I asked Sunny to diagnose my extra vehicle, a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and paid $250 for the vehicle to be towed to his shop. After two weeks of waiting, he informed me that the vehicle needed a new motor due to issues with the heads, but he claimed there were no other problems. It's worth noting that the truck had been sitting unused for over a year before I brought it in. Sunny then requested $1,500 for the repairs, which I paid up front , and he assured me the truck would be ready in a week and I would pay the remainder when he completed the job. However, three to six months passed without any updates, and my attempts to contact him went unanswered. It took the person who referred me to visit the shop and inquire about my truck's status. He was told that if they couldn't fix it, they shoul refund my money. While she was on the phone with me and talking to Sunny, the owner gave a sob story about losing his mechanics and his father passing away, asking for more time to get the motor installed and the truck running by the 15th. Yet, here we are, four more months later. I asked my brother, who lives nearby, to check on the truck at his shop, and he found my truck untouched, now with bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He confronted Sunny, who again promised that the truck would be operational by April 15th. I contacted my brother, who resides on that side of town, since it's a one-and-a-half-hour drive for me to visit the shop. He went to the property and took pictures of my truck, which had been untouched. Unfortunately, it now has bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He spoke with Sunny, who assured him that he would have it operational by April 15th, claiming responsibility for it sitting for over a year, which caused water damage from the rain. He promised to handle the bodywork, brakes, and cleanup. However, on May 19th, my brother visited the shop one last time to check on the Jeep's progress. Sunny stated that the AC was functioning and the vehicle was running well, but he still needed to clean it and fix the bumper, as his body man was unavailable. My brother then took the Jeep home, only to find the check engine light on, malfunctioning signals, a broken gas meter, and now it won't even start. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any business, especially considering the high recommendations. It's been a series of blatant lies, and I'm still out of money with no resolution, forcing me to consider legal action. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I urge others to avoid dealing with Sunny at this shop.

I called before going to get a rough estimate for replacing a catalytic converter on my son's truck. The guy on the phone told me that the price varied depending upon the vehicle but he estimated between $250 and $300. I had already told him the specifics of my vehicle, and should have been given an exact cost of a converter for my vehicle. I get to their shop and the only people in the office are 2 customers. We stand around waiting for about 10 minutes with no help, and so I go to the open bay door to see if I can get someone's attention. I get one guy who was working, and he then contacted another guy that was sitting down looking at his phone to help me. The guy looked at my truck and basically confirmed the issue that I told him it had. I was on my way out of town and told them that my son would be picking up the truck. They explained that it would be a $75 charge to diagnose the truck and they would call once they had an estimate. They called a few hours later and told me that the third catalytic converter was bad and it was the hardest one to get to so the cost would be like $1,300.00. I explained to him that I had replaced both catalytic converters a year ago (that's another story) for $800 total, and that the truck only has 2 converters and not 3. The guy was dumbfounded and said that he'd all me back. He called back and admitted that there were only 2 converters on the truck and that he could change the one for around $900. I again told him that was too much and not near what was quoted. He then went into bargaining mode and we settled on a price of $695 (still too high, but I was traveling and just needed it fixed). They called back later to tell me that the repair was made and to see when we'd be picking it up. I told him the time that my son could pick it up after work and that he'd be paying for it with my credit card. He then went off saying that the $695 was a cash price and that it would be $800 if paying with a credit card. I don't have a cash type app, and was out of town to get him cash myself, so I got another son to pay him via Zelle. They charged my son $700 instead of the $695 that they told me the cost would be. $5 isn't a lot of money, but it's $5 more than they told me it would be. This company is dishonest!
