough or an inspection. I was lucky to find a couple of problems myself before they drove away and had to chase the boss outside before they bolted to the next job. They left gummy stickers and brown wrapping material all over the glass. (My wife and I took 2+ hours to remove it) They damaged some of my moulding that I had to repair. They didn't even caulk the window, door or trim work and there were ugly gaps in the trim that I ended up doing myself just to get rid of this outfit. I found the warranty info in an envelope on the floor after they left. Very bad. Communication? failing grade. Have fun getting them to respond to an email or a call. Forget this company. I had let them know that I needed more work, a front door and some others. They never even responded. Guess my needs aren't important enough for them. I paid the balance in cash and the boss refused to give me a receipt (he said he didn't have any) until he got home to email it. I sweated that one out. In conclusion, I know I got a break on the price but that is NO excuse for doing a shoddy job or for the boss not to inspect the team's work afterward or even return phone calls or respond to emails. Will not use again. I'd rather pay more somewhere else for a pro job. Never again.

Cory led the installation and did an amazing job including rebuilding a bay window structure in the kitchen where the old wooden windows and wood framing had years of water damage that needed to be removed and rebuilt. Other companies that bid on this job did not seem concerned about the water damage in the bay window structure and wouldn't commit to exactly how far they could go to restore the integrity of this structure.
