Unfortunate that one is as low as you can go. I attempted to get a loan for collateral that easily added up to a grand and I was offered 170. I needed 400 and was very confident that I would get that without any problems. The two women behind the counter were total deadpan and a bit rude. Let me back up a little. I brought a PC in about a few months before this and they wouldn't take it because I didn't bring a monitor. (Previously If I sold a computer, they would simply plug it up to one of their several monitors and be happy to take it. Not this last time.) Once again being in need of a loan, I remembered that they said they would take it if it was complete with mouse keyboard and monitor. I had all that and the lady shut me down because the PC didn't have a See-through tower with Blinking LED's. I was frustrated by that because it's a fact that it's absolute nonsense. This PC is loaded with specs that would make the average blinky light gaming computer look like a Tamagotchi. So I quickly recovered and tried moving forward, thinking positive. I still had enough top shelf power tools to get what I needed. After 30 minutes of listening to the womans fake nails click-clack on the company computer, it froze. She switched to another computer. I joked that she would benefit off of my amazing Core i9, 64gb RAM, Nvidia RTX4090 ($2000 videocard alone). She Pretended to laugh before another 20 minutes of the nails cracking against the keyboard. And the finally Before delivering the offer, I was asked how much I was looking for. I casually said "I just want 400, if you can do more, it's okay, I don't need it". She replies "I can do $170". Me - " " (speechless) I gathered my stuff and hit another pawnshop 2 miles away and was offered $600. I took $400 as I planned and had a decent ending to a surreal episode that would have drove anyone in my shoes crazy. As I drove to the second pawnshop, I thought that maybe all pawnshops are now empty shells of what they used to be, but it turned out to be isolated to this ill-advised grEZPAWN. I now believe that the name EZPawn is less about pawning and more a way they view their customers. Those who roll over and accept their shenanigans are mere EZ Pawns. ... Not me. This was the worst experience that I ever had with a pawn store. Not only did they sell my item instead of ponded it which I they told me they would return my item to me for $30 extra then when I looked under showroom floor the same item was on there. They paid me $16 for a pond. They were selling it for $79. Worst customer service ever. If you want to get jipped and robbed and took it, advantage of go to EZ pawn on Mississippi and speak to Carlos. I will never come back to this pawn shop. Right now I have to call the corporate office to litigate what they're going to charge me to pull my speaker out. Terrible terrible service read more

$50 Then after saying "no way, that's insane"... $60 offer. I was SELLING a DeWALT DWV012 (New $599) a DeWALT DCV51H ($169) and a DeWALT DXAEPS14 ($199). About $1,000 in tools and I was asking for $450 for all three... Expecting to get maybe $350... And this long haired teen something offered me $50, for all three. I get that tools aren't being pawned for the best pricing right now, but that is the biggest joke of an offer I've ever even heard of! And to top it off, this kid was so high on god knows what, that he tried to help me get my tools wrapped up and ready to leave, that on the small vacuum, he started to wrap the cord around the little tiny plastic hose holder/clamp thing that helps store the hose... he was able to wrap that cord about 1 and a half times before he slowly ran the rest of the cord through his hand placing whatever length of it just on top of this little vacuum... So, to sum it up, I was not only low balled to the point that I walked out with blue balls from them trying to f*** me hard, the kid helping me was so high that he couldn't even comprehend how to wrap a cord around a handle made for it staring straight at him. So how could this kid possibly know hot to work a computer and give me a fair price on tools he's never even heard of before?? This place is empty for a reason. Empty shelves and I'm sure empty cash drawers. I was even going to buy a tool when I was there!! Had it on the counter ready to be paid for with some of the cash I thought for sure I would be getting for my "like new" tools. Stay away, stay very far away. This place buys and sells stuff and is surprisingly full of staff members inside. They sell amps, guitars & bikes and you can haggle on the bikes. I was about to buy a $55 women's Schwinn bike but found that the brakes were all messed up. The girl told me they could negotiate down for it because of the issues. I'm sure it's an easy fix but I'm not bike savvy and have little interest in fixing up bikes at this time so I left purchasing nothing. I only saw one women's bike there but there were over 6 men's and kids bikes. They said it's a popular item of theirs and they get new shipments of stuff periodically though I've seen these same bikes for the entire month. read more

Don't let Hector help you, true scammer. Great product in store for purchase although a lot of merchandise is priced wrong (either over priced or under priced). When going to this show know what your product is worth and don't be afraid to shop around. read more
