The footstool was perfect and also less expensive than at the Depot!! Winner, winner! Not only did he help me get it all loaded up he enlisted another employee to help and they got it done fast. Once we were outside, I realized I purchased the wrong size cinderblocks so they sent me back inside to make the exchange. While I did that Pedro loaded up the proper cinderblocks onto the cart for me, and then met me outside in the voting and unloading lanes where my truck was parked. He helped me load those into my truck as well! Before this, I was being helped by one of your other customers. I thought it was very smart of Pedro to realize that another customer was helping me and that he should step in and get the job done, which he did! That is management material, right there! Somebody who recognizes and performs good customer service. Thank you, Pedro!

Also canceled a different order that we did not receive, and homecdepot still charged me for it and have not credited me back for it. This has also happened in the past with cabinets we ordered, were sent to the HD store .HD store employees opened the cabinet boxes at the store and they were all damaged.
